Lovely staff lots of variation on food. Enjoyed lovely lunch good selection on menu.
Great experience for children to get close to animals and loads to do here
Lovely place to visit. Animals are friendly to feed. Granddaughter loved the donkey ride. Big sand pit area to play with sand toys in a barn area. Toy tractor and other ride on toys to use. The fair is there for Halloween. Kids shop for making and doing things. Large cafe Lovely and clean. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of hand sanitizer stations. Definitely recommend.
Our fave place.Been going for 10 years. Marvellous place for Children and Nanas.
Good little place, But could do with a bit of a clean up, And a couple of new ride on toys for the kiddys. Cafe is fine, And the Shop is excellent for buying food.
Lovely day, plenty for kids - picnic benches. Friendly staff
Lovely place to visit, however we had a surprise when we brought in an injured bird, which was on the roadway in, to be told it was a flying rat, which would be killed. The children with us were not pleased to hear that, it is a petting farm where all animals and birds are looked after. As frequent visitors it was offensive to hear the words. Other than that the farm is a good place to visit.
My Grandchildren love it. Brilliant for them to see animals so close.
Had a great time with kids and mother in law. Well worth the entrance cost and £3 fir donkey ride (which I think should be the full circle of the animal parkNice restaurant on site and secret garden plant shopWould recommend looking online for pre booking some of service on site
We love this place, been coming here since my little girl was just walking. We love the farm, playbarn and cafe too! Its never too busy in the holidays which we like.
Great place for the little ones. Some interesting animals to interact with.
Absolutely wonderful place to visit.£6.50 adult£5.50 children£1 animal food£3 Donkey ride. Our Grandson loved the giant sand pit.Plenty of places for adults to sit.I do think children prices a bit steep.
Great day out, feeding all the animals. All the animal are interactive and love being fed!!
We had an absolutely wonderful day at Scottys donkeys today. Loads of animals and perfect for the kids. They even have lots of toys and a sand area for kids to play with too. Their gift shop is all really reasonably priced as well so it’s all just perfect. Will definitely be coming again !
We visited for the first time yesterday and we all really enjoyed it. It was so nice to be able to get so close to all of the beautiful animals, who seem to be really happy and well looked after. Its also brilliant that they offer donkey rides for the children. Theres also a lovely farm shop and café, Easy parking and very friendly staff.I would really recommend this place for a day out, for all ages!
A must for me these days is electric vehicle chargers wherever I visit and there are some nice new ones here. My only criticism is the charger spaces need to be clearly marked for EVs only and enforced.
Lovely little place to visit. Practically had the place to ourselves. Our daughter loved it. Its £1 for a tub of animal feed. I believe entry was £6.50 for an adult and under 2s are free. They had an area with picnic tables and places to make sure you washed your hands. There was feeding times but we missed them. Im not sure if they are looking to do it but I think they could do a petting zoo bit with the rabbits they have and maybe other animals. Would add something extra.
Lovely little place, good for young kids for the animals feeding, some of the goats and sheep were lively and greedy, so be careful with cups of food and fingers, places for children to play and families to eat, inside or out.
Not worth the trip really, especially as we travelled 50 mins to get there. Small selection of animals, cant get money back when buying token for sheep feeding if you leave early but there was no chance we could stay there any longer. Especially with a disabled toddler who wasnt interested in the animals.
We absolutely love it here! My daughter loves feeding the animals:)
I’ve visited here twice now and it has been fantastic both times. This time of year is perfect for the lamb bottle feeding, which is cheap and well worth it. The animal park hosts a variety of friendly, well-taken care of animals.
very immersive experience, we visited as a couple and loved every moment. very reasonably priced, amazing how you could feed 90% of the animals. friendly goats, loveeeee how you can go inside the large pen with the rabbits to get up close and personal. nicely laid out picnic area for your own food and easy accessibility round the farm. placed in a lovely location and would deffo return. only thing which would make this even more amazing would be if there were odd talks on, i.e. info/showcasing the tortises up close as wed have loved to find out more information about these.
Lovely little petting zoo, well worth going. Cheap entry, and feeding the animals is a lot of fun.
Lovely place we my wife and our son love it.
A truly fantastic place for anyone who loves animals! The staff were incredibly fantastic (bonus points to the two who managed to catch the Pygmy kid who had injured its ear on the fence!and the animals even more so. Huge thanks to everyone there for making it the amazing day that it was!Highly recommend for anyone/families with members who love to not just see, but interact with the animals as well! Will definitely be coming back next time were in the area!**********Have been back several times since this post, even ended up adopting Rowan, the Pygmy kid who injured her ear! Love every second spent at this place!
Delightful afternoon walking around here. I enjoyed feeding the animals and seeing the goats get really competitive trying to get the feed. Was able to stroke a lot of the animals and even the rabbits and Guinea pigs were really pleased and placid.Feed is an additional £1 per tub which is clearly explained when you purchase a ticket and the lady clearly explained which animals you can and cant feed with it. You also get a wristband if you need to leave and come back.Take wellies with you as there is no concrete path but I think it adds to the charm of being around the animals. There is also a small play area for children at the end of the trail with sand and a few pieces of equipment to use.Based on Apley Farm there are shops and cafes onsite and also toilets.
Really good day outTheres a lot to do here Scotts farm is small but lots of animals that you can feed and even petTheres a few play areas and its well kept all aroundNext to it is a farm shop plants shop and much moreHighly recommend 👌
Its a lovely little place, the kids love that they can go in the chicken and rabbit pen but the entry price has doubled over the past year. For a family of 5 it was £25 for a 10 minute walk around and a play in the sand pit
Great for kids to visit to see all the animals , farm shop not quite total farm products!!!! as there seems to be a lot of supermarket goods on sale, twice the price or more😏
First time visiting here today. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The animals are so friendly and adorably greedy. The land and views are beautiful. All the animals looked loved and more than happy. We cant wait to return and we will definitely buy more than three tubs of food next time. Recommend to all.
We visited Scottys donkeys today with my partner, 1 year old son and 2 year old nephew. We had such a lovely time. We were there for 1.5 hours but could have definitely have gone round the animals again. All the animals were well cared for and friendly. The little ones loved feeding the goats and being about to get up close to the rabbits and stroke them. Great for a couple of hours out and reasonably priced. We will definitely be heading back.
Fabulous place to take the little ones and not over priced to get in
Great day out for rhe family! And at a good price.
Not that great tbh there are better free options out there i traveled all the way from stoke to end up disappointed. The entry fee for the site is somewhat questionable, they offer a £25 experience with the animals excluded in the entry fee, which is very expensive, it was a bit unwelcoming i have a 9-year-old and she did not enjoy it at all. the farm shop around is bare minimal compared to other places i have been. some of the wooden chairs laid out near the sandpit saw better days they looked rotten and not even worth sitting on. they had picnic benches but they were unappealing as well. safe to say i wont be returning there in the future. Avoid if you dont want to be dissappointed.
I love this little place. Its great for all ages
Nice time my daughter loved it
Cheap and great fun for the kids, got soaked in the rain but no one cared because they were having so much fun, lovely shop as well so many tempting treats
Fantastic place. The layout is really well done and the animals all seem super well and happy. Our 16 month old really enjoyed it but I think my wife and I enjoyed it more. Attached to a lovely farm shop as well. 😊
Excellent day out, really enjoyed it no rush everything just worked well. Been twice now and our near 2 year old loves it
We had a great day. A friendly little Farm.Lots of baby animals
Wonderful place, we had a lots of fun. We went round 3 times. Staff so friendly. The animals were so engaging. My little ones favourite the donkey.
@westmidlands_mum instagramBeautiful little find here just outside of Sutton Maddock. If you want to get up close to the animals then this is a fantastic place to visit! Enter the rabbit and chicken pen with a bag of hay bought for just £1 on entrance. You can feed most of the animals here and also pay for a 1-1 goat experience where you can take one for a little stroll (ask upon entry). The staff here are fantastic and a real credit to the place especially the lady on the main desk who kindly bought out the bearded dragon to say hello. The play area and decent size sandpit is a real bonus. Located within @apleyfarmshop which offers a variety of things; @piggsplaybarn cafe, pottery painting, maze, nature trail. It has so much going on for itself and is a great day out. The farm is £5/person (under 2s freeand the other bits on site are accessible with another entrance fee. No booking required so you can simply just turn up which is a bonus in current circumstances!🚶♀️
Nice smaller type farmyard, good for smaller children to get around animals. Excellent Cafe and farm shop.
Absolutely fantastic day out. The animals are great the staff are friendly, its brilliant value for money both the kids and adults really enjoyed it. 10 out of 10
Animals all very well looked after and the place was lovely. Great family day out!
Absolutely loved this place! Really enjoyed our visit, animals so well looked after my daughter loved feeding them all, especially the baby goats. Staff friendly, very relaxed atmosphere but following social distancing so very safe. Highly recommend.
Had such a great day out with family! My families age ranges from 18 months to 54. Feeding the animals and taking pictures and selfies with them will always hold fond family memories. Worth going for £5 per head and free for under 2s. The animal food was 50p a pot. Would 100% go again and recommend this place to everyone that doesnt know about this place!
A great place for families, we had a lovely time.
What a brilliant day out for my 3 year old! He loved it all, from feeding lambs and petting chicks to bouncing on the bouncy castle and digging in the sand pit! The donkey ride was a huge bonus for him! We got to see baby goats, baby rabbits and even lizards! Great day out!
Nice little place to spend some time with kids.. Tickets slightly expensive though
