i need my job back, but the food is good to

My visit was a take out order. It was for a home going celebration of life and we wanted to feed the family. We were impressed with the speed and quality of the food. We will do business again at this establishment.

Good food! I had a seafood platter with crawfish, catfish and alligator and there was so much food! The hushpuppies lived up to all of the reviews and were delicious.

We ordered catering for a family event. The fish and shrimp was delicious. We enjoyed all of it. I highly recommend.

Okay so catfish is sold almost everywhere in the south, HOWEVER!!, If you want a full sized Catfish filet/Steak, perfectly breaded and cooked to order, this is the place!

Great stop while traveling on I-20. Good food, quick service, enough parking for my trailer.

Went for lunch, ordered grilled shrimp po boy. It was horrible made with tiny salad shrimp (kind you get out of can fried instead of grilled. Very disappointed with food.

Good food just a little pricey

Restaurant was clean. Fish was freshly cooked but no seasoning... Just blah. Waitress was attentive cashier not so much.

It was okay and my main complaint is cause nothing was seasoned so it was bland but the chicken fingers were tender and juicy and the fries are homemade homemade like they took a potato and cut it then fried them just no season

You walk in and order at the register and take a number to put on your table. Free hush puppies come quick refilled as many times as you want was a pleasant surprise. They are crunchy, but soft in the middle, and the flavor is sweet, but not overpowering. We ate alligator that was seasoned great, white beans, onion rings, catfish, and dirty rice. Im a Cajun, and this was the best food of its kind that Ive tried here

All the food was really hot and fresh and tasted incredible. I especially enjoyed the chicken and sausage gumbo, fried okra, and the buttered bread.

Our server was great even greater smile and the food was great

They never disappoint. They give you a good portion of food and its always hot and fresh.

Havent eaten here in years but remembered the food as being fresh. Well its still fresh and the fish was cooked to perfection.

So I hardly EVER post reviews but y’all….this East TN girl was in HEAVEN!!! Of course I ALWAYS order more food than I can eat, (leftovers duhbut I literally ate so much that I felt like it was a holiday at my Mom’s house! The whole catfish (which I like a little extra donewas on point! The dirty rice……yum! The fried crawfish 🦞 though...I almost started crying cause it was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Gumbo & the white beans…..those white beans with those hush puppies…….👩🏼‍🍳😍 If y’all don’t go to Scott’s then man y’all are missing PERFECTION!!! Kudos to y’all!! And bet me I’ll be ordering again before I go back out on the road!!!

I am tiring of places that hand me the credit card keypad in drive through so I can add a tip. If youre working drive through, you should be getting minimum wage at least, if not, you need to find something else. Holding up a line so I can tip you for opening the window and handing me food makes me not want to come back. Drive through is for speed and convenience and should remain that way.

Would have given 5 star, because the food is delicious. However, I went through the drive thru, and after paying was asked to pull forward and theyd bring my food to me. I waited 20 minutes, and watched 3 other cars pull up, place their orders, and receive them. I finally just parked, and went inside. As I was explaining things to the girl at the register,finally ... someone brought my order out.

Nice place food is good nice and clean. Very expensive for 2 was almost 50 dollars for lunch. Go to catfish cabin. Not as new but you will probably leave with a extra 20

The food was delicious the service was wonderful and it had a family appeal to it and of course the food was fresh the establishment was clean and no long wait for the food

We both had the catfish with Hush Puppies coleslaw and turnip greens. All were delicious and we would love to eat at this place again.

I got a burger today because I didnt feel like seafood/catfish! It was amazing. The seafood and fish are great as well.

I ordered fried shrimp and oysters. The oysters were very small and had no taste. Shrimp ok. Got 3 or 4 shrimp, 4 or 5 oysters, fries, cole slaw, onion rings, tea. price $27.00. Really liked the hushpuppys. Dont feel like i got my moneys worth. I would rather go to Cat Fish Charlies. They are high too but you get more and better tasting food.

Scotts was the first restaurant we have been to, since moving to Monroe, that had hushpuppies that didnt burn my mouth from hot peppers. But they were very good. They have another treat inside them. And I loved it.The fish and chicken strips were very good, also.We plan to go back and try another item on the menu. Maybe the allegator. We will see.But their food was good, the helpstaff were friendly, and the eat-in area was very clean. What more can a person ask for?Just Me, De8-14-2021

Food was good not great. Service was very good. Was hoping they would have the buffet bit they dont. Price was a little high but not too high. Solid place to each but not exceptional.

This place is awesome.Brought my family here and everyone enjoyed.We tried the unlimited( and delicioushushpuppies, Catfish(whole and strips), fried alligator, fried pickles, crawfish tails, hamburger steak, and shrimp poboy. We were so hungry I couldnt get many food pics, but it definitely hit the spot! And the service was EXCEPTIONAL from the DOOR. And they were reasonably priced and fast! So glad we chose this place.

Man oh man was I looking for some good gumbo and I found it right here at this restaurant. The gumbo was perfect and I loved the flavor. Put alittle hot sauce in it and man was it golden. And it came with some small hushpuppies that were cooked to that perfect golden brown.

Absolutely awesome!! If you have large family the prices are fair is you order a large variety! We ordered alligator bites. Shrimp meal, poboy shrimp, and trio plate, easily fed six. And most importantly, you get baskets of hush puppies with your meal!

The food was wonderful and the service was even better.

Shrimp po boy was absolutely loaded. Can there be too much shrimp? Wasnt aware I would have to put the lettuce and toppings on the po boy it self when I got it. Was kinda used to getting it already built and ready to roll. It was good, but a slight inconvenience to have to put it all together. All the toppings were buried under the fries as well.

Masks and social distancing was observed.They had the biggest jumbo fan tail shrimp I ever saw in any restaurant.I highly recommend if youre looking for huge shrimp like me, you should visit Scotts Catfish & Seafood. The soups were just as divine.

Absolutely delicious! I have eaten at many different catfish and seafood places all over our state and this is the best seafood you can get for such a doable price! Catfish just melts in your mouth!

My experience with this particular Scott’s was disappointing. I’ve had one good experience here, but I’ll never go back after today. The person who took my order was rude and impatient with me. When I drove to the window no one came to take my money or help me with my order. I was waiting too long just for someone to come up to the window. I 100% recommended going to Sam’s in Monroe. Sams has better food, service, and prices. Don’t waste your time at Scott’s.

This place is so good!! Got the catfish strips, shrimp poboy, gator, onion rings, and fried okra (wasnt just for me!and all was amazing! Best seafood weve had since living in Monroe. The staff was so very nice!! Havent had such nice service... guess you only get that in West Monroe, not Monroe. Definitely going back!!!

Wow! We just got into town and didn’t want to get dressed up, so we thought we would give Scott’s a try...WOW. Don’t judge a book by its cover, better yet, do. The parking lot was full, we actually got the last spot. There was a short line, so we had a chance to look over the menu. We placed our order. I fixed my drink and found a booth. We sat down and were immediately brought hush puppies and the plate for the salad bar. My wife fixed her salad came back to the table took a bite and our food arrived. Everything was great. There was not a bad thing. Nothing was greasy, Catfish was battered to perfection, shrimp was crisp and light tasting, also perfectly battered. Onion rings were handmade and not from a bag, again perfectly battered. Tartar sauce was sweet, but not too sweet. Cole slaw was the best I have had in years, sweet, but not overly sweet. We were full and still had a meal leftover between the two of us, but we had to try the banana pudding...once again very good, sweet, but not too sweet.The staff was very friendly and we let them know what we thought. We may end up going back tomorrow and just trying something different. If in town I would highly suggest.

Great food, great service. I finally found a catfish restaurant that doesn’t over spice the food and you know what it is supposed to taste like. I have been to other places and they put so much pepper and other seasonings on the catfish that is all you taste is the hot spicy stuff. Some people don’t like spicy food and some can’t have it.

I live 900 miles away from Scotts Catfish, but make it a point to eat here anytime Im close to the area. Its my favorite. Every thing is delicious and fresh. My favorites are the catfish strips, white beans, and mashed potatoes with gravy. My niece had chicken strips that she loved and looked amazing to me. We also loved the chocolate cake and the peanut butter cake. The fresh, hot hush puppies they bring to the table are so good. Wish I was staying around longer.

I absolutely loved this place! I found it online while traveling through West Monroe. So often, the restaurant doesnt live up to what you see online but this place did. There food was great. We had the fried fish and shrimp. The fish was white and delicate. It was perfectly fried as was the little popcorn shrimp. The onion rings tasted delicious. They have a salad bar which had everything you need for a green salad. The restaurant was very clean as were the bathroom. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We loved it.

Always friendly and welcoming. The food here is fantastic and tastes the same every time I go up there. Its also in a very convenient place. Drive through takes a little longer than most people are used to but the food is well worth the wait.

Wow the food was really amazing. That jalapeño bun is from heaven. Thankful for the waitress Heather. She was so nice and took care of us. She also was so kind and helpful to a really rude customer across from us. Keep it up heather. Going to send my mom and dad over to check it out.

Such excellent service, and the food was SO good. We werent sure what to expect after being disappointed at other similar restaurants but Scotts was right on target with everything. We had fish, chicken, French fries, dirty rice, a gallon of tea, and hushpuppies - the Tailgate Special with the dirty rice as an added side - and fed our family of five for less than $30 with leftovers! Everyone was happy, full, and we will definitely be back.

Great service and good food...hot and fresh

The food is always good. This particular experience though was not great. It was very hot inside & took nearly 20 minutes standing in line to order. Servers were all friendly but didnt do well taking orders in a timely manner. At least the Crawfish Orleans was delicious. Salad bar was good too but could have been refilled better. Overall the discomfort of this visit will likely keep me from returning any time soon unless for take out.

What a great place to eat! I came from Memphis , TN with my elementary school marching band and we had a great dinner at Scotts Seafood. My students loved the food and enjoyed the service staff. They had fast, friendly service and the manager was very friendly and accommodating to my whole group. Great food for a great price!
