When we travel we like to stop at different stores. Our son loved it we had to give him a time limit or we would still be there. The ladys where great.

Absolutely amazing place to go!! From vinal records, to video games, this place has nearly everything. Just wish they had some more band shirts on the racks. Other than that, this place is top notch, highly recommended for absolutely any music fan.

Loved rummaging thru a variety of music both older and contemporary on vinyl and cd! There are movies, game consoles games and some old pc games. What shocked me is they had older books both non fiction and fiction. Many cook books and kids to juveniles. Staff is young and kind.

I grew up in Pennsylvania but I have lived in Chicago for the last 11 years. We flew back to PA for a vacation down at the shore but not before making a pit stop at Spin Me Round records. We found this awesome spot because the owners make humorous videos on TIKTOK and we found them very amusing. This store is amazing! Great customer service, awesome selection, a huge variety of RSD vinyls, and also at a great price point. I would highly recommend this store to all record collectors in the Lehigh Valley and beyond.

Is there a better record store? That’s a hypothetical question. Don’t answer, I don’t care. Spin Me Round is the Olive Garden of record stores, it makes you feel like you’re family.

Went her twice and I would say I wasn’t impressed. I witnessed the girl in the videos treat a customer who gave a bad review in a despicable way. I will never shop here and recommend others do not do so.

Store is big, clean, organized. Originally came to browse and or buy vinyls but i also went home with used DVDs, tapes and they even have books! Staff is friendly too! Saw them on Tiktok months ago and I have been coming here every other week to check their merchandise! Definitely, this is my happy place!!

I have had multiple bad experiences where the staff has been rude to me and my family. Today, they refused to honor a price they had written on the label and tried to upcharge me while being condescending and telling me that I didn’t understand.

Amazing customer service! I stumbled across this store on TikTok and have placed two orders online; first order (three recordsarrived on time, well packaged, and in perfect condition all the way to San Antonio TX. Currently waiting on my second order, due to a mishap on the post office end which was addressed by the store and communicate to me, and have full confidence it will arrive perfect! I highly recommend this store for out-of-state online shoppers! Definitely check out their TikTok for new in-stock arrivals!

Huge vinyl and cd collection, the only cons were that I was so excited to find. a brand new cd and it was someone else so maybe some quality checking, and as a first time visitor the organization just seemed odd

These ppl are deceitful to customers. Telling you one thing, then not following through. Dont waste your time with this store. They dont respect you or your time. Unprofessional is an understatement.

As a wheelchair user, I was pleased to find out that there are ramps inside the store providing access to all areas of the sales floor.

Stopped in because I saw their videos trending on TikTok with one of their knowledgeable employees discussing facts about Lana Del Rey & Bjork. It peaked my interest so I drove over an hour to visit the store. I asked two employees at the register for help finding a record I saw on their website and instead of searching it on the computer/system, they just shook their heads and said they didnt know who that artist was. When I mentioned the record being listed on their website, they said their online store isnt accurate. They did zero to help fulfill me, a customer, find what I was looking for. Weeks later I commented about said exchange on their TikTok page and they responded about how they DID have the aforementioned record in stock and they BLOCKED me. I dont know what kind of customer service that is but I know its absolutely asinine to treat anybody like that, let alone a paying customer.In short, if you want to visit a store with immature, unhelpful employees without masks amidst a global pandemic, this place is perfect for you! :~)

My online order arrived with significant damage to the outer sleeve (the bottom was almost completely torn apart and there was a second large crack the vinyl was sticking out of when I opened the mailer). I called the store but was told they couldnt help b/c they were filming a TikTok. So, I searched the website for an email address to contact and went a week with no response. I tried calling again and was told that despite the fact they sent me a damaged product they would not offer an exchange and my only option was a partial refund if I paid for shipping and sent it back. Super disappointed with my order and customer service experience.

Cool little gem for the largest selection of vinyls I have seen…and CD’s, new and used. Looking through them was like a trip down memory lane. I could almost swear they stole my own collection as they had everything!

This place has a huge selection of not just vinyl but cds as well. New and used. Received a crystal clear reissued 1984 Like a Virgin Album brand new as a gift and couldnt be happier. ( Was my very first cassette tape. LolAlso was able to replace a few long lost Metallica CDs like Justice For All. Yes! Ill be back! 😁

PROS: Amazing place for music. They have records and CDs. The staff is very nice and you cn even mix songs and create your own disc. They are very large, probably the largest local business in the mall, tooCONS: The problem is they only specialize in music. Thats good if thats all you want, but if youre an FYE fan that wants a variety beyond their music the wouldnt be your placeOVERALL: For music lovers I would highly recommend this store

If you are someone who prefers to have the album or CD rather than just having digital everything, this place is a must. It is both used and new music, but the selection is amazing. Changes all the time too, so stop back often. Its a lot of fun to look, much better than searching online.

Literally my favorite place in the entire world! I listen to music all the time, I have a lot of music, and most of the music I have, I got from Spin Me Round! I love it a lot, I love the atmosphere there as well, I watch the YouTube channel all the time too, and its just so fun and so exciting!! Every time I go to Spin Me Round, I always leave feeling happy :My home away from home

I actually hated my experience here. I found a book I wanted, but they make you take a plastic bag- you can’t buy anything unless you take their bag. So I wasn’t able to buy anything because I didn’t want to contribute to the mass amounts of plastic in the environment. Bad policy. Find a better way to prevent shoplifting ie marking receipts upon exit of the store. Would be happy to support the business if they changed this policy.

Lots of great media here! Record selection is fantastic. Ranges from good treasure finds at cheap prices to average to high value for more popular artists. Well worth a stop in. I know Ill be back!

This automatically gets 5 stars for even existing at all! Lol. Places like this are rare in these frantic Covid-19 download dayz. I miss just bumming around a record store, finding lost or forgotten gems. This store certainly has the space for growth. The Metal CD section could use a bump, even tho I was happy to find a Sepultura CD that was a gaping hole in my collection. I already have an enormous CD collection that I keep clean and inventoried.. so basically Im just filling it out with CDs Im missing, or thatve gone missing or sold over the years. I hope this store survives and hangs around for a long while.

Took some records to sell all of which where in near mint condition with one being a some what rarity. Employee grading the records never took them out to review condition or whether was a 1st release or re-release. Just flipped through saying between .50 and a 1.00. When the employee got to my 1st release rarity which in Osborne is rated mint retail value of $75 was quoted at 1.00 which I immediately pulled from selling. I returned about a month later to review pricing for my traded records I found 3 of my records in the bins all of which were being sold for 34.00. If your looking to trade your records for a fair price.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...Comment to owners comment...Ive decided to take the high road and refrain from more comments on this issue and let the consumer decide.12/28/20 editJust Noticed owner edited original comment to my review that was filled with name calling and accusations. Hopefully she has matured over the years and has decided to rate vinyl fairly. As a longtime buyer and seller of vintage vinyl, I still stand by my original review however.

Great store. Love the new location. Palmer Park Mall is a lot less depressing than the late Phillipsburg Mall. Friendly staff. I was greeted when I walked in and offered help and the owner rang me up was very nice. Everything in the store is labeled and organized pretty decently. The prices are fair. I went there looking for some Garbage albums to fill in my collection and I left with 3 for less than $10.

I love this record store. It provides the vinyl shopping experience I want; vinyl playing with a large, organized selection to peruse. Plenty of old vinyl, new vinyl and CDs. There are also books and other things, but I am not familiar enough with them to honestly comment about them.

I used to visit the store frequently as they had awesome monthly deals that I absolutely had to take advantage of. Over the years those deals have become less and less enticing to the point of me not seeing the point in planning my day around going there. As for my in store experience, it’s been pretty bad for the most part. Again I used to visit the store regularly and most of the time the employees were rude not only to their customers, but also to the staff. No one asks if you need help and if you decide to initiate conversation they look at you as if they’re judging you where you stand. I have had a few good experiences, but maybe I caught them on a good day? All in all I am not all that bothered about them moving to a mall location further than the Phillipsburg one. It was decent (at bestwhile it lasted.

Great experience at the bookstore.I was greeted by the two young,pleasant and well mannered employees and there were ready to answer any book related questions on the spot.The store is spacious with the multiple racks tightly filled with all popular, sought out ganres of the present.I wish them success,but I dont see any store staying past the Christmas of this year.
