Do you want to stay in a castle, yes please?! I had an amazing stay at Schloss Eckberg. The grounds were stunning and well kept. The find was delicious and delightful. I would highly recommend starting here if you are ever in Dresden, Germany.

I accidentally booked twice and they refused to give a full refund after the reservation was cancelled.

What a gorgeous place to spend vacation.

Small rooms, relatively clean. Some dust can be found on the tops of cabinets. Some rooms smell like poorly cleaned toilets. Standard beds, furniture and rooms. The rooms are no longer modern and the mini bar is not great either. The paper label for real water was left without a water bottle. It was very strange. In general, good rooms with a garden view. Great park. The breakfast was fresh and the area were very well organized. The only thing I dont understand is why there were no paper napkins.

Fantastic place! You can either stay in the castle hotel itself or in a smaller building on premises (also excellentand eat in the castle. Incredible views over Dresden!

Nice castle and restaurant, best place for vacation against noisy city

One of the best hotels in town,comfortable rooms, great garden area, one can have breakfast at the terrace (open from 6amand get one of the bests views of the city, prices are fair, breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve tried, coffee hast to be ordered and it’s served at the table (they make also capuchinostaff if very friendly and fast. Highly recommend.

Nice castle for lunch. They open at 12.00 which is a bit late if you just want some coffee in the morning. Surrounding gardens are beautiful. Good stop on your way along the river Elbe.

Very nice hotel in a just wonderful park!!! The rooms are nice and the atmosphere is just great. Very close to the hotel you can have a visit to Schloss Albrechtsberg and the great vineyard of Dr. Christian Müller.

Simply breathtaking ! Beautiful buildings, clean rooms with very nice beds and furniture. The garden is well taken care of ! Would definitely stay there again !

First - we were overcharged for what we originally paid and was offered. Upon arrival, a Staff member verbally attacked my girlfriend for breastfeeding our 6 month old daughter on grass while I checked in. It was so bad I almost called the police. Hotel room was very dirty and dated. Due to being told there was only 1 staff member working for the hotel we had to wait 2 hours to get sheets to put the very hard double bed in a means that our daughter could sleep safely in it without falling between the giant crack in the middle of the bed - of course no baby cot available. Missed her bedtime so parents reading this can imagine...Was offered a discount for the trouble but at check out was told we would not get one and rudely cast away. I travel constantly and never been made to feel so unwelcome at a hotel so felt the need to share our “experience”.

Been there just for cake and coffee, but the place, the view on the city and the courtesy of the personnel make it a place to see!

The best hotel Ive ever been in Europe! and thats counting the Four Seasons in Milano.

The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were expansive & beautiful! The restaurant in the castle was absolutely delicious! I would definitely stay here upon my next visit to Dresden.

Very unique place. The rooms are good, nothing special, but the building and surrounding are great. Breakfast and the evening menu are completing the experience. By car, Dresden downtown is within 10 to 15 minutes.

Very nice castle outside and inside. Park close to castle is well kept, but in common park is a little bit wild. Close to this castle are some more. Not close to the city center, but can be a nice aim for bicycle travel among the Elbe river.

Nice venue for a conference

Absolutely unreal experience staying in a real castle overlooking the Elbe, beautifully gardened grounds with paths through the forest.

I was in Hotel Schloss Eckberg for a weekendtrip. Beautiful Hotel, huge park, excellent service and very good restaurant. With its look above Dresden its a very good place for e.g. marriages or things like that. Greetings to Dresden.

Beautiful gardens and landscape. Birds can be heard chirping all day. Many wonderful trails to walk and lovely views of the Elbe and Dresden centrum. Rooms a bit small but beds are comfortable and the food in the restaurant was quiet good. Local wine from Meißen war super!

We went there for a nightly walk outside and had a great time. It was beautiful to see the castle at night and the beautiful park around. We were enjoyed the view over the elb and dresden by night!

Loved staying here in our own castle. Our room had great views of the river toeard Dresden. The grounds are superb. The restaurant served magnificent food, on the ecpensive side, but worth it. We had a car, so a short trip into the old city of Dresden.

Amazing hotel with wonderful views to the old town and river Elbo. Rooms in the castle are breath taking! Excelent service!
