As per the buffet list one main dish was missing. Food was delicious.Behaviour was good.

The best holiday to date and I am pleasantly surprised that it was in Bangladesh, this resort set a high standard and the only downside is I will be comparing all other hotels I go to now to it. Amazing attention to detail and hygiene. The staff are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable I have seen. There are also of things to do when visiting there and so it is best to plan ahead. Be sure to use the swimming pool, they let you hire some appropriate swim wear if needed. They have a few on location food stops but my favourite was just out the front at the sea level cafe. Attached to the main entrance lobby is also a cafe that had great deserts, we tried the blueberry cheese cake. They have a far East Asian inspired garden that has coy fish and sitting spaces along with a childrens play structure. The complimentary breakfast caught us of guard, we thought that you would show up and select from 4 different breakfast options but found instead that is was a substantial buffet that included bakery items, Asian breakfast cuisine and fresh juices. Our trip to Sayeman hotel was some what spontaneous we had stayed at another local hotel that let us down in many ways, due to this I didnt research the hotel a whole lot but went on the recommendation of my father in law and was very happy. I hope everyone has a similar experience there

swimming pool very small and restricted….they give chocolate,snakes,drinks in the room but need to pay if eat! then why put that? environment infront the hotel not so good. they have wet cloth drier stand in balcony that’s very good. Breakfast buffet also better than Seapearls.

Sayeman beach resort is kinda overrated.I have been in Coxs bazar more than 30 times and have experience visiting several resorts and hotels.What Sayeman costs i think its not worth the price. Its pretty expensive. But if you want to get the Seaview kinda feel then sayeman is OK. otherwise go for cox today or best western hotel or seagull.Overall i found sayeman to be very normal from room to breakfast. One major thing is their lift system is very annoying. If you press one of the buttons of any of their three lifts, it gets stopped and when the overload signal alarms, all the pressed button gets restarted. It was very frustrating.I think its a bit hyped up due to the influencer and all the marketing. You will definitely find better rooms and better breakfast in other hotels. Still, enjoyed the pool and the Seaview experience was great.

Ambience & Amenities they provided is outstanding. Their indoor settings will blow everyones mind specially the infinity pool side. Every room is special for its uniqueness. Most importantly they will provide you with a private beach. Food quality is great though a bit of pricy. They should improve their complementary breakfast menus. Overall its a 5 Star service.

Their service is awful. Some of the staffs are not well trained. They are not courteous enough. They will make you wait for hours to check in even though u know that the room has been vacant for hours. Once a room service guy even dared to kinda be on a ordering voice with me.Breakfast is just yaak. U can get such breakfast in any midiocre hotel. Youbwill need extra set of teeth for paratha and luchi and leave your tastebuds in the room for the dal gost items. Milks for tea parlour will be served cold.Dont ever look at their room bar. There will be pure deshi pepsi and 7up but they will charge 4 times for them. If i can manage time i will surely go to consumer rights about it.By the way you can be satisfied of its service but be sure to know that you can get that level of service or rooms at a much lower rate. Not at all a value for money place to stay. You can brag of being there but at the end of the day u wont be happy inside.

Though it is named as Resort but to is more of Hotel beside cox,s Bazar sea-beach near kalatoli beach. Tourist can enjoy the sea from close proximity.

Good amenities, excellent location with service, they provide very prompt service. Breakfast buffet has good options for both native & foreigners. Candle light dinner is just lit. They provide Infinity pool, spa, gym & many more. Almost every day they provide live music in their lobby at night. From their lobby cafe, there is an excellent beach view. They provide free kitkot service in beach. Last but not the least, there is a garden area which gives you a earthy feeling. Their room service is also very nice

This is great. I enjoyed to stay there. You can easily find your all services. I was in room 805, here you can see the Sea View properly.The behavior of the staff will Impress you. You can stay on the guest room before check in. Check in time is 2:00 pm. After check out at 12:00 pm, you can keep your bag and bages there with a security token. They pick and drop you if you visit Cox bazar by plane.They will offer you a free breakfast token. You can use swimming pool for 1 hour by following the dress code. You can also use gyms there.This resort have a SPA and a BAR. Also have Concert Room. Toylet and water conditions are well-decorated. You can find Islamic Bank ATM booth there.There is a child security team. You can eat hot testy popcorn beside the guest room.In the bed room, you will find all control key beside the bed. I want to visit there again.

Our 3-day stay at this hotel in a super deluxe room was absolutely amazing. Beach is right in front of it so you can go anytime you want. There are hotel staff at the beach to help you and ofcourse free beach chairs. The hotel room is not very big but nicely decorated with almost everything a 4-star hotel room should have. Received newspaper, water bottle, shampoo etc every day. The buffet breakfast is above average. Serves about 15 main dish which tastes okay. Too crowded during breakfast time. The hot drinks section can be improved, they should give tea liquor along with tea bags. The live egg section is nice, and the staff doing eggs is also very friendly. The Airpor shuttle was excellent both ways. There is a nice arrangement of music at night at the lobby. There is also a small garden along with kids playing station which is beautifully decorated. The infinity swimming pool is really nice. You can just sit by the pool for hours. Although the pool is small better if you go in the morning otherwise it is also very crowded. We asked for a ticket print at the lobby they happily helped us. My overall experience with the hotel is excellent, if you are spending money I think this hotel offers the best beach with food & accommodation.

Had visited this 5 star hotel back in August 2022 with my family, been there for 3 days. Had some quality time with closed ones.The rooms were clean, and well amenities provided.Satisfied with the room services and great views of sea.Complimentary tea/coffee, morning buffets, are great too.

Rooms & others facilities was good. But their service isnt upto the mark as they charged customer. Food was tasty. Very near to sea beach so can easily reach at beach in shorter time.

The resort was out standing. My kids love the swimming pool. the full is remote control.while swimming you can watch the excellent view of the sea. The resort is very clean.the room is front of the pool thats why there was less privacy.

Probably this is the best hotel in Coxs Bazar. Very close proximity to the beach, very good & professional attitude of the staff, infinity pool & cleanliness made my holidays awesome. But they also need to clean & beautify their backwards which was full of garbage. Also the price of the food is very high for which most of the guests have to go outside for lunch & dinner. I think Sayeman authority should consider the food price and make it affordable to all guests.

Sayeman Beach Resort is one of the best hotels in Coxs Bazar. Starting from view, food, service, lounge, restaurant, bar everything is top class. The sea beach in front of this hotel is always reserved for their guests and water is cleaner there. They also arrange superb musical sessions in their open lounge for everyone to have an enjoyable evening.Highly recommended anyone to stay in this hotel during their vacation.Fabulous experience!!

Beside the beach, best environment, superb interior design, much better hotel service. Overall its an awesome experience to stay there.

Location: Best in Coxs BazarView from Room: BestComplementary breakfast: Not as good as Seagull, Cox Today, Ocean Paradise, Sea Pearl.Room Rent: A little high, but considering location and view - it is okay.The hotel lacks numbers of features like open lawn, big car parking, Jacuzzi etc. The rooms are a bit dark with not enough lights at night. The balconies are not spacious and lack privacy. Especially, The balconies with the pool facing rooms.Staffs were friendly, the room service was very good with good food quality, pick n drop services were smooth - overall a very good experience.Stayed at the Jr. Suite and overall satisfied.

Location is very nice just beside the beach. But the room & its furnitures are most of are broken or out of order. Front desk staffers are are very rough, it seems that they do kind on us not give service on payment. Totally the service is worse according to their fame & price. Bad hotel as a whole.

Clean room and Lobby. Perfect place for vacation. But the think i dont like is they provide only one door key( cardand the Dont allowed outside food.

Sayeman is the best possible location near the beach with all necessary facilities available nearby. Right at the front door to all the way till airport drop, the staffs were well-behaved & worked accordingly. I find the rooms are smaller & air-conditioning system wasn’t working smoothly. The lobby & corridors are kept clean. Even though at night time, smells of recreational drugs engulfed the lobby area as the bar is right above the reception area. Their Infinity pool needs no more compliments as it has always been their main attraction. Welcome drink was refreshing & toiletries were of great qualities. Sayeman is the best place for a cozy holiday if you don’t like to walk much to enjoy the sea.

This is probably a hotel with best location in Cox’s bazar in proximity of Sea beach. Their premium rooms have beaitiful Sea view. Service staff are also supportive and cordial. Rooms are well organized. Highly recommended

Compare to price vs product its an Overhyped place. Rooms are below average to be honest. Overall Service was passable. But Location is Excellent. Never staying again. There are better place in Coxs Bazar considering value of money.

Positive and negative reviews 😑We stayed at this hotel for 2 night- we think for 2 night it is a good choice but wouldn’t recommend a long stay. We think that 2 night would is perfect because the hotel is located right at the most beautiful beach I have seen so far. The views from some of the rooms, the pool and the restaurant on the beach are amazing.Spacious room with Amazing balcony.Good choice if you are looking for beach resort. But I am not agree with the name beach resort.. it was not looks like resort it was like hotel. They should make the resort feels more homey. However, there were many things we - personally - did not like: What we didnt know when we booked.I didn’t like the pool position.I was in junior suite sea view.I faced some problem.when I wanted to go balcony to enjoy the sea view it was irritating to see the pool all time full of people,noisy environment.didn’t have privacy.- the bathroom was ok but We didnt feel comfy.- breakfast was Below average nothing to get excited about..- Interior was ok but below expectations.- staff behaviour was great welcoming.- I would like to mention here few things about their rules..which was offensive1.Before 1 hr of checkout they will cut down the mini bar connection which is irrelevant and I didn’t get that type of rules anywhere.I don’t know what could be the reason..2.They have a beautiful open space for breakfast where you can enjoy your meal and sea view but they will not allow you to stay there after 7:40 to 10:30.3.I saw they have tendency to keep the light turning off and kids area was also useless as they turned off the lightsOverall our recommendation would be: for those mainly looking for a great beach this hotel is a good choice. For those who care about privacy,peaceful environment it wouldn’t be the perfect choice.

Good/Bad:- Location is best- Room service staff, cashier behavior is good- Breakfast was good- Load shedding at midnight- Pool have issue with dress code. They require to wear their dress with 100tk rent for each person but there was no Islamic swimwear for women.- Behavior of dropout service staff is not good.

Was forced into taking an extra bed even though its a twin bedroom and clearly 4 people can sleep there. Had been here before but has deteriorated over the years. Hopefully they can go back to the old times of better service and modify their apliances for modern generations.

Adjacent to beach. Food quality is better than royal tulip. Rules and regulations of swimming pool are very poor for pious women. They are always in a state of hurry for Checking out.

I stayed there for 3 nights .. such a good service along with the location. My two kids liked the swimming pool very much. Its not at all hyped. Anyone who will stay here must enjoy the swimming pool with grand view of sea. Kids will definitely enjoy their stay. House keeping and room service is very goods. Break fast is well standard.An interesting fact Honorable Bangabondhu was in this hotel in 1969.

Best place ever. Chill out with a little red wine and some cool summer breeze at the 2nd floor. Spacious, nice staff and very proactive. Highly recommend to those who can afford and want to get the high end service end of Bangladeshi hotel industry.

Overall great hotel. We had booked 12 rooms. Hadnt face any issue with that. The breakfast was superb. Everything looked fine except the swimming pool. Where there is a guy who literally takes signature from every single guest and make sure you are wearing the swimming attire. Yes i know its a normal policy for every hotel. But the way they persuade it felt bit rude and subjective. The beach is literally in front. So getting a sea side room would be great.

The overall ambience of the hotel is excellent. Staff were professional and cooperative. Particularly the pool staff. Very clean hotel. Probably the best hotel in Coxs Bazar. The pool side BBQ was good. However breakfast spread could be improved with more choices of item! Definitely would visit again.

Didnt like their service this time. Huge rush during breakfast hardly got a seat. Food quality wasnt good as it was before. The air condition of my room wasnt working properly, there was continuous load shedding, the telephone beside my bed was dead. The authority didnt pay any attention even after complaining!

Everything was fine, except they showed utter unprofessionalism in the name of rules when I tried to avail a discount of theirs. The offer was denied to me just because my order was exactly placed at 6 pm and not within 6 pm. I expected better here.

Amazing place to spend a vacation or honeymoon! Their service is outstanding and food is great!Update: 2nd visit and the place is still amazing! The only issue this time is the room is at the 10th floor. There was a lot of noise from the roof at night and it ws difficult to sleep.

Stayed for 1 night with family. Located across the road opposite to public beach. Rooms were nice and spacious but had moisty smell. Beach acess is very easy. They have infinity pool. Slightly crowded. Breakfast lot of options and international menu was available. Again it is crowded. Overall can recommend to stay as it is decent option.

It was an awesome experience.Their warm welcome by reception was adorable. The evening event in the reception area by their singer was mind blowing. The morning buffet breakfast was very healthy. Location of hotel was Infront of beach ⛱️. Finally, their airport drop off was very helpful for us.
