Savoy Hotel in Ndola

There’s major need for improvement

The place is affordable and relaxing,and the good part is its right in the midst of town

Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, ideal place if you want some quiet time and away from the crowd

Cool place, they just need to improve on stocks for beer

Its used to be great one in the day but now its a shadow of its former self, that is, on the side. The inside still looks pretty good despite one or two broken windows.

Iconic Hotel and needs to get back to its glory days

Need major rehabilitation, closure for maintenance may help.

Its an old hotel that can do with plenty of renovations. 7 floors hotel with a non-functional elevator is a recipe for painful legs.

The standards have dropped. Not too bad but then not so great

The place could use an uplift in standards and service. Used it for a google meet call and one of the waitresses distracted me during the call to ask if I needed another drink when I clearly explained I was in a meeting. The staff seem almost non existent when you need a service and they go around looking for the right person to serve you. Everything about the place seems disorganized and you can almost sense this by your first step into the place. I left my money on the table, payed for drinks that I didn’t know the price for because I couldn’t find anyone in the hotel to give me a bill!!!!!

Its horrible. The rooms are bad. Not good place for accomodations.

This place needs serious uplifting and upgrades. I could smell the dust and ancientness in the air of my room and the whole place entirely. 👎🏽

Centrally located in the City of Ndola everything you need is near by... top class hotel.

Was comfortable friendly staff we had supper there which was very nice.

This is a nice place every person can wish to be

The conference room deserves better lighting. Did not sleep there but those who did were forced to donate blood daily to a conference of mosquitoes. Management mosquito nets are even given out free of charge?. The staff were helpful though with the beverages tea and coffee.

Affordable as it accommodates even the rural community . Booking from far rural , quick response and a cheerful welcoming or reception . Thanks for such gesture for those of us from the rural . Carry on

Mostly reliable and used for many events almost on a daily basis

Delicious hot food and a wide menu. Service staff are attentive and courteous. Its clean. Just needs some renovations to usher it into the 21st century

It was wonderful, the staff is on point, the service is gorgeous in general.

Spend two nights at Savoy and the rooms are so good that you wouldn’t even want to leave. The pool is big enough to accommodate you and your family and friends. Their room service was on point so i just have to give them 5stars 🙌🏾 keep up the good work 👍🏽

Totally Run down, odd smell from the premises. Rooms large and parking space available in the heart of the town, but thats about the only positive in this place. Did not like the place.

Old hotel at the heart of Ndola, next to many shops and banks. The decoration is outdated and the service is average.
