If you love truffles like me , this is the place to go.The risotto and the pasta where amazing , and for desert the truffle Tiramisu.Very good service and welcome experience.

Awesome service from Primo!This was the most expensive pasta I had it Italy, but the quality of the truffle, pasta, and bread was definitely worth the premium.

Ha disatteso le mie aspettative. Accoglienza mediocre. Servizio ottimo a tratti. Prezzi alti 60 euro per un uova fritte con tartufo inaccettabile. Uscendo dal locale nessuna persona presente. Forse non è stato il loro giorno migliore. Da dimenticare.

Ce restaurant est dans lhôtel NH collection. Voilà une vraie originalité. Dans un cadre historique magnifique, un service impeccable et de grande classe avec un jeune personnel en outre extremement gentils. Super amuses-bouches ( taco, boulette beef et chips fromage). Des entrées goûteuses de légumes (une salade mixte et des légumes croquants chauds). Puis taglianettis à la truffe noire fraîche et fondante râpée à lassiette. Et des coquilles St Jacques originales dans une belle assiette en coquille. Desserts très originaux glacé green apple cacao noir et blanc. Crème brûlée aux fruits rouge. Vins super. Bravo !

Generosi in tartufo, prezzi ovviamente alti, ambiente molto confortevole e servizio adeguato. Assaggi offerti molto buoni, vini al bicchiere a prezzo sostenuto, qualche incertezza nel menu. Penso sia impossibile fare funzionare lo stesso piatto con normale condimento o aggiungendo tartufo nero o bianco. Il tartufo bianco su fusilloni (non ricordo bene il taglio della pasta), seppur abbondante, scompariva nella salsa di fondo. Un peccato.

Posto bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, atmosfera calda, soft ed elegante.Cibo squisito, la qualità si sente al palato al primissimo assaggio, tartufo eccezionale grattugiato al tavolo da uno staff molto competente e da un fare educato e gentile.Tutto eccellente, super consigliato.

Abbiamo mangiato bene, bevuto benissimo in un ambiente molto gradevole . Accoglienza di grande livello . Considerando il grande afflusso turistico della città e la media della qualità della ristorazione non sempre allaltezza dei costi questo è un ristorante che consigliamo vivamente.

This is the place for the ultimate taste of tartufo, I have tried almost all the places where they serve truffle in florence, tre panche, savini mercato centrale, brindellone, ristorante ponte alle rife, but I never got the quantity of white truffle served on such a good dish like here. I had the risotto with white truffle, absolute delight for tartufo lovers

A really nice place to enjoy pasta with truffle. Both options of white & black available for your tasting. The ambience in this restaurant is really nice and good for couples in my opinion. I never expected to be expensive. But it was a good experience in tasting white and black tartufi

È già tante volte che veniamo qui e abbiamo prenotato in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie .Arriviamo al ristorante con una torta comprata dalla pasticceria e il cameriere ci chiede subito in modo scortese se avevamo “ scontrino “ e “ lista ingredienti “ , se sapessi tutti gli ingredienti andrei a fare il pasticciere io .Andando a sentire il responsabile il cameriere ha ribadito che per cenare da loro non potevamo consumare la torta. Siamo andati via e siamo andati in un ‘ altro ristorante stellato che ci hanno accolti senza problemi.Sarà sicuramente l’ultima volta che verremmo qui e la nostra prima recensione negativa lasciata in vita nostra . DELUSI dal comportamento freddo dalla parte del ristorante. Inoltre la legge italiana DA IL CONSENSO firmando una LIBERATORIA di cui VOI NON avete neanche parlato che abbiamo firmato tramite altri ristoranti Michelin.

Cena degustazione perfetta! Bellissimo ambiente, ottimo menù, servizio impeccabile.

Excellent restaurant. If you like truffle, you must go there

If you’re looking for a place in Florence to have truffles, this is it! We were a little hesitant because of some of the negative reviews that we read. A few reviews complained about women receiving menus that did not contain prices. This ended up happening to us but because we knew to expect this we found it funny. My husband and I did the truffle tasting menu and every single item we ate was delicious! We were caught off guard with a few items so if you’re a picky eater it is good to ask what is being served.

Il tartufo come non lo avevi mai mangiato.

Expensive. Service was borderline impolite. Food was good. Truffle tagliolini was very very good.

Ratio price to food is consistent with this side of the river. Trying a bit too hard. A simpler menu would let the truffle stand out more.

You really have to go here and try the truffles. Perfect food, paired well with beautiful wines. The staff and service were beyond excellent. Highly recommended!!

All dishes are around 50 euro but you are not paying for the ravoli or pasta you are paying for the truffles! They have 3 types of truffles and good service! must get pig and mustard with black truffle really good! portions are also tiny so make sure you eat something prior because u dont want to ruin the truffle tast! great friendly staff!

Un ristorante davvero molto bello e curato.Il menù degustazione con tartufi è semplicemente fantastico. Unesperienza.Anche la cantina dei vini è molto valida.Rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero onesto e lo staff è gentilissimo.Un MUST per amanti del tartufo.

Devo dire che sono parecchio dispiaciuto per l’esperienza avuta nel complesso in questo ristorante.La cucina è di buon livello e i tartufi sono all’altezza, con lo sconto i prezzi diventano giusti, altrimenti sarebbe un po’ caro (ma solo se ci fermassimo qui!).Se il servizio e l’ambiente fossero stati all’altezza non avrei quella classica sensazione che si ha quando si spende (tantoe si rimane delusi. Un ristorante che punta a un livello alto non può permettersi di avere un servizio del genere: camerieri non coordinati e anche poco fluidi nei movimenti, inesperti nella tecnica di servizio del vino (cosa che non può accadere se applichi delle maggiorazioni sulla carta cose evidenti).Mi rendo conto che questi possono sembrare dettagli apparentemente secondari, ma che reputo invece fondamentali quando si alza il target di un ristorante, e se il target di questo ristorante è quello di una cena da €100 a testa, non è ammissibile che un cameriere non sappia distinguere la posizione del coltello da quella della forchetta, messi indistintamente a destra o a sinistra e senza coerenza all’interno dello stesso tavolo. In più probabilmente il sistema di areazione in cucina non è all’altezza visto che per una Fiorentina si è affumicata tutta la sala, rendendo impercettibile gli aromi del tartufo; e se qualcuno si siede in quel ristorante lo fa proprio per sentire quegli aromi.

Il faut y aller pour comprendre le différence entre la truffe blanche et la truffe noire. Pas donné mais de la nourriture de grande qualité.you must go once in your lifetime to understand the difference between white truffle and black truffle. Not cheap but service is top-notch and food is excellent quality.

We were disappointed with the quality of the food. We both had a ravioli first course which was nondescript. I had scallops which were over cooked. My husband had baby pig which was dried out. He had a pig dinner just a couple of nights before in another restaurant and it was fantastic. At these prices, there’s no excuse for mediocre food.

The taliolini with white truffle were amazing.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely prefect truffle experience here!After arriving, we were greeted by very friendly staff who asked whether we wanted to dine in the main area which was quick busy, or the empty bar. We opted for the bar and were treated to a very private, romantic, truffle extravaganza. It was almost like we had the place to ourselves.I hadn’t eaten fresh truffles before so this was definitely an amazing way to pop my truffle cherry.We ordered the degustation truffle experience which was divine from the course-matched wines through to the truffle topped tiramisu.The 2 wait and bar staff were considerate and thoughtful in their delivery of service, using both professional and personal knowledge to amplify our dining experience.Each course had its own distinctive flavour which of course was delicious, and were complimented by great tasting local Tuscan wines.We thank you for providing us with not just a dinner, but a night to remember.

Une belle expérience autour de la truffe, ce restaurant, niché au cœur dun grand hôtel proche de la Piazza de la Repubblica dans un cadre dexception est à la hauteur de linventivité de Luciano Savini. En plus de nous régaler avec tous ses produits dérivés autour de la truffe, il nous offre cet écrin pour venir célébrer la truffe dans tous ses états. Je najouterai quun mot de plus : Tartuffi !!!

Lunghe attese tra una portata e L altra un unico cameriere a servire all intero ristorante, certo c erano pochissimi tavoli occupati, forse già questo ci doveva mettere in allarme .... porzioni minuscole e insignificanti soprattutto il tagliolino al tartufo pagato euro 50 con max 30 grammi di tagliolino e 6/7 fette di tartufo nero assolutamente sconsigliato 👎

Truly, a memorable experience! Absolutely fantastic service paired with wonderful food and great ambiance made for a night to remember.Our server was a delight - he made excellent suggestions and also offered great insight into the different types of truffles available. Best service we experienced on our entire trip to Italy.The food was beautifully prepared and executed. The truffle pasta and chocolate tart cannot be missed!

The service was excellent, the location was great, but the food was not worth the price. It was good, but it wasnt our best truffle meal while we were there. Definitely our most expensive one though.

Ristorante bello,curato,il personale cordiale educato e molto preparato,bella l idea di far conoscere il tartufo durante l attesa e da notare la passione che trasmettono nel parlarne, ottima la cucina e la presentazione dei piatti.

Ristorante elegante ed accogliente. Consigliato anche a chi non ama (come si fa?!il Tartufo. Servizio al top. Cocktail ricercati, non solo i classici Iba.

Avrei avuto voglia di dare 5 stelle. Lesperienza al tartufo è eccezionale nonostante lo scetticismo iniziale dovuto ai prezzi troppo elevati. Personale giovane e gentile crea un atmosfera elegante ma non troppo "snob". Quando però noti che il caffè costa 5 euro ti verrebbe voglia di dare 1 stella per principio. 5 euro???? Perché????

Esperienza fantastica! Come primo ho preso gli spaghetti al "tartufo verde" e per secondo le uova di gallina ruspante col tartufo. Alcuni piatti del menù non hanno il tartufo (come i miei spaghetti), laggiunta comporta un extra di 10€...aggiungetelo sempre, ne vale la pena! Io lho fatto e sono rimasto molto molto soddisfatto. Il servizio é ottimo e discreto.

I piatti sono davvero buoni, curati nella presentazione, perfettamente cucinati ed abbinati con il tartufo estivo. Lambiente è molto elegante e intimo, eravamo solo noi 4 ed altre 2 coppie.Dopo lentrée abbinata alle uova di tartufo (prodotte dalla casaabbiamo provato due antipasti di assaggio misto, due capesante lardellate, tre tagliolini al tartufo, due piatti di filetto di angus con aggiunta di scaglie di tartufo, una bottiglia di vermentino, 2 bottiglie dacqua, 3 dolci con il miele al tartufo in 4.Per mangiare a Firenze, in centro, in un locale storico restaurato con la mobilia originale e con questa qualità dei piatti il prezzo anche se alto è giustificato.Il personale non solo estremamente gentile ed educato ma anche preparato a rispondere a domande e curiosità sul tartufo e sulla cucina.SUPER CONSIGLIATO
