Its been more than 3years I am in Mauritius n staying in blue bay but never got a chance to visit there but finally, I went Der bcz of my fiancee n tried chicken egg fried rice, crispy chicken,sweet n sour chicken. I would recommend this place a must visit place if you are coming to Mauritius or u r already in Mauritius .*Price - normal*Ambience - good*Food - delicious

The food is good and tasty, portions are big.Unfortunatelly we (and everyone else around uswaited too long for the food (both starters and main dish). Because of that the food was cold when it came to the table.Would recommend only if you have a lot of free time and if you are not very hungry.

Very nice food but a very long wait spoiled the experience. Every dish we ordered was fresh and well seasoned. Portions were generous and waitress who served us was very polite. But the restaurant takes a lot of takeaway orders and those who dine in are a bit neglected.

Really big plates, we had to take away the rest. Overall it was good.

Rude welcoming! The owner (old lady), asked for vaccination card, while showing her on the Alhosn app (for UAE residents, she rudely asked for it and insisted for a vaccination card , customer service skills sucks/inexistent. We left even after traveling a long distance for the food. I dont recommend.

Great value and great Chinese food with a Mauritian twist.

The culinary experience is alright. The plates are well presented, and for me personally the waiter we had was very attentive. I had ordered a reindeer steak and I had to send it back a couple times as the chef had made it extra rare and it was super tough. This I did not care for. However the others had more common Mauritian dishes which came out fine.

The food was very tasty, the staff very friendly.

You say Chinese food in the east, Saveurs de Shin is one of the best place I can think of.However the consistency of dishes had lowered, compared to when I visited the place a few years back...Wide menu options, well prepared and cosy atmosphere.

Last week, I was there 4 lunch, it the service was a bit slow, it took 45mins after starter 2 get main meal

To be short, i didnt have the greatest of an experience there. My points are below:1. They tend to forget about the dine in customers inside the restaurant. People on the terrace and take away were having food before us.2. My mate and I waited 1 hour for our food. The food was not worth the wait.The fried chicken was 3/4 bone and the meat was overcooked and bland.3 poor shrimps on rice. I was lucky there was no roasted duck else i think the meal would be really dry.Gotta give points to the meal(beef sizzlingmy mate took as for him it was good.Overall good outside deco. Dont eat dine inside. Take away.

You cant go wrong there. Straight to the point, fair quality and prices. Staff always friendly. Overall they deserve 5 stars for the constant level despite a very big and very Mauritian menu.

Excellent food and service. Great spring rolls and other dishes too. The food was tasty and the quantity was also great. And for great prices too.

Its really nice! The staffs are very calm and helpful and the food is excellent. The prices are cheap and the portions are enough to make your tummy full. So yessss I definitely advise you to go there you wont regret it! 🥢🥡🍛🍜

Was taken to lunch there. Enjoyed what I had and was surprised at the size of the portions. My companions food looked really good. Seems a popular place, would really recommend it.

A must visit when in Mahebourg. The fried noodles and the bol renversé are to die for. Excellent service. Budget friendly. Parking available in front of the restaurant.

Food was very average, starters of poor quality ,some products seems to have been fried twice before serving and hardly no chicken in the crispy chicken, let alone that half we wanted to order wasnt eve available.P

Ived been there, the atmosphere is pleasant, the seafood soup is tasty and also the Cotomidor rice. Recommended to sea food lovers.

Excellent chinese restaurant with good variety of dishes and friendly service. My grilled fish with pineapple was great. The only slight criticism was an extra add-on on my bill, because I had asked for rice instead of the standard french fries, that was a little petty. Anyway, I recommand this restaurant.

I loved the food... they need to work on the crispy calamari... but the fried rice was undoubtedly awesome

Not bad but not great cuisine. Staff friendly but food needs more love. Mine frite good, bol renverse lacking in taste. Beers not cold.

Snack/restaurant with an awesome array of Chinese food. Evrything tastes good, especially the WanTan soup mixed up with a bit of green chili sauce. Parking facilities available as well as card payment facilities.

I was there for lunch in May 2019 with 3 guests. We had some appetizers Fried Wonton, Crispy Calamari and Stuffed Chili. We then had Pekin Duck and we ended with a special Cantonese fried rice (named there Cotomidor riceaccompanied with sizzling beef. We had colas with our meal. The bill amounted to MUR 2,145 around USD 65. Its a very good deal for 4 persons. Service was quick and the staff very polite. Worth a visit.

One of our best dinners in Mauritius! A cozy Chinese restaurant, with a neat laconic interior. Service is at a high level 💞 Our waitress was very friendly and lovely. Prices are average, the same as in simple cafes around, the quality of food is really high! We paid only 29 euros for soup, starter and 2 main courses (curry crab and big shrimps - amazing!!! ), 1L water and beer! The food is very tasty! If you are in Mahebourg, visit this place!!!

One the nicer Mauritian chinese restaurants in Mahebourg. Very good selection of food at reasonable prices and quite a nice setting for a casual lunch or dinner. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours so its better to call for a resevation. Offers take-out options as well. Worth a stop if in the area!

Good cheap restaurant, quite bussy, if you sit outside the passing busses are loud and smelly. Great variety of seafood, chinesse and local food.

Fresh foods, really nicely cooked.. Awesome service, eating outside is a nice experience. However you may find the buses passing by, with their passengers taking a look at you, a bit uncomfortable.
