Sariss Hotel in Beylikdüzü

The location of the facility was very good, very close to the metrobus, the behavior of the staff was mostly appropriate, the rooms were also very spacious and clean. Although the spa floor was somewhat reminiscent of a warehouse, the pool also had a very relaxing environment. Most likely the rooms were recently restored but I guess they skipped the bathroom when they were renovating because the shower head was broken from day one. (but they fixed it right awayother than that, the wi-fi and air conditioner never worked, I couldnt sleep very well at night because of the heat in the room. Breakfast was also moderate, the food was a bit stale, but the balcony we ate on was very enjoyable. I do not recommend it, but it was not a bad hotel, if you had to.

It is very quiet, wonderful and clean, the services are beautiful, and the cleaning women are very nice, the breakfast is delicious and varied, its location is very beautiful, you can walk around it at night, you will discover very beautiful places

Value for the $ but other than that it’s a little bit inconvenient to stay, AC was not working, pool same, However the staffs were friendly and polite and welcoming.

After a tiring 12-hours night flight from Taipei to Istanbul, I were lucky enough to have a stay in this hotel. Nice receptionists, quiet and spacy room, and breakfast with many choices. Really enjoyed my stay here. Dont miss it if you plan to come to Istanbul.C. C. Chen

My reservation was between 21.12.2021-01.01.2022 so it is lon term staying in the hotel. Means 12 days paid as non refund able by myself.Room number : 607 I have called Reception and ask for plate and knife. As a hotel manager Please be informed that I know all hotel rules. Receptionist explained to me that :unfortunately if you request for plate it is extra charge to the room. Of course we didnt want to pay for plate anyway. This is not hospitality. I will stay untill 1st of January 2022 then make check out. Of course I will not be happy for my experience in Sarissa Hotel with staff. I dont reccomend anyone. Take care, regardsMahmut GUNES

The hotel is so dirty and the service is so bad , the breakfast is like dont eat here they dont have any variety its just olive and cheese and boiled eggThe hotel house keepers do not clean your room untill you ask the receptionist toThe corridors smells very bad

Very poor management, and unprofessional staff. Cleanness is at zero very dirty rooms the bathrooms are leaking and the showers dont work. The AC is most of the time doesnt work. I called for the maintenance no one ever show up until I changed my room. The people in restaurant are very rude and helpless. Dont waste your money here you wont enjoy your stay.

I spent three weeks in Sarissa hotel and it was such an amazing hotel as well as its food, and most importantly the best staff.Dont know about all of them but the two ( Gamze and Fehmi were very kind.I wanted to give a 10 star rating but i cant give more than 5.

This is the longest i have stayed overseas in a hotel and past 6 months i have been lucky enough to enjoy the service in Sarissa Hotel.

Not the first choice in this area especially if you have a car. Also located at a very narrow driveway shared with McDonalds.

The hotel is priced right, clean and close to many restaurants, cafes, metrobus and big mall. Although far from the heart Istanbul.

On arrival at Sarrisa hotel, we were welcomed by the receptionist and was taken to our room. The room was very clean except for a few marks on the mirror, grime and dust on the floor. Housekeeping was really good, although they didnt hoover all the time and dust was building up. After a few days we noticed ants on the floor and they were crawling everywhere and the air conditioning was automatic, which was rather inconvenient because at times at night it started to get cold. The breakfast was okay, same every day with varieties of meat, egg, salads and cheeses. At night it was rather noisy and we could hear people talking and laughing in the corridor as the rooms were not sound proof.

I have been there for 2 nights there was on of my favourite hotel in Istanbul, breakfast is so fantastic and rooms are clean, staff was so polite, just internet was low

Good hotel but communication problem mostly they understand only turkish language and daily same breakfast

I dont recommend this hotel, my room was dirty, you never want to touch anything in the room. The window was so dirty, even you couldnt see outside because of stains. This hotel doesnt deserve 4 stars.

Good but provide only one (USEDkey for two guests. It goes out of service very often, to solve the problem need to go back to reception to program it again. They don’t have another solution 😓😓😓

Nice otel and location, but the new receptionist guy had did big mistake and deducted the night price triple:(. Next day they said it will be back to my account within 30 days!!

Good hotel for the money it is charged. Close to exhibition center. Far far away from Istanbul city center. Quite a Big room. Some spots on the carpet. rather Poor breakfast.
