Place is crowded, cannot advise this place to non-smoking people. Food was served quickly.

The WORST food Ive had in Turkey! FOOD ALTHOUGH PRESENTED PRETTY; the filet of beef was tough as a rawhide chew cause it was overcooked and burned. Also, meat patty was very greesy and covered with baba gnoosh instead of beef gravy as the menu claimed. The mashed potatoes where the only good thing. Waiter also laughed when I told him the filet was to tough to chew. The food is terrible and the pomegranate juice is given to you hot and bitter; instead of cold and delicious. Zero customer service and respect. Dont eat here.!!!

Cold food, menu specified that we will receive “fries, rice, grilled tomatoes and peppers with every grilled meal” and we received none, even after speaking to the manager. Terrible experience, stay away from this place!

Although I am not a fan of "tortellini" I decided to try Mantı and it turned out much better than I expected. Service is also quick and polite

The food is not that good and the waiter was rude and kinda in a hurryWhen we asked for the menu while he was cleaning the table, he stoped and said you don’t want me to clean ( not in a sarcastic way)

I loved their breakfast it was very delicious I always get back to the restaurant every time I travel to Istanbul and have a good satisfying breakfast.

Had a nice hot cay here and a short warm break from the rain and cold. It took a while for our food, just a toast, to arrive. The toast was just ok.

We just had a quick snack there as we were hiding from rain. I cant give a full range feedback but from the first glance the place is not bad. Its not fancy at all and looks more like a cafeteria rather than a restaurant. Too simple as for me.Form the other hand, its close to seafront.We got our food (pide with meatand drinks really fast. Pide was delicious. Waiters were attentive and mostly all of them spoke English (its very important here :)To sum up, I dont think we will come back here for a dinner but may come for a snack or have some tea.

Big, crowded, noisy and slow. Signature dessert “Saray Muhallebisi”. It’s a dessert cafe, so don’t expect good coffee. Traditional dessert cafes usually serve tea in Turkey. They have all sorts of food too. But you could do much better food wise in this area. Maybe a quick lunch for a family since place is easy to access and already noisy. So you wouldn’t care if your kids are not behaving.

It is a classical Turkish restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of Turkish and foreign cusine meals.

The place is nice, crowded but cosy and nice.Portions are great and the prices are reasonable.I had potato wedges and margarita.Potatoes wedges were absolutely superb, and margarita was quite good as well!My husband had Kufta and described it as exquisite.We had tea and soufflé for dessert. Turkish tea is as always: terrific. Soufflé on the other hand was a disaster.

The place is nice and the way they serve the food is spectacular. Although the food taste the fine/normal nothing to write about.

They served me one of the worst things I ever tasted in my life. If they cannot make one simple apple tea then I guess you should go somewhere else. Istanbul is plenty of good places to eat, this place just doesn’t happen to be one of them.

The food isnt special and the service questions the fact that there were strange bits on the cheese... i mean we are meant to be able to question about food, it wasnt politics but the cheese... to be avoided if you dont want to be ripped off.

He request from me to pay service.. extra charge 10% after I finish ..And it’s not written in menu and no body told me before I order !! Very bad thing I don’t like it

If you want to have a perfect meal or may be something sweet, you are at the best place in Eminonu... the prices are reasonable. After your meal do try the Turkish coffee...

Good sea food and reasonable price

Turkish Coffee, hot chocolate and sahlap were delicious, especially during the cold season.The cakes were a bit too sweet for my liking but my friends enjoyed it.The view is breathtaking and the service is excellent.Enjoyed the dining experienceGénial

Food was good, service friendly until we got the bill which had a 5 dl service charge. We asked the waiter to explain and he said it was standard. We have traveled all over Turkey in the past month and never seen this extra charge. We asked the people sitting nearby if they were charged and they said they were not. We were going to tip, but it is rude to force someone to pay a tip, so we paid just for the food and left. Would not advise tourists to visit until this policy is removed.
