Sara Hotel Aswan in Aswan

Lhôtel a besoin dune petite rénovation, MAIS, le personnel est au petit soin, la vue est incroyable, la piscine est très plaisante, bref nous sommes resté 3 nuit a Aswan et nous nous sommes sentis comme des rois pendant le séjour.

الغرفه مش نظيفه والتكييف صوته زى صوت خلاطه الاسمنت والأكل سئ جدا جدا ومفيش غير قناه واحده فى شاشه التليفزيون ومفيش احترافيه فى التعامل مع الزبائن اهم حاجه الفلوس

Wat een slecht hotel! Een echte afrader . Airco die als een locomotief werkt, ontbijt dat bestond uit een voorverpakte droog broodje een stukje kaas en internet waar je letterlijk niks aan had! Personeel was vriendelijk en de uitzicht was top, helaas we hebben paar keer kakkerlakken tegenmoet gekomen waardoor ons verblijf toch stuk minder comfortabel was. We komen niet terug en ik zou die zeker afraden !

Very old, very tired looking hotel. Has a decent pool with a beautiful view of the Nile. Needs a mayor refurbishment.

محتاج شوية اهتمام وصيانة و يستغل الفيو الرائع بتاعهم

مكان تواجدة جميل ولكن الوصول إليه صعب جدا ومستوى الفندق ككل بسيط جدا ومحتاج تطوير فى كل شئ

فندق غير صالح للإسكان نهائيآ .. سوء خدمه .. سوء تعامل .. لا أنصح احد بالذهاب اليه

الفندق بعيد جدا عن المناطق الحيويه لازم يبقى معاك عربيه عشان تتحرك المكان سيئ جدا فالمعيشه الغرف التريبل السرير التالت فيه حجمه اصغر من كنبه مش نضيف تماما عندهم ثعالب ومفيش خصوصيه من الجيران

وحش جدا الخدمه في سيئ للغايه والغرف مش نظيفه

فندق سيئ جدا وغير نظيف بالمرة ومستوى الخدمة ردئ والطعام لا يرتقي لمستوى الحيوانات

Not professional as hotel but have some good and positive service like hostelNils view is wonderful

مكان وحش اوي وغرف مش نضيفه والحمام الخاص بالغرفه مش نضيف والفرش قديم وحمام السباحة لونه اخضر من كتر عفانته😡 تجربه سيئه جدا

موقع الفندق رائع و الفندق من الداخل يحتاج إلى بعض التجديد و أيضآ منطقة حمام السباحه تحتاج إلى التجديد و غير آمنه

الفندق في مكان مميز والمنظر مطل علي النيل لكن يحتاج لبعض الخدمات

Hotel katastrofa. Bywałem w wielu lokalnych egipskich, marokańskich i tunezyjskich hotelach, ale ten to niewypał i brud. Jedzenie nieszczególne. Nikomu nie polecę. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem. Chyba ze ktoś decyduje się na dodatkowe lokalne atrakcje imprezy inspiratorów do rana :)

فندق غير نظيف تماماً و الاستف في منتهي الإهمال و عدم نظام.....فطور سئ جدا فطور يعتبر قديم و معاد تسخينه....و أثناء الليل حفلات صاخبة و المغني صوته سئ جدا و مش بنعرف ننام بليل بسبب كدا من المفترض إن الليل هو فترة الراحة حتي لو يعملوا حفلة المفروض تكون بعيدة عن أماكن الراحة و النوم......لو أستطيع ان اعطيكم لا شئ بدلاً من نجمة واحدة كنت عملت كدا

Leider war der Eindruck nicht positiv. Im Zimmer hatten wir nur 6 Grad und nur 2 dünne Decken. Das Hotel konnte keine kleine Standheizung in der Nacht anbieten, erst als wir auschecken wollten, teilten sie uns Alternativen mit. Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl, da wir das Gefühl hatten, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren. In der Winterzeit leider nicht zu empfehlen.

The hotel has amazing views and is 9 minutes from Cataract. Clean with good food. Very (could be toosimple, not luxurious at all. Lacks maintenance and service.

Very good hospitality. Friendly and co operating staff. They helped us with all possible varieties of vegetarian fresh food.

This is an awful hotel.My experience was extremely terrifying.The hotel is not close to any main road or in a developed area. There were no taxis or stores around. Upon arriving at the hotel, check-in paperwork for all guests were scattered on the desk.On all hotel websites, it states that you are able to get wifi in all areas - this is incorrect. You are only able to get wifi within 20ft of the front desk. There is no wifi in the bedrooms. Furthermore, we were given their "best" room which consisted of a leaky toilet that had stained the floor and a bed with sheets that looked like they had not been changed in a very long time.When we inquired about the wifi - they later informed us that wifi was only available on the main floor. At this point, we had had enough and were ready to leave. When we inquired about getting a taxi - the hotel staff told us that the taxi would be arriving shortly. When we requested for an update (15 minutes later- we were informed by the same hotel personnel that no taxi comes up to the hotel as it is too far out of the way. Essentially, we were stuck at this terrifying hotel, that had no other guests checking and staff that is very comfortable with lying.We finally had one staff member who claimed he would be willing to drive us to another hotel that we had made last minute reservations at (after seeing the state of the Sara Hotel). When we got into his car, he drove us to the main intersection and dropped us off claiming that he was not a taxi service.Please do not stay at the Sara Hotel.

My father and a group of friends were stolen at this place. They stole perfumes, money... Police was called but it was not solved

A good hotel with a good view of the river Nile. Has a good swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and has good air-conditioning.
