It was okay its a big place its good nice facility good people just I just go there to sit in the car and just enjoy the weather I used to be able to walk I cant really walk too well now so well it was good it was good you will enjoy it

I love the paved trail here!

Not many camp spots, but clean and accessible.

I went of the beaten path only for so long a it was getting pretty extreme! Next time Ill pay attention to where the regular trails are! Otherwise a good ride.

Lovely, quiet little campground with nature trails, horse trails, next to the Santos Trailhead for mountain biking.

Hidden Gem !! This place is downright amazing. Great mountain bike trails for the beginner as well as the advanced. Peaceful, clean, well maintained and trails are widened/cleared from overgrowth. In your travels, go check out the Vortex!!!!!

This is one of the best bike trails Ive ever been on, the shade from the trees is just perfect and the trail is in great condition. They always keep it up and remove all the down limbs right away

I did not go bike riding. It was to lonely. Not to many people riding their bikes.

Great place for a dose of nature. Lots of trails, butterflies and fresh air.

Great trails! Highly recommended.Ive yet to do the big loop around the whole thing, but Im working on it.Theres over 60 miles of interconnected trails here with different levels of difficulty. I will eventually travel through most of them. 😆I do recommend you bring/have/buy a dual suspension mountain bike. Ive seen people in the trails with single or no suspension bikes and I cant imagine the pain they likely experienced afterward. These trails will do a number on your joins if youre not careful.

The place is great! There are trails in differents levels of performed. The kids over 3 years old can start in the track designed for training the infants. You can enjoy riding a mountain bike in middle of the forest.

Santos has something for everyone. Hiking, horseback, and MTB trails. It is a deep woods destination for MTB of all skill levels, beginner to absolute sick hardcore expert thrill seekers. Well supported by nearby shops. Who new Florida had such excellent mountain biking???

Visited for the hiking trails. The trails were well marked and maintained. The restrooms in the park were clean. Will have to visit again.

Absolutely great for all levels of mountain bikers. We had a mixed-level group of 5 and some of them did the Vortex-- yikes!! while others did the easier trails. There are plenty of rollers to practice on, and flats for the less adventurous. The huge mossy oaks are gorgeous, theres beautiful single-track, and there are a couple of bike shops if you need adjustments. Well worth the 2-hour drive for us, especially since its in the heart of horse country (so very pretty). We camped for 2 nights and the park is very well run, bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and they have a couple of showers. Highly recommend!

This MTB trail is my favorite when I come to Orlando. It is 1h away, but it is worth the ride. It is mostly natural with few human made structures.

Probably one of the better bike trails in Florida for dirt and street bikes. Plenty of asphalt Trail to ride on for street bikes and lots of dirt trails and a trials course. Great fun and highly recommended!

Currently 15.6 miles of paved non Florida flat trail with the future goals of much more, theres also a ton of MTB trail.

Cool bike park in Florida. Vortex was an amazing trail. It felt like a cyclocross track.

Top notch biking trails, bother paved and dirt. Hiking trails that are well marked. It certainly is a wonderful park to visit, hike and ride. We did about 18 miles on bike and about 8 on foot. Trails are well maintained. I wish we had a paved trail like this in SC.

Every time I go here I find trails that I’ve never been on. Love this place.

So far the best trail Ive ridden. There is a double black diamond called Vortex. Amazing!

Santos is a world class experience! Even expert writers will find much to do here challenging. Plan on spending more than one day.

Best trail. Lots of activity. Tall pines, palms. Restrooms were fairly clean compared to Dunnellons Porta pots. Lots of parking spaces.

These trails are very well kept and the people have been polite. This was my first run here and you should probably have a little experience. Some of the trails have some obstacles that may be tough for beginners, but not impossible. Would recommend. There is an air pump station, tools, and a bike wash on sight. Very convenient.

Great asphalt path 8 ft wide for 16 miles aka Marjorie Carr path. Easy hills but lots of bikes. Some picnic tables first 6 miles from trail head. The interstate 75 land bridge is about 9 miles. Fun.

Great trail. Only 2 road crossings, well marked. Excellent pavement, rolling small hills and curves, lots of shade for the first 7 miles where we turned around.

Best hike and bike ride spot in the whole area! Miles and miles of shaded trails. The paved path connects all the way to the Ocala Horse Park! Feels safe.

Santos trails are great for rollerblading! They have a few very subtle inclines/slopes, probably only noticeable to skaters, but theyll send you flying on skates fast if youre not a little careful. Im still a beginner and wasnt fully prepared with good slowing & stopping so I practiced a bit while I was there. Grateful I didnt hit any debris on the downhill parts. Otherwise gorgeous long trail, 99% shaded!

Beautiful beautiful beautiful park,the only situation in the park is the burning of wood and bbqs. The smoke accumulate in the park and its really hard to breathe at times so when I go to this park I make sure I go way before dinner time. But otherwise if youre riding your bike through the bike trails you probably will not be bothered by the smoke from Campground

Great place to ride trails and hone your MTB skills. Lots of pedalling but not exactly flat either. Short and long trails for all different types of riders. My 7 y/o niece and 9 y/o nephew love coming here to ride their MTB bikes

I just moved to FL from Vermont and have been mountain biking for the last 20 years and I have to say I was blown away by these trails. Super fun, very well maintained trails, and all clearly marked. The parking lot was very clean, pleanty of shaded parking, and had amenities like a bike washing station. You will not be disappointed coming here!

Cool state park with campground……..nice trails and off-road biking course for the kids and adults!

I went here to make sure I was going to have a place to ride my bike if I got one. The people were friendly and I was able to take some good photos.I haven’t had a chance to go back and ride all the trails but I bought my bike ASAP after leaving. I knew I’d always have a killer place to ride. Seemed like there was something for all skill levels also.

This place is great and well maintained. Who knew you could have so much fun in Ocala Fl.Also, there are Mountain bike trails and a paved trail thats as smooth as glass for road cycling. The paved trail runs 30 miles.

Reccomended for those who have any bikes. BMX or MTB. The trails are very fun with jumps, tock climbs and twists and turns. Also if you bring small kids please beware of rattle snakes and copperheads. Bears are also something to worry about but dont be disregarded by these animals. These trails are fun with other and are quiet and beautiful.

15 mile paved trail, good work out if you ride the entire length to and back for 30 miles total

It is a paved bicycle,and walking trail that is as fun filled as exploring as scenic as the majesty of a forest of lovely wildlife as awe inspiring as life can be!(With transportation you can get far,but without the right Light you will get lost,so be safe,and carry your cell phone!)I plan on getting back there,but right now I havent,I do recommend getting there!

Good and spectacular place to walking run and biking. Huge park

It was my first time there and I enjoyed the trails and fat tire festival.

These trails are some of the best mountain biking trails in the southeast and all of Florida. Trails are well marked and there are sections for riders of all abilities. Great hiking is also available.

When I visit my parents in Homosassa, I make it a point to get in at least one session at OMBAs Santos Trails. There are trails here which will challenge riders of every skill level. From the Dr Ruth and Cow Bone to The John Brown and Miller Mile, theres sure to be a trail for you. But, before you hit the trails, spend some time on the feature-rich skills park section to hone your rusty skills. If youre not ready by the end of that, then test your speed and rhythm on the pump track. Theres plenty of parking and youre welcome to set up your RV/Trailer in the field for the day.When youre done riding, break out the cooler and have lunch at one of the several picnic pavilions - complete with tables. And, no need to tak a dirty bike back home. The trailhead at Santos includes a bike-wash station big enough for the whole family.

One of my favorite MBTThey have easy trails for the beginner to some really technical trails/jumps coming off the side of hills.After a few hours of riding, I recommend you stop at the bike shop across the road. They always have a good selection of Stouts/Porters...and some IPA’s if you’re that way inclined.
