Ate here two nights in a row because it was that good. Seafood risotto was fantastic. Baby lamb was even better. Orange pie was the best.

Really excellent food and service from this family run restaurant. Good variety menu choices. Tasty well flavoured food. Lovely views. I had the aubergine and cheese roll with some halloumi and sticky jam. My partner has the chicken which was very tasty and moist. Highly recommend this restaurant and we would definitely visit again.

Favorite meal in Greece. Service, food, view — everything was great. Lots of vegetarian options as well. Loved the feta w/ honey, eggplant w/ mozzarella, and the orange cake. If you’re staying in Akrotiri, this is a must!

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Santorini! The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Greece! Highly recommend!

Found this place on our final night in Santorini, and thank goodness we did!My wife and I were met with a lovely welcome, we didnt book but were seated right away (around 19:30).The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service was friendly, helpful and polite, but the real star is the food.The tetralogy of Greek flavours was divine, 4 well sized dishes, a spicy feta, tzatziki, an aubergine dish and a humus.The grilled octopus and fava was unreal, so delicious you could order it twice!Fresh fish of the day (red snappergrilled and prepared to perfection, and a 12 hour cooked baby lamb that was exquisite.The price was more than reasonable for the food and service and certainly not the most expensive place we ate. Yet by far the best.You must visit here, youre missing out of you dont.

Randomly stopped here for dinner and glad we did. Great food, great service and live music and plate smashing. Spent 65€ on bread, two starters, two mains, numerous drinks.

First restaurant I went to in Santorini and it didn’t disappoint. The grilled chicken, the bread, and the side dishes that came with it were all delicious. My tummy was very happy 😁 Would definitely go back!

Excellent, fresh food. Staff is very friendly. Green salad was huge and delicious (included figs, apples and other deliciousness). Highly recommend!

Disappointing experience after reading such great reviews of this place. I mentioned it was my birthday in the reservation hoping for a nice table but we were seated inside next to the traffic corridor. Then we ordered the sparkling wine. It was sweet and horrible! The Dakos salad was dry and very salty. The tetralogy of dips were not served with bread (eat them with a spoon?so we ordered bread on the side and it was garlic bread (surely plain bread would make more sense?The burger was good but the seafood risotto with cuttlefish ink was only nice for the first couple of mouthfuls and quickly became sickly. We ordered two glasses of house white wine to accompany the mains and it was again quite a sweet wine. It’s very odd that at a restaurant claiming to be a gourmet “experience” offers house wine that is not easily drinkable with the dishes on the menu. Probably the most unpleasant food experience I had on the island unfortunately.

Unfortunately, they have only one vegan option. The option is ok, but they could at least provide more potatoes or stuffed tomato.

The best place to visit in Akrotiri. The food was good and the drinks and company even better. The owner Minas was warm and friendly. The barman Thanis makes the best cocktails. The strawberry daiquiris were amazing. All the staff were warm and inviting. Nice place to chill out after spending your day sightseeing. Definitely make a visit.

Best food I had on the island, hands down! Not only do they have halal options, but it was absolutely delicious. I am not usually a grilled chicken person, but this one was scrumptiously juicy. Id definitely go again the next time Im in Santorini. Not to mention, the entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening.

Another of Akrotiris restaurant gems. A lovely place to eat and watch the world go by. The service was good and food was great. Recommend the XXL Pork Chop - so good we went back again but make sure you have plenty of room, it is called XXL for a reason! The house wine is also worth a try and very reasonable at €15 a bottle.

The place looks beautiful and friendly but theyre not flexible for vegan options. I came here upon suggestion from Greek Vegan Guide app but I was disappointed. They look vegan friendly because they mark the vegan dishes on the menu but at the end of the day its only one dish (do they think vegans only have all just one single dish?and theyre not very open to veganize other dishes: I asked to replace cheese with something else in a salad and the waiter told me that it would have been an extra charge for that. And removing ingredients would not have reduced the price. Too bad because the menu looked very creative and having good vegan options could be a very good competitive advantage in Akrotiri. I had the Theofanis salad (minus the cheeseand it tasted good and the stuffed tomato and peppers (nothing special). So sorry, its a lovely place and hopefully it can be more inclusive in the future.

Hands down to the waiters, they are so nice and so welcoming. The food was very good and I totally recommend going to the greek night, every saturday night. Best restaurant in town!

Me and my girlfriend went to the Saturday night greek night. Was an amazing experience , food was the best weve had throughout our whole holiday and the atmosphere was magical. The live music was very special and we was full of smiles and laughter throughout the whole night. Thank-you Theofanis for a true authentic Greek experience.

My man-in-the-house and I visited this restaurant on 2 occasions-Saturday and Monday-for dinner. My hubby loved the grilled chicken dish so much that he ordered it again the second time we were there. I had baby lamb (awesome too; see photothe first time, and grilled chicken the second. The grilled chicken was tender and juicy and aromatic (herbs in between the chicken meat and skin). Other restaurants in Santorini had served us grilled meat but they were always dry and uninteresting. We loved the orange cake with vanilla ice cream: it was soaking with orange "liquor" when we sunk our teeth into it.Tips: Book a table if you wish to have a nice view (see photo). By the time we left at about 20:30, the restaurant was almost full, showing its popularity with the tourists.On Saturdays, the restuarant offers live music from 20:00. I would advise you to arrive after 20:30 or 21:00. I waited till 20:33 and the musician was still testing his sound system.

The Theofanis Greek salad was one of the best tasting salads we’ve ever had. Mixed greens, hazelnuts, figs, and a delicious honey balsamic dressing was a taste and texture bliss.Rest of the meal and service was great. Friendly and personable service. Nice atmosphere and views.

Amazing place!!! It’s a little gem in Santorini, the food may feel a bit expensive compared with other places, such as tavernas, but it’s totally worth it!We loved our food and the service was excellent.

You will have a great time in this restaurant! It was the best octopus and slow-cooked lamb I have tried in a while! For vegetarians, their salads are amazing! The only down thing is the price! It is fairly expensive!

Food is out of this world, very authentic food .. no frills and no fake smiles and no whistles and bells.. just mouth watering tasty food traditional food is Santorini.. we found it as my wife had a headache and we stopped to pharmacy near by… what luck we found this… service is lovely, no traditional market selling . Go just go and eat your heart out … refreshing food.

Exceptional. Friendly relaxed atmosphere with a great vibe. We dined Saturday evening and a traditional Greek duo playing classic Greek songs - restaurant was signing along and dancing. Could have been a one off, but what an experience!Concise wine menu with high quality well priced local Santorini wines. Food amazing. Freshest calamari so far - grilled to perfection. Whole fish delightful and well priced. Would go back a second and third time!

This was the best meal we may have had during our trip to Santorini. The food was high class and wonderfully cooked. The staff was warm and welcoming. Of course the price was perfectly reasonable. My wife is having me learn how to make everything we had when we get home. If we find our way back to Santorini we will definitely be back.

Got a pizza and a cheesecake and was told it had to be taken away as they only do pizzas as takeaway after 5pm even though the restaurant was literally empty apart from one other table.I thought ok thats fine but then, they brought the only other table a pizza to eat in?!I enquired and was told he was the owner and tried to speak to him jokingly about it but he was very stuck up and rude.I cant fault the pizza and the cheesecake though as they were nice, but I did have to take them out to enjoy.Tbh, the view at the restaurant isnt good and I actually enjoyed the view at my hotel more.

An absolutely amazing restaurant for Greek cuisine on Santorini. A must if you come to the island. Located very close to the Akrotiri archeological site, this restaurant offers a beautiful view of the landscape while offering delicious appetizers and main dishes at a very reasonable price and the absolute best service we have seen.

Relaxed atmosphere, good view with the sea in the bakgrund, modern touch, nice music. Nicely prepared food, gourmet touch. Nice staff but a slight more personal touch would suite and serve you better.

The three stars comes from an average of: 👨🏻2/5 service (our server was so visibly upset with us that we ordered just one appetizer to share, though the restaurant was totally empty except us and one other guest. He actually stopped talking to us after this🚽2/5 bathroom (it exists but was very dirty though it was the beginning of their day🧼2/5 cleanliness (the seating was immaculate but the bathrooms were disgusting 🥘 5/5 food (we ordered dakos, and it was so good I could have eaten it every day! We locked the plate clean💰4/5 price (it’s quite expensive, but normal for cafes in the area🖼 5/5 decor (it was beautiful decorated and had a nice enough view)

The food and the atmosphere was really good but the waiter was not the kindest. He might have just been having a bad day, all of us do here and there. That brought this place down a star. The toilet 🚽 didn’t have a seat which was odd for a place that has two dollar signs $$. The WiFi didn’t work while I was there. The environment was nice. With some easy fixes my experience could have been better and I hope your’s is.

Very beautiful restaurant with a distant ocean view.It had some of my favorite food in all my my meals in all my visits to Greece.The server Anna was a delight.The Modern Santorinia Salad with rock samphire, katsouni, carob rusks, carrot, bell pepper, Santorini tomato and traditional cheese, olive, caper, and a bed of fava puree was OUTSTANDING.The "Theofanis pork steak" was also very good if youre okay to attempt to eat or take away 8 portions of animal protein.

One of the best Greek traditional food we had in Santorini. We even went back for the second time and it was well worth it! Highly recommend the seafood dishes and the salad! Mind-blowing food with great dedication and passion from the owner!

I think this meal was our favorite.So good we went back two nights later for a second meal.The food was exceptional and the service very good.The menu has a variety options to choose .Μy favorite salad dishes were Modern Santorini with Cherry Tomatoes and “Theofanis” salad.Personally, the starters I loved were Grilled Halloumi with Rocca, Santorini’s Fava with Caramelized Octopusof the main dishes I loved were Risotto with Cuttlefish Ink with Shrimp and Seafood pouch with linguini with fresh shells.Very reasonable prices and a real food experience!Highly recommend!Will be back again soon!

Amazing food and service, we were twice. On Saturday night they had a nice dueto of live music. Beer was cold, white wine from the region and exquisite food.The chicken fillet was amazing as well as their traditional Greek food as shown in the image (stuffed vegetables, gemasta)

We didnt really plan to visit this restaurant. Actually we wanted to go to another, which was already closed for winter break. After the meal we were really glad to have come here because everything was super delicious. The staff is extremely friendly!We had a salad as an appetizer. Afterwards we had the tenderloin beef burger and the beef shoulder. Both was really tasty! There also came a little dessert (greek yoghurt with cherriesafter we have ask for the bill.We would definitely come back a second time!
