Great food. Decor is lacking. Unlike most Mexican restaurants, chips and salsa are not served unless you ask for them with a additional charge.

Cold burrito chili isnt warm cheese isnt even melted. Definitely not fresh considering my order was just after opening. Im guessing someone didnt show up on time to properly warm the left over beans and chili

I’ll stick to other locations. The guy at the counter was super nice but my pork chops tasted spoiled. Tasted like chemicals in certain parts and very dry. I tried to eat it but couldn’t do it. No issues elsewhere, it’s my favorite dish.

Clean,friendly, professional, you can call ahead to take out or dine in. Staff gets to know thier customers wether regular or new. They smile and great you. Food is delicious.

Drove 2 hours to eat this amazing food. Even the coffee is great. Carnita platter with green chili (hot of courseour server was BUSY! best believe she took such good care of us...we tipped her 40% . Thank you Santiagos always yummy 😋 !

This place took over an old Pizza Hut building and when I went there I didnt know what to expect but I ordered some enchiladas and a taco. The price was very reasonable as well for the quality of food that was presented and the service was very prompt and the food was actually really good for the fast food service I was impressed.

Absolutely disgusting service. I paid with a card for a couple burritos to go. The waitress with six inch long eyelashes said out loud " a very generous person" because I didnt tip on a six dollar take out order. As if that wasnt enough, she was sweeping up garbage and picking up the trash off the floor with her bare hands then went about handing customers their food!!!! When I confronted her about this she rolled her eyes and said ya whatever!!!!! I told her I didnt want my food and walked out, as she cussed me out. I cant even believe that this place hasnt been shut down . Its golden co , not Tijuana.

My favorite place to eat traditional Mexican cuisine. Their green chili is traditional and spicy.

The burritos are small but mighty. The sauce is delicious, and we did half and half, so it had some kick in the salsa

I love Santiagos! They have the best breakfast burritos and green chile around. I try to stop whenever Im in the neighborhood.Update: was in the neighborhood today and got the carnitas plate for lunch. It did not disappoint. The service was good too!

Had 1 lady working walk ins a second was taking care of the tables and they all were fantastic the waitress that served us was amazing never missed a beat food was exceptional and it was nice to actually see the smile on our waitresses face like she actually enjoyed her job

Food was really good. Lots of options. Many items can be bought ala cart so you can build a meal to your tastes. Our party of seven had no issues with seating and the food was ready quickly. Had a few hiccups ( out of clean silverware, out of or couldnt make certain foods, etc due to short staff, but that was pretty common in most places during our trip to Colorado. Those things did not detract from our meal.

Effin me gusta los burritos. Specifically, the bean and carnitas (half and half level of hot). Best thing ever after drinking too much the night before and cheap, too!

they were short staffed, but very nice and the cashier did his best to keep up with everthing and he was doing a good job and the food tasted delicious

They had more than half the place blocked off and were moping floors in the middle of the day. No a huge deal but just added to everything else. The lady at the cash register was cussing and talking about other customers. Her pupils were the size of olives. They were out of 3 of their items. I asked for no onions and my meal came out smothered in them. They took it back and brought it back 2 minutes later, still with onions under the cheese so they obviously didnt prepare it again. Every employee except one young lady looked very dirty and not put together nicely. Their green chili was flavorless and usually its amazing. This was not the normal Santiago experience. We came here only because the line at Bonfire was too long. We will wait in the long line next time.

Love the food for the price. My family gets food from there once every other week. The interior is old and many of the seats need replacement.

I’ve had great experiences before, this last time I went I had communication issues with the front desk staff. Received an order I did not ask for and when I tried explaining it was wrong and if we could find a solution it became a situation where “they were right and it’s their way” definitely upset with the last experience

Best breakfast burritos. Honestly Ive only eaten something besides their breakfast burritos once so I cant really review that side of things. However, I have tried breakfast burritos all over the city and Santiagos burritos are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

So disappointed, yet again! I was so willing to give Santiago’s another try, the last 2X I was here, (after not coming here for two yearsthe food was good, and service was fast. Today, I ordered an egg and potato breakfast burrito smothered hot. It came out quick. It was horrible, the scrambled eggs were MOST DEFINITELY a day or two old, and the eggs and potatoes were cold, the chili barely warm. The cheese on top wasn’t even melted. I told them, the servers and cook started laughing as if this were some how funny. I stuck with my $3.00 chips n salsa and $3.15 Pepsi and $2.50 for a lousy bean tostada. It’s so sad what’s become of this place! The bill should have been comped if this place cares one iota about their customer. When asked to have bill comped, the gal refused and replied, we make our eggs daily.” I’ve had old eggs b4, they def used day or two old eggs, and filled the tortilla with COLD ingredients, right out of the refrigerator. Not even warmed in a microwave? This is called laziness. Thankfully, Las Palmas is only 3 minutes away, they have a huge menu, decent service and the food is great. So long Santiago’s! :(Below is their sign posted at the counter, their “pledge” to use fresh ingredients and increased prices. What a joke! Don’t waste your hard earned $! Poor management and a staff that knows nothing about good customer service and respect of their paying customers. Eat at Las Palmas or Taco Bell right up the street!

I’ve been here a few times but will never go back. My last experience, a few weeks ago, was very unpleasant. The staff gave a tough time about my service dog, who was tucked under the table, quiet, and in perfect behavior. They violated ADA laws with their questions and should really train their staff on what can and cannot be asked before they get a complaint filed against them with the DOJ.

We ordered for 5 people today and they got the order wrong. When I called to fix it the woman handed the phone to a male who was extremely rude. I have never been treated that why by anyone. I will NEVER order from there again. He needs to take a class on professionalism or common courtesy before he interacts with other customers.Also, the owner told me to reach out and I did but he never got back to me. Poor customer service

Stopped here on a recommendation from our daughter. We got the breakfast burritos to go, one hot one mild. Wow, they were extremely delicious. Staff was great and they were really quick. We will definitely stop again when in the area.

Very good burritos for the price. Very busy. I wish that they would hire more employees. Employees move fast but operate slow. I know it sounds weird but true. Get the breakfast burritos.

Chicken fajitas were unseasoned with very few vegetables. They don’t serve alcohol. The “salsa” that came with the chips and salsa was cleary marinara sauce. It smelledand tasted like pizza sauce and it was very thick in texture with no chunks of tomato. I was expecting a more authentic experience but this was amateur at best. The cashier was honestly the best part of the experience.

The online order fulfillment sucks. They only start cooking your order once you arrive and check in. The website clearly says "we will cook it immediately". Waiting another 10 minutes made my busy morning more stressful.Good, affordable burritos though.

Been going for years, they have the absolute best food. I picked up some brealfast burritos this morning because I was in the area. Had to run a few errands and even in 30 degree weather after last an hour theyre still warm and fresh. Great service and great food.

I mostly eat the breakfast burritos here. They are good. Really good. Two half and half w/ cheese will cost you $5.48 out the door as of 10/25/19. In the mornings there is usually a line but it goes fast. The most Ive ever waited for to go is 20 minutes. Most of the time its under 10.Ive uploaded the menu (sorry for the glaretaken the morning of October 25th, 2019.

The service was good. I ordered a bean and cheese deluxe smothered with hot. It was a big burrito and tasted good. The dining area was clean.

*Update, I decided to give them a second chance. They blew it. Cold food and we could hear the cook and waiter complaining about us from the kitchen.I have been die hard fan of santiagos for years...but not this location! They failed on every part of a meal. No chicken for the chicken tacos, no beef in a beef stuffed soapilla, ran out of iced tea. Oh, and there was hair in the now carnitas tacos. Not to mention that it took 45 minutes to get the food.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I HAD A ROCK IN MY BURRITO!I originally had a 5 Star review of this place from my experiences over 4 years and had to change it due to the terrible experience I’ve had here.I came into this Santiago’s on March 30th and ordered breakfast burritos for my whole team, just like I’ve done for years. To my horror my burrito had a rock in it! It chipped the back of my molar!I contacted the store and they seemed so helpful and asked me to come in and bring the burrito which I did. They said they would work something out for me and call me back. A day passed. Then a week. Then a month. And now another month. I’ve called multiple times to ask them to right this wrong. They keep telling me it’s up to the owner to go through the insurance.The crazy part is I only wanted free (6burritos for my team as compensation. Under $20 for me to be happy and keep me as a customer. They’ve completely ignored me and lost my business. I’d recommend people stay away from this place.

THE BEST. Yes this is AUTHENTIC! Grew up near the border and this is by far the best Ive had around town. Worth the drive!! Great place to take the family!!

Comfort food at its finest!Santiagos is always on the top of our list for places to eat. Today was the first time in since November and they have really did a Great Job on the inside dining area. New table, new bench seats and MORE tables to sit at. I have never had trouble getting a table, even during peak times, but an still impressed by the improvements. As far as the food, its great as always along with their staff who are fun, friendly and more importantly (as a regulartreat you like family. I would recommend Sanitagos in a heart to anyone looking for GOOD Mexican food.
