Antonio was great and very attentive to our needs. His customer service was great.Despite all that, the hotel itself wasn’t as expected at all. We were put into a room with no view of the lake which was ultimately very different than advertised. Our room was not very clean as there were dead flies and spiders all over. There was no screen on the windows so we couldn’t open the windows without spiders or mosquitoes coming in. The shower head broke on us which we were forced to pay for, even though it was poorly installed. The beach/lake access was dirty and not as advertised. Hotel was quite far from town. The only near restaurant was 5 minutes away by walking. We had to checkout two days early due to unforeseen circumstances so we paid a cancellation fee which was understandable. However, at first, we were told we didn’t have to pay a cancellation fee by the manager, but then two minutes later we were told we actually had to. Just poor communication on their part. Also, breakfast was not served at the hotel itself, but instead at that restaurant I mentioned above which was a 5 minute walk away. We were not told that upon checking in. Everything just felt unexpected and unclear as communication was so poor. Again, Antonio was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The hotel experience was just not great, especially given the fact this place has received such outstanding reviews.

Todo excelente!!! Puntos a destacar:1. Cercanía al lago.2. Desayuno incluido3. Don Tono es una persona llena de amabilidad y servicio.4. Las instalaciones cuentan con una cocina completa y churrasquera que está disponible.5. El lugar está alejado del bullicio.En general, no se arrepentirán de ir!!

Very beautiful location and big house. Exactly at the lake. Amazing sunrise. There are green space for yoga or exercising. From San Pedro pier 10 min by tuktuk or 20 min walking.Breakfast not available but you can bring your own food and coffeeParking place for 4x4 cars, not for normal one, so I parked on a street, it’s not 100% safetyJust know about stairs to hotel and don’t bring heavy suitcase:)
