Wonderful food, atomsphere, and delightful service by our waiter Rony.

Best thing there is ambiance, really peaceful relaxing , pizza is well known there. But its bit overrated as per the price , they take long time to serve the food , I ordered salad and pizza , I got pizza first and salad in very last.

We were recommended by the nice lady at the info desk at the airport. Bingo, great food, great service and great atmosphere.Recommend!!!

My friends and I visited Santa Lucia on 26 Aug 22 and thank for the services staff- Thiwa being friendly and helpful to us. It is warmth that I left my seat quite a long time and she noticed that my Cabonara may have been cooling and she come to ask whether she need to assist to change my cabonara to a new one when I back to my seat.My friend and I enjoy the outdoor seat and our lunch so much, we will recommend to others 😊

Attentive pleasant waiter who was very helpful. Good service. Tasty Pizza was freshly made in wood oven. Various flavours. Located in the quaint old town up the hill away from the river.

My friend and I had lunch here and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was great, the staff were all friendly and one particular Thai waitress who worked in the backyard area downstairs was absolutely accommodating to our needs. I didn’t get her name but a very nice person indeed. We had a lovely time and definitely come back again!

We went here to spend the Knabenschiessen evening in Zurich.It is quite a beautiful place with plenty of space and a big terrace, that provides a relaxing atmosphere.I ordered the insalada gigante and was happy with the look and taste.The serving was very pleasant.

The service was phenomenal. Yoyo was very attentive and took very good care of our group.

Walking through the streets of old town Zürich at 8pm, we noticed how warm and inviting Santa Lucia appeared to be. We checked out the menu and decided to enter. We were seated in the back of the restaurant next to windows which provided a very nice breeze. Our waiter, Boris, was an amazing service engineer! He was obviously very experienced in both customer service and knowledge of everything the restaurant had to offer. It was truly “white glove” service. And the food was scrumptious (AND they had GLUTEN FREE options- the best we’ve had in Zurich! Thank you for Boris (the nicest, sweetest, most knowledgeable waiterand for making us feel so welcome. We WILL return!

The waiter - Thiwa make me surprise! She had realized the food become cold and initiative want to make hot it for my friend even though we didnt request it. Really great service, she give me a great experience on Zürich restaurant.

Had a very nice lunch. Pizza with Bruschetta as a starter. Good prices (considering its Switzerlandand delicious food. Nice and funny waiter. Definitely recommend.

My minestrone soup was just cream of tomato soup with a packet of mixed vegetables added. The lemon and shrimp risotto was too lemony. But the Negroni was good. The pizza was amazing. The salad dressing was great. So, it depends what you order. Stick with the pizza and salad, and youll have a good meal.

Excellent service and care factor of the staff and the manager. He goes the extra mile and is very attentive. Having our own Restaurant in Singapore we know what we are talking about. Its the Bindella factor which transpires through all floors . Thanks a lot and see you soon again!

Lovely restaurant in the loveliest part of Zurich. I didn’t get to try the food as the place was mega packed (the tables that are free in the picture were for other people waiting in linebut I trust my cousin’s taste of food as he’s a connoisseur and he recommended this restaurant. Gives you good vibes. Will be back again to try the food.

The best Italian food weve ever had, our spaghetti and pizzas were absolutely perfect. Staff was friendly and we had our food almost instantaneously. Cannot recommend them high enough.

Manager is very professional and frenudly, the first time we camed, it was very crowd, and he find us a place very fast... We didnt have reservation...Waiters are so fast and freundly...Because of that reason, we come back again.Pizza is perfekt, so delicious. 😊🥰🥰🥰

Last weekend I was for visit in beautiful Zurich, for the second time in my life. During this visit I was in this restaurant for the first time and hospitality, service and the food were perfect.

You can set by the window and enjoy your meal, extremely delicious food with high quality ingredients, very friendly staff.

Santa Lucia is an upscale Italian restaurant with a wood fire pizza oven. Besides delicious pizzas, you can choose from a variety of pasta (you can select your own type of pasta to pair with different sauces). In the summer, there is covered seating area on the back terrace. Friendly and accommodating staff. All our dishes were delicious.

Pleasant restaurant in the center of Zurich with fast service and polite staff. The prices were reasonable as well. Pizza Michelangelo was indeed delicious (picture).

Super chef Dino thankyous ... Everything is so delicious, its carefully chosen from olive agin to the wine cavities. The pizzas and the special cigers in the wood oven are great, so make sure you go and try it.

A very good Italian restaurant in the center of Zürich. You can find here very friendly staff and nice atmosphere, with delicious food. All types of food that you expect from an Italian restaurant. The best part is that on a Sunday evening when lots of places are closed, this restaurant is open. Also the staff speak both English and German.

Came here twice.First time tried margherita pizza, seafood pasta, and gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce. Margherita pizza was amazing and highly recommend it. The pastas were good but not the best. Would recommend going to La Pasta instead for pasta.Second time got margherita pizza again, parmigiana pizza, and gnocchi with meat tomato sauce. Pizza here is really good overall and gnocchi was better this time in this sauce as Im not a big fan of Gorgonzola sauce.Would recommend this place for margherita pizza!
