Santa Claus is old but cool! Very funy story! Big expirience... You can eat lunch in some of restaurant there. We were eat in Three Elves restaurant. Very, very good lunch and desert!

Nice hotel, friendly people and a good breakfast buffet. We cant test the restaurant, because there must be close at 18.00 o clock. The Arctic Museumis only 800 meters to go.

Nice but basic hotel in the middle of Rovaniemi. The libby is looks good and there are a nice restaurant there. The rooms a little bit old but well taken care of. There are no shampoos nor hair conditioner in the bath, only soap.

The bathtub is not well installed. There is gaps between it and the walls from all 3 sides. Taking a shower in it youll end up in a pool of water on the bathroom floor and the toilet. Bad experience.

Nice hotel right at the center of Rovaniemi. Calm atmosphere and friendly welcome. Room was clean, but little bit old looking. Maybe just because of the colors of the wall and the beddings. Cute details around the room 😊

Well located hotel in the center of Romanievi this a good option for families with children. The rooms have enough space, area for the bags and balcony. This was recently renovated although it was not very well designed, the bathrooms tub water runs out into the floor of the bathroom making ponds.The food certainly need improvement, itr very basic and not good enough for a “4 star” hotel.

A decent hotel that needs to catch up with intl standards. A pair of slippers cost EUR 5.- which is pretty much free now everywhere. There is no porter service, so make sure to pack as much as you can carry. Gived a clean enough feeling. They hace a nice enougj xmas package with a tree and cookie decoration event for kids. After which Santa comes and gives presents. The food was turkey and ham for xmas and the following night. The rooms need a bit improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a bar that starts to serve food as of 3pm. For some reason the heating blows cold during night in the room. The lobby area is big enough to sit and spend time. The buffet for meals are sufficient. It has to have a bit of a character thoug as it doesnot necessarily creates a cozy mountain hotel feeling and more a city hotel feeling.

Wonderful staffs and service, good tasty food, quiet and clean room and toilet, good supply of toiletries, enough pillows and blankets, good supply of souvenirs. Very near shopping centers, supermarkets, souvenir shops, 24hour convenience shop, restaurants. Great hotel choice for travellers!😍🥰

Not a planned stay but easyJet flight to London was cancelled. The staff on the front desk coped incredibly well with the unexpected surge in guests. The room was very comfortable and breakfast in the morning was even better. A short but quality stay. Ho Ho Ho.

Decent large rooms. Excellent location in the town centre. The restaurant Gaissa is not very good better for you to eat out. The Bar Zoom up is cool. Good for families to stay here and visit nearby safaris.

Nice hotel...but at this point of time... No housekeeping services after 2 pm...Good for kids...you can do shopping in hotel also... Nice bar and Casino!

I would come back to this hotel. It is in the centre of the town, everything is easy to get to. The rooms were just stunning. The shower was lovely, the plug didnt work in our bath but that was okay. The staff were friendly. The bar in the pub was nice too with the waitresses being helpful. The breakfast werent too bad there is always something there for people even for my fussy son. You can even make your own waffles. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. The transfer from the airport wasnt too long either.

Comfortable hotel in the city centre on the pedestrian street. good location. Rooms are simple but nice. A lot of conference facilities, but its not easy to find the conference rooms, you need somebody wholl show the way to meeting participants.Buffet breakfast is good enough too

Love the 2 waffle machine. Quite easy to make the waffle and together with nutela spread, it made my day! Hotel location is good. Lots of restaurants around. The northern most Macdonald is also within walking distance. Nearby is a river, where we can see the famous Lumberjacks Candle Bridge. Something special:morning call is in the form of alarm from the TV, which also has a personalised welcome message when we check in.

Good hotel with good rooms. Located near a river and many restaurants.Small toffees are kept on the pillows as Santas gifts. Small but nice value addition. Health faucets have been newly added for Asian visitors. They are connected to the water point at the tap of the wash basin. In order to use them the tap at the basin must be turned on.

From start to finish not great at all for what we paid... 2 adults. 2 children. Over £4K for 4 nights.Check in: Good.Rooms: Two single beds and a sofa made into a make shift bed for children.Restaurant: Shocking. If you are to book a stay here do bed and breakfast!!! There are plenty of places to eat out for dinner. If you are doing excursions a daily meal should be included.Dinner at this hotel is the worst I have seen.3 cold choices mainly salad and chick peas and 3 hot food to choose from 1 being rice or pasta the others being nothing spectacular. NOTHING FOR CHILDREN. Rude staff and very ignorant waiting staff. Prepare for a messy breakfast also. Plates piled high on tables and staff stood drinking and talking...

Salla from Front Office made our stay wonderful!! All her tips and advice were very helpful. Comfortable beds, breakfast variety was good. There is a small playroom for kids, and free sleds to ride around the hotel. Try the reindeer pasta in the restaurant, delicious 😋! Great location! Rooms floor could be more clean 😉

Quick and friendly check in, pleasantly appointed and spacious room, comfy bed (though the pillows are a bit odd, but that seems to be a Scandinavia thing). WiFi is free but sluggish. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Also actual bathtub, Imma have a bath! :)

Good location, central to all of the intown sights. Most attractions are about a 10-15 minute walk. Rooms are comfy and spacious, but the beds are a bit thin, even by northern Europe standards. Included breakfast buffet is okay, but nothing to write home about.

The location of the hotel is great, on the central square of Rovaniemi. The service was also very good and kind. The design is OK, but nothing special. There is a free small sauna in the hotel, and a small casino. Unfortunately, the sauna is separated for men and women. The rooms are big enough and clean, but the beds were horrible. First, there are only two twin beds, instead of one double bed, and at the moment you simply sit on them, they slip aside. The mattress and pillows were also very uncomfortable. Concerning the breakfast and dinner, I was quite satisfied, although Im usually picky. The variety was limited, however I had always been able to find something suitable for me. But, if you came a bit later, you could find yourself waiting quite a long time until the waiters refill it. I know that some of our group were very unsatisfied with the meals, but apparently it is a matter of taste.

Spent our honeymoon there. Very quiet place. Spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Right at the town centre we had prefect access to everything we needed. Staff are very professional and friendly.

All of stuffs are very kindly. I booked the hostel Rudolf and needs to check in from here to get the key, and because we arrived too early so they let us to put our luggages here and told me how to go to the Santa Clause Village. When we checked out from the hostel Rudolf we asked them could we put our luggages here and after two days later come back to take them back. They told us " If you have a reservation with the hotel then you can place them here." So we booked. When we came back, they have car park(pay), sauna(freeand breakfast. Its good for us. Thx~

Ok standard, used to be much better. Rooms clean but some wear visible. Breakfast could be better. All in all a place to return to but not first choice in Rovaniemi any longer.
