Sannin - Lebanese restaurant in Dusseldorf, Germany
Great food with very reasonable prices, nice and welcoming staff and atmosphere, would recommend to everybody! #fvgapproved
Authentic and delicious oriental food.
Loved it!! This was my first but definitely not last time at this restaurant!!! Would definitely recommend.!
The cook used bare hands to reach in salad dish for salads after serving other people no one washed there hands in kitchen the complete time there. My vegetables were very old or had been frozen.my meal was cooked in microwave instead of fresh.Rice no flavor.Neither my husband or I finished out food and he also unhappy. When he asked for a fresher piece of cucumber they took his plate and just added another and not remove old.
Bad food poor quality does not deserve any evaluation look at the picture
Food was delicious and the service was fantastic 👌
Very tasty and cheap
It is absolute treat from bread to hummus, and a wonderful tea with sweets.
The owners were very nice and the service was great, yet the taste was nothing like what you expect eating Lebanese food, undercooked meat (kafta, shishtawouk), and couple days old filled wine leaves, so the 2 stars are mainly for the service and kindness of the place but food wise I personally dont recommend it.
As a Lebanese, Sannin serves the best Lebanese food I have tasted so far in Düsseldorf. The Hummus and Baba Ghanouj are amazing and the garlic paste is 👌If you decide to go there, I highly recommend the mixed grill plate 🍗
I really like eating here! My best meal in Düsseldorf. The starters are quite a lot for 1 and I was happy that I didn’t order a salad or anything else, other than my main dish. The mix grill is really good.
Nice Lebanese Food ….
really great food
Great food, great service and free tea:)We will come again!
Great restaurant with awesome food. Even the starters are awesome and I couldnt stop eating them. The portion size of the main dish is huge and more than enough for one person. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The prices are also quite cheap given the taste and the portion size.
Set aside the very simple interior and lack of atmosphere the food is actually quite decent, tasty and fairly priced. However it should be noted that our waiter was wearing very dirty clothes (sweatpants and t-shirt, having very dirty hands with a recent cut wrapped in paper towel, bloody too. We watched him clean tables, handle money and food in the kitchen without washing hands in between. In short they should up their game on the hygiene issue!
Very yummy arabic food, authentic taste as per Asians taste buds
I had the best Lebanese food in Düsseldorf at Sannin. The food is delicious and value for money as well.I would highly recommend the mixed grill because you get a lot of variety with that plus you can have an apettizer as well. The owner and staff is really friendly and they also serve Baklava as a complimentary dessert too.Highly recommended and will visit again.
Excellent Lebanese food, if you pay no mind to the not so pretty restaurant.
It was good restaurant with a decent price. The staff was kind.
The qualitys taken huge drop, Salad arent fresh, overcooked Fries and rice. The grilled meat looked in bad shape.
The best lebanese cafe! The place is small and from first glance looks more like something fast-food or take away mainly, but the food is just amazingly good. The starter plate is huge, and has lots of variety, the main dish of chicken was super tender and cooked beautifuly. Definetely a place to visit for good food!!!
Awesome and cheap. Vefy nice staff.
Very affordable to have a decent meal :the portion was big. The food was delicious and service was quick!
One of the best and most reliable places to get oriental/Lebanese food in Düsseldorf. There is a great variety of dishes to choose from (vegetarian options are availablethat are all very tasty, reasonably priced and served in generous big portions. The staff are also extremely nice and accommodating. You can either eat in or order on the phone to collect later from the restaurant. Recommended without hesitation.
Yummy we ate the falafel sandwich, Lebanese lentil soup, humus and a "grill teller" 10/10 would recomemd really good pricing aswell
+:the hummus and the aubergine paste are really delicious.-:The restaurant doesnt have high hygiene. The lentil soup was more like boiled grayish water. In general I think you can cheap and good food here, but you should be ok with the place not being so clean.
One of the best places to eat arabic food in Düsseldorf
Wow! This place shows an impressive level of service and really makes you feel like a valued customer. I had amazing food, followed by free tea and sweets and even got to try some regional starters free of charge. The waiter wouldn’t even accept my tip! If you have the chance to try this place make sure you don’t miss it.
I came across this place by chance and loved it! The food is simply excellent!!The restaurant isn’t anything fancy but the food they serve is great. I had a salad and a main and on top of it you get some starters and a small dessert for free. The food was extremely tasty. Can only recommend restaurant Sannin for its great food.
Nice delicious Lebanese food but the furniture and everything is old and well used. Soup bowls are broken on the edges and so is all dishes.
Couldnt get the taste properly because of the marination done properly (very less salt), I would recommend not to visit this place.
Here I sit having just come back from traveling two weeks in the Middle East omw back to the USA and baffled why ME food is consistently better in Germany than in the countries themselves... theory just refreshed and supported by my experience at Sannin..Good service, good music, great experience. You lucky D Germans! Delicious
Delicious food, friendly staff. Id definitely recommend eating here.
Nice place, great service, decent taste. Food was good, location is ok, near Hauptbahnhof.
Huge portions, great hummus and speedy service. Labneh is more creamy a tad bit sweet instead of sour.
If you are looking for great authentic food, this is the best place! Was given great service and food was great, would go again once I come back to Germany!
Traditional lebanese food in a quite atmosphere. Very friendly and professional staff. Located closed to Düsseldorf main train station.
Dont pay attention to the decoration, the food is very good, best Lebanese restaurant in düsseldorf, great value for money!
Nice food, plenty of it. Lamb is gorgeous, perfectly cooked. Its not posh, its reasonably priced.
Im visiting the area from Canada, and came across this place. For anyone who knows what true Lebanese food is, this is the place. I really enjoyed it, and the owner was very friendly. Portions are big, I don’t know why some of the reviews stated otherwise.Must try.
The food is relatively good comparing with the prices. On the other hand:- The Service is rude- The atmosphere wasn’t good, feels you eat inside the kitchen itself (you have to change your cloth or burn them)- Very hot environment due to the Grilling, cooking, no ventilation, toaster is working, frying ... etc. it’s better to eat outside of the restaurant (take away). N.B: your smell will be like you cooked something if you entered the restaurant, my recommendations don’t enter this restaurant.- If they started to cook or grill, you’ll not see your accompany/ies
Good taste but still the environment need be improved
It a shame to see negative reviews. The food was incredible and had very fair portions. We shared a starter and main platter between two and with drinks, it came to under €30! The chap who served us was real nice, not rude at all. Don’t believe the anti hype about service, just believe the hype about the glorious food!!
Best place in the city... Awesome food. The atmosphere is at first kind of unfriendly bit sit down and check it out. Its awesome
Its a small little gem in Düsseldorf. Its a pretty tight space, just like most places but dont let the looks fool you. The food was great! Portion size for price was decent. The service was good; could have been a little better though. The chef (also servingwas overwhelmed which, understandably, made him agitated. Then someone came in to take over. You get free tea and baklava at the end of your meal too. Definitely a must-try (not the best but close enough)
Good portions, lamb chops were cooked perfectly and the spice was not too much just right, bustling and friendly and reasonably priced
Really good restaurant. Good quality and good atmosphere. They are really nice and really helpful
The missus is Lebanese and she claims it is authentic and excellent. To my british palate I can only say I enjoyed it too. 15 euro for a veggy plate and ayran - filled us both up. Busy place.
Good food! Decent prices! Excellent service! The waiter is really nice and helpful and the Lebanese food specialties they suggest are tasty and generous.
