They charge so much for undercooked or over cooked food. My onion rings were burnt at one point. I ended up using a website that gives promotional codes and they ended up editing it to charge me full price. CRAZY!!

I came from Methuen ( in literally the woodsabout 6 or 7 years ago when a tree fell in my home, the house got condemned and demolished.y kids and i had to stay with my parents for 8 months until i found a home in Lowell. Ever since Lowell is my heart, my home🥰🥰🥰... Thats when i didnt know absolutely nothing about my neighbors and neighborhood. Sandwich King was one of the first place i went to try to get food while moving and they are so amazingly welcome! They answer my questions about my surroundings and omg, they can cook amazing!!!! I made them my favorite place to go and eat when i miss family! OH AND THEIR DESSERTS ARE OFF THE CHARTS! EVERYTHING IS SIMPLY DELICIOS!!! I promise you, you will love the food and the service!

Sadly had to give this rating or even write this review! But this place has gone downhill the workers are nice always have been but the quality of food is just terrible they use to have decent tasting subs. But the quality of food has gone down the drain. I stopped ordering for quite a bit, I decided to give them another try last night to see if anything changed but unfortunately I got the worst steak and cheese sub I have ever eaten the sub was full of hard fat barely no steak it was very disgusting I could only eat a couple bites before I gave up a total waste of money! I definitely won’t be ordering ever again! This use to be such an amazing restaurant I thought the new owners would keep up the good quality of food that we use to get from this restaurant.

My entire order was messed up, they raised the prices and put less food on the subs. My BLT sub had 4 strips of bacon and excessive lettuce, and they didnt put hots or oil on my Italian like I asked. I used to very much enjoy this place, but its nothing like I remember. I was displeased with this experience so unfortunately have to leave a poor review

This evening I ordered a small pizza, an Italian sub loaded with everything and also some fries. Delivery was on time and the food was delicious as usual. I dont need to go across the river to get a good pizza. Keep it up everybody youre doing a great job. Plus the delivery lady from slice was lovely

This was a horrible experience my fries were extra greasy and refried so stale, the pizza was old dough and so thin you wouldn’t even believe it was pizza. And to top it off I was told no Supervisor or manager was able to talk to me they don’t always work apparently so Definitely will not be going back and so not recommend it to anyone

Yooooo you guys just lost out on what might of been close to $100 tip cuz there was 13 people who were ready to order from you guys cuz it says you open at 11 but it’s now exactly 11:30 and you guys are still not picking up the phone so another business got the order and the huge tip. Big loss on your part!!!

I dont understand how anyone likes the food. $15 for a steak bomb and drink. I said toasted not burnt.. everything in it was a mushy mess and whatever seasonings they use was gross! 2 bites and tossed it in the trash! Nasty

Ordered on Grubhub and when I arrived to pickup my order I was told they canceled their Grubhub partnership and my food was never prepared.

The steak and cheese is the best I’ve ever tasted ! Perfectly seasoned and cooked will definitely be coming back !

They just cant seem to get it right. How hard is it to make an "edible" sandwich. Doesnt even have to be good, just edible, this place cant... brutal

I give two stars because the lady was really nice and the price was great plus the place was clean but tbh the pizza taste weird. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it taste like the crust and on the pizza was sprinkled cinnamon on it. It really just ruined the pizza. However the wings and fries were great. I definitely don’t like this new recipe and I’m a little disappointed to have come out in this weather and trying to not cook and I get a cinnamon flavored pepperoni pizza 😣.

Ordered on Uber eats and everything was delicious my sub was packed with steak just how I like it the “home made pizza” was very tasty. And prices are extremely reasonable. I’m a new customer and will continue ordering from this place.

Cant rate the food. Ordered twice using the slice app. The first time they confirmed the order and charged me but I never got the food and they were closed when I called. Fortunately, Slice reimbursed me. Second time I placed an order 1 hour before close and they just didnt confirm it. I understand I order late but I work late as Im a cook a a private club. But I serve every customer until close. Dont understand why I cant order when youre clearly open. Im giving 3 stars because I cant rate the food. But the service is automatically minus 2 stars. And to whomever responds to bad reviews, as it used to me my job, just show results. I dont care about excuses, just like I tell my staff. Still give you guys another chance tho, just upset everytime I try your front-end doesnt confirm orders. And when I call I met with a rude female. Doesnt sound like she likes her easy job of answering phones.

Ordered a meatball sub, chicken tender plate with fries, and a small pizza. My meatball sub was supposed to have pickles, lettuce, olives, and cheese on it. TOASTED. It came with nothing but meatballs. Barely any sauce.The tender plate came with no fries and it was cold and when called to see if I could return my sub and get a new one delivered, they said it wasn’t possible.The young girl with glasses who works there answered the phone was really rude. I usually love going to this place but tonight they were really off their game.

Wow. Weve ordered before, but never again after tonight. The best part was the regular fries. THANK GOODNESS IT WAS CHEAP. Ordered a ruben sandwich. I have NEVER tasted something so awful! I took 2 bites from one half and threw it away! I tried the other half in desperation and it was a little better but after 1 bite the only chunk of meat fell out and I was left with sauerkraut and dressing. Roast beef came in chunks not slices. 2 large chunks and one very undercooked but dried out normal sized slice of meat on one half, then ONE chunk of meat on the other. The dressing tasted like it had gone bad. Rubens have a pretty uniform taste, whatever this was, wasnt even in the ball park. Husband ordered a Combination Steak Bomb and was dissatisfied, flavor was off on that also, but he was able to eat his.

i will give no stars absolutely horrible ordered large wraps qhich were made wrong when they got on the phone all they offered was to send a side of pickles. when we sid no we wanted them made right they sent us back small subs when we paid the price of large and the subs were mostly wrap no meat..... will never order again... since they have been under new management the food sucks..... my kids got steak and cheese which were cold... best bet is to find somewhere else.. anywhere is a better deal and better food........

Never order from here.Just got a cheese pizza delivered,it was pretty cold,looked like they through a bunch of old slices from different pizzas together to make up a large cheese ( the slices didnt match each otherand it tastes terrible. Never order from here,ever again.

Watch out for them . My best friend found a Staple in his food here before and they refused to refund the entire meal and their workers started being disrespectful and they also charged my mom for a sub twice.(Responce to ownerI left it with the Centraville health inspector hell take it from here. I spoke to him and let him know about the staple and the disrespect from the workers and how you refused to refund my entire meal. Trust me we wont be ordering again, and for the next person please hold the Staples.

Well 9 bucks 4 a large sub is outrageous jimmy never charge that..sub isnt even big.. Didnt have what i asked brang it back and they took my sub that had a bite eaten out of it threw pickles on it and wrapped it back up. Also asked 4 bacon and they put bacon bits in there lmao..#nevagian

This place went downhill fast since new management came. My grandma and I just got sick from having the king seafood dinner. Everything was really dry and rubbery. Ive tried them before and they just keep making mistakes. Were not ordering there from now on. To be honest its a shame because I loved this place growing up. Now all they care about is how the place looks then the quality of their food

Ordered the fisherman platter. Everything was dry, nothing was fresh about it was all frozen.The clam strips were super small like left over fried batter peices. I wont be ordering from here again.

They are intensely good. Ordered late, but they were so nice and accomodating (although as a server Im not condoning ordering late! ;-). The Veggie King sandwich is AMAZING.

I havent been in Sandwich king in at least 2 years always a new owner but I went in today this owner been there year and a half and I am glad I did I got a Italian sub and it was great all fresh meats and the roll so fresh could of had a little more pickles,tomato but very good

My mother is a very picky person when it comes to seafood but she had the fisherman platter and it was fabulous perfect texture and taste also teryaki steak tips great and the chicken broccoli alfredo great would highly recommend

I think they changed owners because is the worst pizza ive ever eaten and the worst italian sub, i gave them a second chance and the same thing happend bad pizza i asked for extr chesse and when i opend the pizza some spots were dry with no chesse and the sauce had a bad taste, the italian i asked extra tosted, when i reseved it the bread was soft and the inside dry,,, will NEVER NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM SANWICH KING 💩💩💩💩🍕😷😷😷😷

When you enter the venue it seems a little rundown and the people dont seem very friendly... At first, dont let that deceive you. The people there are friendly and want to please. The food is pretty good especially for the somewhat lower prices. I would recommend giving it a shot!

already waited a hour and a half after being told 20-25 mins for a SALAD will not be ordering from this place again highly dissapointed to pay $15 for a salad that took so long to get here and i’m down the street

Roast beef not how I ordered it...gross sauce and small amount of roast beef. I also made it a meal and got no fries or pickle....so much for new management still gross

Drive by this place all the time, and will continue to do so. Ordered a wrap for lunch. Wrap had the consistency of well-done steak, chicken was also over cooked. Pricing is the only redeeming quality of this place.

This place is awful. Ever since it’s been under new management they have gone down hill. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and there were chicken bones in the chicken. Another time I ordered the same thing and it was burnt and cold. They have awful customer service. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Don’t eat there. If you do you’ll get sick

Edit: Since they have changed owners it just isnt the same. The quality has gone down hill in my opinion. Recently I ordered the clam strip dinner and what I got was unrecognizable. We have never been disappointed. My daughter loves their fries. Their subs are great and so are their dinners.

Ive lived in Lowell for close to twenty years. Been ordering from here for almost the same amount of years. They recently changed ownership. And we were severely disappointed. My husbands chicken fingers were way to dark. My pizza was not cooked all the way through and was not edible at all. We will not be going back.

THE WORST!!! Delivered the wrong food, then refused to bring me the right food. Then hung up on me. The place is dirty and the food is sloppy and 9 times out of ten they get your order wrong. DONT EAT HERE! EVER!

My god u been buying Roig from sandwich. King for a long time and u been notice that lately the service is very bad today u order chese stakes fries bllt ok the chesse stakes was cold. The chesse was like elastic í ask for stake fries they send me curls fries with a lot of burn piceces on it ask for a big soda they send a can of soda deamm this people are not the best cookers and this is not the first time they send. Sandwich King in Lowell has to be one of if not, the most infested restaurant Ive worked in. I am a former employee and that did not last long due to the mice and roaches in the back. Wasnt a job for me. When the new store manager Mike was informed about this he quickly said people get what they pay for.........and yes the prices are very low at Sandwich king. That answer bothered me a lot. I have pictures but Ive already been bribed into not posting them. Theres always a Dominos or Giovannis pizza up the road ! no shade thrown at Sandwich king for my honesty.

I ordered, from Sandwich King today.I was very impressed, with the meal. And the Customer service, and I been in the Restaurant. As well. Very clean, well putting together. And well managed. All the people are very Friendly and kind. Makes feel like comfortable and ay home. Would like to work there. in a clean in safe interment .

This place is ridiculous when it comes to delivery , the food never even got to make it to my house because they had the " driver " walk ! Mind you my house is by Broadway Street near China star and sandwich king is in CENTERVILLE . 😩 The delivery guy ended up getting lost .
