30 acres of riverfront terrain with an exercise trail, an astronaut memorial monument & picnicking.
Great place to fish, hike and spend the day.
Beautiful park! Great for a walk or to take the kids to play on the playground or in the splash zone! There is also a boat launch and event space right on the water, would be amazing for a big birthday or even a smaller wedding reception if decorated up right.
Just Relocated from Orlando and checked out this park compared to Orlandos Lake Eola and this is better NO CROWDS peaceful and beautiful and the views great place to walk and get a great workout and views of the Mariana and Boats and the Bridge can see Pier 20 Restaurant and great place to fish beautiful to me as new Comer Comer this nice quiet town also has a Splash Park for the kids
Sand point is perfect for familys... My toddler loves the Splash Pad. Its free & keeps u cool & happy. We have already made some great memories there. U can make friends with other parents and the kids can do the same. Amazing views & always clean. We love it ❤️
Nice park and a great place to park and walk to the bridge for a rocket launch!
Great park w/ a nice walking path and basic workout equipment placed around the path.
Family park with a wonderful water park for the toddlers, playground for the older children, picnic tables and grills for cookouts, restrooms throughout the park and a huge covered pavilion overlooking the water where fishing is allowed. Its everything an outing needs. Please be kind to the squirrels !
We enjoy Pokemon hunting here, a lot of homeless people have taken over and the ground is very muddy. But we still constantly go here.
We were visiting mom and siblings from Delaware, we took the children to this park and it was soooo nice, they have a sprinkler section to get wet. The park is really clean and well maintained and your right next to the river its a nice scenery!
The walking path along the intercoastal is very well maintained. Lots of areas for fishing along the seawall. Plenty of pavilions for picnics and get togethers, and a large, clean, well maintained splash pad for the kids to beat the heat(and adults too if they can behave haha).
Splash pad. My 3yr old loves it. The river is right there. Covered picnic areas. Play ground equipment. All the kids were kind & parents attentive.
Love the Swan and Dolphin hotels. Great location and restaurants. My only gripe is the resort fee $25 and the parking fee $32.
We go here on Monday nights with Under the Bridge Ministry to help feed the homeless. It is a nice park. The restrooms are clean and secure and the pavilion is very nice.
Beautiful park right off the water with so much to do. The kids even have a splash pad. They have quite a few bathrooms. Super close to Historic Downtown Titusville. Giant shelter and a few smaller ones. Definitely would recommend for a day trip with the intire family.
Nice little park, many pavilions that had birthday parties ongoing the Saturday we went to see a launch. Better launch viewing if you walk up the bridge just south of the park.
This park I was really surprised very nice clean the only thing I didnt like at the waterpark there was no seats for the adults watching their children in the water part everything is fence which is nice but theres no benches inside there either you sit on the floor will you bring your own chair they should put a couple of benches but other than that very very nice
We always enjoy sand point park. My grandson and I feed the birds by the bridge and frequent the playground and splash park. Wish they still have live music in the pavilion like the good old days during summertime. Maybe they will revive the nostalgia .
Nice big park with exercise equipment, playground, picnic pavilions, splash pad, decent amount of parking and we saw some dolphins swimming. Great place to walk our dog and enjoy the calming atmosphere of the Indian River.
Nice splash pad. Nicely kept good size. Only negative was they had no benches or seating. They had a few big umbrellas for shade but no place to sit
Love this park! You can always find a place to sit and read. There are walking trails, pavilions, a dog park and a ramp for kayaks and paddleboarding. Tons of birds, squirrels and dolphins on any given day! They also have a yoga class on Sundays offered with pay by donation. Also great spot to watch shuttle launches!
A municipal park, opens around 7am closes around 830ish.free entrance with bathrooms, water faucets, pavilions, exercise equipment and walking paths. It is mostly used by dog walkers, fishermen and women. There is a splash pad and playground for kids..very clean park, nice staff.
It was a beautiful day out! After eating breakfast at Good Tymes Cafe on Garden Street (good service and good food), the kids wanted to go to the park. Sand Pointe is clean and offers interesting activities for the kids. There were plenty of pavilions for a Friday but I bet the place is full on weekends and holidays.
Came here to watch a Spacex launch. Sadly it was too far away to really experience it. We could see it but it was just a small "candle in the sky". Almost no sound to go with it. Wish we would have tried to get out to the beach. We did see manatees swim by and the park itself is nice. Found a really nice pull off just up the road on hwy 1
Great spot to go walking by the water. Its also great place for the entire family.
Play ground, skate park, pavilions w grills, great fishing spots. Beautiful place to bring the family.
Love The park and its beautiful atmosphere but I only wish that the water pressure for the splash park was a little stronger. Me and other familys were extremely conserned about that and wish it was stronger so that the children could have more fun but other then that its a very nice place.
This is an absolute Gem! Workout with a spectacular view makes it easy, not to mention all the equipment available! This is what I call Tax payers dollars at work!
Love to walk the Max Brewer Bridge and then out to the point of Sand Point Park. Asphalt walkways are smooth, so theyre safe for those who dont like rough ground. There are some fitness machines along the route where you can strengthen your arms, abs, and legs.At the end, see the statue of Neptune. Hes quite callipygous.Like this review if you find it helpful.
I came here just to walk around but got more than I bargained for..I saw some alligators in the pond and a few kinds of birds. There are some pretty interesting workout stations along the walking path, some of which are wheelchair accessible. I actually used some of the equipment and it was nice. It is a good length walking path, I did about 1.5 miles all around the park. There is not a lot of shade but there are picnic areas, restrooms, splash pad, and playground. A lot of people were fishing and some of those birds were waiting around to steal some fish.
The park is awesome!!! One if the many reasons we love living in Titusville is the beautiful way the city uses its natural resources in creating many recreational parks like this one. We parked in this park and walked it, then walked the Max Brewer bridge over the Indian River to the Parish point park then back.
Our familys favorite park and fishing spot combo for my son. We love it here !
Special place to create precious memories with your family. The water park for little ones, the elaborate play scapes, the swings as well as the shaded pavilians take your breath away. Way to go Titusville Parks and recreation!
My family found this park looking for a nice place to play Pokémon Go. It is pet-friendly with dog spot stations. There are pavilions with picnic tables and trash receptacle. The paved walkway is nice to stroll down and spin stops and get your steps in. Exercise equipment is posted along the sides. The end of the path has a gorgeous statue of King Neptune. The skies here are amazing.
First ever visit to this park for a celebration of life. Clean green and a lot of walking paths. Nice river view from the pavilion
Very nice park to enjoy for a walk or some offshore fishing...they also have a very nice free small water play area for the kids...the bonus is the access to walk the Max Brewer Bridge...such beautiful sites!!
Fantastic Park wish they had camping for RV.
It was my first time to Titusville and we will definitely be back! They are also doing major improvements to the area for cross paths and walkways to get from the bridge to the Park area where there is a playground, plenty of parking, and if Im not mistaken bathrooms and lots of coast line to cast off. We were throwing crab cages and we caught a couple of stone crabs and for some odd reason lots of puffer fish! Maybe we werent using the right bait but will definitely got a bucketful next time🤣
This park is quite nice. Spanning a full 30 acres, from under the Max Brewer Bridge, and ending in a public boat ramp, with plenty of dock space, to the North. In between, two dog parks, a giant playground with lots of equipment, an astronaut memorial, several restrooms, a tiki bar, and a full service restaraunt. Certain areas of the park are wide open with no shade. I am not sure how many pavilions they have, but nothing large for an event, or mass shade.
This is a beautiful park to bring your family. Today they had a car show and my daughter and I were vendors. We had a great experience.
Always a great.place to walk, run, and jog. There is a splash pad and a kid area.
Took the kids to the snow day event. Thought they were going to have more snow based on the advertising but the kids still had fun. They had some food vendors there, as well as some that were selling honey or jewelry. They had a large chess set and other games for the kids to play. All in all, it was fun.
This is one of our favorite places. They always have stuff for the kids, have a new playground activity, also have new fitness stations on the walking Track, and pet friendly. Look, its right next to the bridge that we love the walk or bike on. We have fished there, we plan on fishing a whole lot more. We love little animals, and the squirrels are tame will take food from your hand. And why would you not want to be next to Pier 220? If you dont want to go to Pier 220, bring your stuff to grill cuz theres plenty of grills next to the playground. The bathrooms are always clean and open. The view is spectacular in the morning, and in the evening when the sun sets. It is awesome family time.
This park has several paved walking paths, covered pavilions, picnic tables, benches and restrooms. There is also a small boat launch pad, a large children playground and a splash pad. One of their unusual feature is the excercise equipment spread out along the path including some for wheelchair bound people. Lots of fishing spots and always people fishing. Park is kept cleaned. The park is adjacent to the river causeway which has walking and bike lanes too. And there is a restaurant and bar, Pier 220, under the causeway with two long fishing piers on each side.
A GREAT PARK - often windy but perfect for family photos, especially those incorporating your doggos! 💛 Sidney and I love shooting family photo sessions at Sandpoint.
Beautiful park, gazebo with picnic tables, view of the water. Pond with a fountain and play area for kids. Plenty of walking paths and very relaxing. Visited this park a few times and had a picnic there too!
Adequate trails, water park, playground, fishing, dog friendly, picnic shelters, grills. Confusing signage about pets, but there are poop bag stations, so dogs are allowed on leash. Not well maintained. Lovely views.
Spacious park with nice trails. Has a playground and water play area for children. Theres a big gazebo and picnic tables to relax and overlook the beautiful river view.
Beautiful peaceful Park if you just want to sit and watch the water or if you want a little more activity they have the childrens water park right next to it very nice
What a nice place to visit! Had a picnic and watched a rocket launch. Went fishing for a few hours. Nice facility with clean bathrooms, nice playground, and free splash pad! Free parking too.
We went to see the 4th of July fireworks. Overall, the experience was great. Splash zone, playground and activities for the kids. To play on the bounce houses we paid 5 dollars for our daughter. I have been on the park outside of the holiday event and it was less crowded. Again, we had a great time. Depending on the time of the year, you might be able to see dolphins by the water.
