Parking lots a pretty small but breakfast is good.

Great security procedures are in place.

Stayed for a night and felt very comfortable. Nice room and beds and good hot water in the shower. But the wifi in the room was not so good .Enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Friendly and polite staff.

The Hotel room is very large and with 2 beds for 1 person

We had a good stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room with comfortable beds. Free bottles of water in the room was nice. The pool was clean. Covid Sanitation in place.At the restaurant, Mr. Young is truly a hard worker and very polite. Highly recommended.

Nice place, very convenient for Zone shopping. Restaurant closed, bar closed due to pandemic. Very good restaurant next door named "Beirut ".

WiFi they say we will get in our room could not get any and their was no fridge in our room for the price we paid...not impressed at all...

Pros:- Decent food in the buffet- Walking distance to the Zone- Close to a food courtCons:- The WIFI was horrible! It would work for 3 minutes and then stop. I suggest getting 3G.- We never had soap to shower. We even asked for it, but had to end up buying soap to use.- We never had hot water in our shower.- Our toilet was always running and randomly flushing on its own (see video)- Noisy - Our room was very close to the elevator and we could hear everything happening outside our door.- No one ever approached us during our breakfast buffet, but we noticed servers approaching others.- We had a poor view from our room. I suggest avoiding staying on the 4th floor.Overall, it was expensive for the service we got.

Big hotel. Clean rooms. Pillows very soft....needed to use minimum of two. Not much to do apart from using swimming pool. Nothing within walking distance. Average buffet breakfast and not a very elaborate room service menu. However, food is well prepared and sufficient in quantity. Good security and friendly staff.

Service was not on point, food was always late, workers never smiled, half of the menu was not available, an employee that claimed to be responsible had a bad attitude during my stay with 13 more family members. The pool guy was the only one positive and helpful

Rooms are below average and the price is a little high. And bring your own wash clothes they don’t provide them.I spent two weeks here earlier this month and my bill for my room was dramatically higher than what I had booked. I left my laundry to be done one morning and they said they’d have it ready by 5 that evening, it wasn’t.This time I booked for another 10 days due to the location. The sink in the bathroom had no stopper in the drain, so I asked for it to be repaired so I could shave. 5 days later and asking again. I gave up.Tonight night 6 or n this visit I was awaken to the fire alarm. So I went down and asked what was going on, then went outside and smoked. About an hour later they came to my room and accused me of smoking in my room and causing the alarm to go off and the motel policy was a $2,000 fine. They said if I paid them they wouldn’t fill out a report. I argued and they finally left.I would most definitely steer clear of this hotel.

Nice Atlantic Hotel

Excellent location.

If you can avoid this hotel. Nice room big and cold but lacks compliments for its price if 110 USD. Broken faucet, little choice for food, loose electrical socket, broken flat iron and a falling aircon cover. Poor food staff training. They called me in the middle of the night to sign food receipt. Im from a two day flight and trying to catch some sleep. The correct thing to do is to bring it to the customer or wait until tomorrow.
