San Ramon Marriott in Pleasant Hill

This is my favorite place to stay every month and Kenneth and Adam always goes out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. I will continue to book regularly at Marriott San Ramon and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, enjoyable and welcoming stay. Thanks Kenneth, Adam and entire front desk crew!!!

Ive stayed at this Marriott a half dozen times in the past two years and have always had positive experiences. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, and we always have had a relaxing and restful stay. Although the hotel shows its age, it easily has become one of my favorite "go to" hotels when Im in the Bay Area.

This hotel is consistently reliable with clean rooms, very clean bathrooms, and great showers. The hotel staff is helpful and courteous. I would have no qualms about staying here any time.

While some areas of the hotel are outdated, such as restaurant, service was impeccable. Jeremy at front desk, and Ana in lounge stand out. Ana even found a metal water bottle for me to use and keep, as that have a cool water machine. Room was decent, carpet at edges is old. I liked how at any public space you have sweeping access to large outdoor spaces - very inviting. Walking distance to multiple restaurants.

We had a really great stay at this hotel! From the moment we stepped in, the front desk staff, especially Kenneth was always so helpful and so friendly to everyone. Location is perfect that it’s so close to Bishop center and Target, and the beautiful Annabel lake is just across the street of the hotels.The redwood trees are so nice around the hotel that my kids had lots of fun just playing or have a little walk. A gentleman who drove a garbage truck for the hotel told us the history of these trees and the landscaping design of the hotel. Everyone seemed very friendly and truly enjoyed their job here.Me and my two kiddos really enjoyed our time staying here and they even told me they want live here forever:We will definitely come back very soon!

Had a bit of a rough stay regarding the deadbolt not working. The property itself and its amenities are very nice. Room was spacious. Staff are friendly and willing to make things appeasable for their customers. Manager reached out to compensate for the troubles.

Staff were fine but this is an extremely dated Marriott. Also not a great place to work - outside sitting in your room (internet was out during our stay- the lobby lacks any comfortable place to sit and work. There is a VERY dated restaurant area and bar but no places to lounge and get work done. Room was as basic and small as it gets w/ in the franchise and there was no Platinum upgrade offered as the front desk said they were full - which did not seem evident on our Wed night stay. Pool is Meh... Will not stay here again.

Excellent location, great service, delectable restaurant, and veritable amenities make this Marriott location a great spot to lay your head down for a night or few. Entry to the hotel is beautifully nestled between trees and hedges. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and checked me in without a hitch. The room was clean and the temperature ambient. The room has ample media options with the ability to log into your Netflix or Amazon Prime account. The hotel has a restaurant where you can dine in or place orders to take back to your room (room service still has not resumed at the hotel). The hotel has good internet connection and plenty of parking. The location is convenient as there is a target and a mixed-use development with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The gym has good equipment and a sauna room. A relaxing outdoor seating area next to the pool complements the existing amenities at the hotel. Overall, my stay was great, and the hotel is a great option if you are going to be in the area for a short stint or an extended time.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for your staff.I want to specifically recognize Louis who checked me in and was so kind and accommodating as I checked in at 1am.My upgraded room is just perfect for my stay as I will have quite a few office accessories during my 18 day stay. Printers, monitors, laptops, easels, etc. This stay will be packed with work seven days a week and having a space that is comfortable to work in is paramount. I’ve stayed here a few times before and the customer service and cleanliness never disappoints!!!Louis went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed upon my early AM check in. Thank you Louis, the hospitality industry needs more people like you!!!107 days so far this year and looking forward to adding 18 more at the San Ramon Marriott!
