Not my favorite Mexican food. We were out of town and gave it a shot.

The service was awesome! The food is always amazing! The house Margarita on the rocks is perfect and not too sweet!!

Staff is always great and I have never been disappointed in my food or service! Theyre always quick with our orders/food and the food is AMAZING!!! My favorite Mexican restaurant around here! Highly recommend this place for dine in or carry out!

Staff nice, food good. Some knew what Gluten free was. They did a good job working to make my dinner gluten free. Did not get ill. Food was tasty. Floor was sticky under my chair which bugged me a little. Were we by the door and everytime they opened it, it blew my hair into my face and napkin away. That was the door to the patio. Maybe should have just sat out there.

Generally this has been a good place to eat but this last visit left a bit of a bad taste. My cousin wanted to let them know that her visit prior to this one was not a good experience.Our waiter rudely responded "OK, and.....?"She simply wanted to let them know it was not a good experiencethinking theyd care about the food and service.We ordered and he brought out some chips and salsa. The chips were rancid and reeked of oil gone bad. Some were darker and those were the worst ones. Unfortunately, he told us theyd all taste the same because they were mixed in with the old chips. 😒 So we could eat them as is or not at all.We ordered a meal to split because we arent big eaters and he rolled his eyes at us! Lol. Even still I generally tip extremely well but this time I only tipped the customary amount for his extreme rudeness.Its like they quit caring about the food that comes out of the kitchen and service. I understand times are hard lately keeping enough staff but this was beyond.

Great sometimes, ok sometimes. It tends to go in cycles. Lately it has not been as good but it is still the best Mexican place in town. I have never had a below average meal here but they are very good when they have things going well.

Excellent in food and service even with a packed house the best in Kearney, Ne. Power outage in our area. So we went to San pedros for dinner . A 30 min wait in line but we love it here food and staff are the greatest. If you can check them out.

Some of the best tacos in town hands down

Fantastic chips and salsa, fantastic service, and fantastic entrees. Staff are moving so fast they get a little confused at times, but it was still an amazing experience.

Best restaurant in town and its not even a competition

San Pedro is the Mexican Restaurant most of the people in Kearney recommend when wanting Mexican. The food here is great and the staff are always friendly. My personal favorite is Arroz con Carne (rice and steak), while on the menu call Arroz con Pollo (Chickenit gives you the option of chicken or steak. Great place to eat!

Just left the restaurant. Excellent genuine Mexican food. We had the chimichanga and beef enchilada; they were as good as anything I’ve ever had north of the border. Refried beans, rice, and guacamole were all tasty and fresh - staff was fast and efficient, even though it was full (on a Thursday nightwe were still in and out in under an hour.We didn’t get drinks, but many of the tables around us had giant margaritas, so I’m willing to bet they were good.

Food was great and even though they were very busy the staff was very attentive.

Food was great, but our waiter only came by when we ordered our food. Drinks and food were brought out by different people. Never got checked on. And never got refills.

Very friendly service. The food is amazing! Menu updates several times a year so there is always something new to try. You will be pleased with every selection, but will need to get a to-go box because you cannot eat the entire meal.

Food is amazing. Get their burritos! They taste great and are huge. Menu is very large and accommodates all pallets. Kids love it and their queso dip is delicious.

I am somewhat disappointed. Service was relatively fast and place was clean. It was okay for the most part. I asked for a substitute for the lunch combo. An enchilada instead of a burrito I think. No problem which was nice but the server seemed a bit confused at first. A combination should come with rice and beans or so I thought for $10.99 a plate. I got two enchiladas and a tamale. It was plenty and didnt need the extra sides honestly, but no sour cream or cheese and plating was not attractive. I thought the tamale would be the corn husk type as an authentic Mexican restaurant, nope wrong again. Other guests at our table reported the beans were "terrible anyway". Plenty of refills on drinks.chips were good but crunched pieces in the bottom of the basket. Refill of chips was better quality. Just didnt meet my expectations overall.

Food is great however it is irrigating when you call to order a pick up order and cant get through.

Can not give full review because I had someone bring me this meal but is delicious.

Have eaten here several times and everything was great.Today however was enough to make me probably not go back for awhile. Our fajitas were dry and flavorless, our waitress was kinda rude and we ended up just sending them back. When the manager stopped by the table, our waitress talked over us to him.Not sure what went wrong where but I would not recommend eating here today.

The food is really delicious, and it’s the best in town. The service could be improved a little, but other than that, its a pretty good restaurant.

I love their Margaritas I get them blended of course and I love fajitas I think the street tacos are oh well the Guadalajara tacos or something like that they are really delicious

Four of us girls had lunch and Im afraid it was a disappointment for all of us. The portions were ample but the quality seemed lacking compared to our previous visits. I have recently discovered that I an gluten intolerant and according to the ad they have oN the internet they advertise that they offer gluten free choices. From what I found the chips and refried beans was about it. When asking the waitress what they had to offer , she was clueless and made no attempt to check with a manager or the kitchen. Its a bit costly and for me, I doubt Ill go back.

Very pleased with the service here each time we dine. The waiter is on point and deserving of a decent tip, and the food taste great. Latest strawberry daiquiri I had really hit the spot for a frozen beverage also!

what happened? this use to be our go to place twice a week but they have changed staff and now it is not so much. have talked to the staff about the food issues but get the traditional "thats how we always make it" but that is incorrect. we have eaten there regularly for over a year and the last month it has been borderline horrible. we have been there enough to know how it was and how it is. do not recommend until the fix their issues.it has gone from bad to worse, when you water down your refried beans you shouldnt be able to taste the water, same for sour cream. Our "go to" place has gotten gross and they just dont care.

Great food, great service. I had Chile Verde- the chicken was juicy, the sauce was tasty, and was served fast. Margarita was made just right. Comfortable atmosphere, nothing fancy. Two entrees, one Coke, and two Margaritas cost $29 + tip.

Excellent food! ¡La comida era maravillosa! The service was excellent as well. I requested vegetables instead of rice and beans and they were delicious. I would highly recommend this authentic restaurant.

The food and service was amazing as usual. I would recommend anything with pork in it. The pork melts in your mouth and is so flavourful.

We come to San Pedro every week and the people who own it and the servers always make us feel like family. They always treat us with respect and give us great laughs. The food is amazing. I’ve never had a bad plate of food here.Overall, this restaurant and personnel deserve 5 stars all around.

We stopped here on a whim and were happy we did. Our server had a hilarious attitude and sense of humor. The food was OK, nothing special, but the server made our experience wonderful. When back in the area, I dont think we will hesitate to come back and enjoy ourselves again.
