Such a beautiful place
Calm and nice neighborhood. So much history , very relaxing walks throughout the park.
Iconic place in central mexico
Well maintained garden. It smells like beautiful flowers and has several historic statues. There is a central gazebo for performances.
Great classic Park.Clean and not too big but nice and cleanThey have sitting where you can relax on shaded areas.Theres also ppl selling food at entrance.
Beautiful garden...even more beautiful Church at the end of our walk.
Beautiful place
Breath taking. Hermoso
I like to go for a walk with my couple. There are some vendors trying to make you buy stuff.
What a fun place..laughter, carnival flowers and statues. Easy walk from Centro.
This place is clean, safe and very well kept!
Nice park, lots of pigeons though.
Lovely place that you must visit in Aguascalientes. Walk around, enjoy and get a "Chaska" (corn).
Looks like your walking through a movie scene. Nicest garden there is.
Clean and very well kept, historical garden. That gives us a beautiful glimpse of what the real Mexico 🇲🇽, is really about.
Very nice place for the entire family to enjoy, feed the wildlife and enjoy the kiosk
Wonderful
My second time to go this place lovely 😍
Beautiful and well taken care of old park. It is one of the places you have to see when visiting Aguascalientes
Wonderful people, shared spaces & suites (if you bring a dog they are very welcomed but your room will probably be one of the noisy ones). Great to be right across from the jardín & a more quiet part of el centro (except the nightclub music at night). Comfortable bed & bath. Very attentive staff.
A GREAT green area in Aguascalientes, to complement an awesome downtown!
One of the most emblematic places in Aguascalientes, the garden and the church of San Marcos origin of the biggest fair in Mexico
Beautiful park
A very nice place to take a relaxing walk, specially early in the morning.
This is a public park, here is the most traditional public park in Aguascalientes, its location is perfect because it is not far from downtown, but at the same time you can find a very peaceful and traditional place to enjoy some delicious snacks. Please do not hesitate visiting this beautiful facility in the city. Where you can also find Saint Marcus Church in whose Honor was La Feria de San Marcos created hundreds of years ago.
Great space to spend with family
Nice place for a walk! Is famous and one of the tourist park in Aguascalientes .I highly recommend during the day because at the night is so dark and so many mosquitos
Quiet place to wander around and to take your dog for a walk.Be careful there are some people who will try to scam you if they notice you are a foreigner.
Being an original hydrocalido, walking around the Jardin brings back memories and the feeling is undescribable, you should try it, come and enjoy the trees, the calm and the butterflies. Viva Aguascalientes!!
Small park, but cute, clean, peaceful for a walk.Make it part of your downtown walk and youll be happy you did.
Beautiful place to walk or run in the morning.
Had my 15th birthday here some years ago. After my recent visit its only gotten more beautiful. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the garden or sit down with a friend and chat as you watch vendors and people around you walk by. Its relaxing, its beautiful, a must see for any tourist. Once you exit the garden you will find yourself at the feet of a cathedral. Another amazing view. If you dislike crowds Id avoid during La Feria de San Marcos as it becomes the center of a weeks long fair.
Very peacefull place.
Beautiful garden to walk with family so peaceful!
There are a few nice sights to see and take some photos. There are some pubs that offer you need at a good price point. Pretty near to a couple of hotels if youre a tourist and come from another city
This is a beautiful typical mexican garden where you can rest in a tranquil environment and enjoy a ice cream cone!.
Great place to spend time with the family, on weekends some times old people sing, you know just for fun. Its the house for some boyscouts crew and part of old downTown of the city.
An historical landmark where you can spent a quiet time in the middle of trees, watching squirrels going up and down from them. You can find local food: corn, candies and tacos. If youre in the mood, you may go to one of the surrounding bars and enjoy a drink.
Once you step inside you are enveloped with serenity and peace. Enjoy the sound of the echo of birds and the joy of the chipmunks, the cats that roam and in live in the park, the whimsical statues that tell a story of ancient times and the shadow casted by ancient trees that create a canopy above you. This park is a symbol of the city and important place to the culture of the city of Aguascalientes.
Beautiful garden near Central plaza. Benched to sit and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Squirrels are a big hit as they arent too common in Mexico as they are in USA/Canada.
This garden is stunning. It’s quiet, calm, and peaceful. Everything about it is absolutely beautiful, and is a great place to take a walk.
A wonderful trip back in time. Peaceful, romantic and inviting. Aguascalientes is celebrating her 443rd anniversary. This place is a must see - full of culture and beauty.
Its a really good place to spend time with the family, friends or just to walk around there, if you want to visit some spectacular places, the "Jardín de San Marcos" is your place!
If you are near by check this place out it’s worth it ! It’s so beautiful also a lot of shops around plenty to do in this area
Cute little park with shady paths, a bandstand and a few vendors on a Friday afternoon. The most amazing thing about this park is that its older than the United States! The mural at the front sus it was established in 1763.
San Marcos garden is one of the most emblematic and iconic places in Aguascalientes city, its located nearby downtown and its epicenter of the National Fair of San Marcos, one of the biggest and important events all over the country. This garden is very peaceful and charming, its a place where you can spend some time just walking by, you can find families enjoying together, kids playing or simply people having a good time. An obligated stop if youre in this town.
This place is the best in the morning noon and afternoon even night it counts with audio system al around and lots of Peace and tranquillity lots of space to find a bench and sit with a loved one even a spot to take the kid because there is only 4 gates to exit the garden plus this place is the only places were I have seen black squirrels
This is your average formal Mexican plaza garden with music kiosk - but produced to perfection, at least as perfect as the merciless sun and crisp dry air of Aguascalientes would allow a garden to be. The pink sandstone balustrades of the original 19th enclosure were probably too pretty to demolish so they are still there - one of the few in Mexico. The place has a sedate, polished grace.
Nice place for a take a moment for you or whit company !!! i like your different statues and the long history exist inside here, the energy is full for calm ... when you look the squirrles is a one experience unforgettable and verry pleasant! n.n
Good sized enclosed park, full of tall green, beautiful, luscious trees and plants of all kinds. Very unique place to listen to birds, see squirrels waking around, listen to relaxing music or reading. Ive seen people jog around the perimeter. You definitely have to visit at least once in your life, its worth the journey. All around here are fancy restaurants and fast food options with some of the best desserts too! While youre here, stop at the church right in front, its also gorgeous😊
