Great place where you can have a look to the future of electronics. The shop in the basement floor is also a nice experience where you may find some exclusives and gifts.

Its the most expensive shope ever. Simply they are doing "legal robbery". May be you thought since its Samsungs shope, its fine to purchase their. However, you totally got it wrong. You will be shoked when you search the market for the same product in other places. Extremely expensive dont buy from them just watch what they have and leave. Here, I just saved your hard earned 💰.

Its an interactive museum kinda place where you get to try Samsung products. Not much of a fuss tbh, simple interactions. When we were there VR experience didnt work either. The only good thing was the fact that you can shop at the shop down under tax-free, which means reduced prices.

Here you can have a look at the latest and future technologies. It is fun and interactive. I personally think that it is way better than Apple store.Not to miss out: the Samsung VR experience.If you would like to keep the photos taken at the interactive stations, dont forgot to get yourself a personal wrist band. At the end, the photos taken will be emailed to you.

This was kinds cool when it first opened 10 years ago, but the whole point is to showcase technology. What was cool then is rather mundane now- and most of it seems kinda made up (like the ground floor emotions section that males up character traits based on a simple picture you chose, etc). Its free, so worth the money in that regard I guess.

Not as great as their website says. The first floor is their shop with samsung office supplies (coffee mugs, notepads, etcand electronics (JBL headphones, Samsung phones and tablets). Their prices are comparable to Costco so there were not deals. The technology in the store is the same as any electronics store. As a tourist, I was hoping for a good deal or product that isnt out in usa yet. The only thing that came close was the fold but its a $2000 phone and some electronics on the second floor. The staff are nice and the displays are cool but I didnt learn anything.

This shows future living concepts through Samsung Galaxy lens and has various activities to simulate your senses using tech.They also have a store on the ground floor where you can buy Samsung products, but strangely a few items where out of stock.Its a must visit destination in seoul

Amazing experience with lots of tech and interactive displays in the 3 story building, shop to buy products is also present, nice and clean building too

Was a really nice free experience.. I see the future and Samsung not playing I would definitely consider Samsung now 😤. The virtual really was amazing.

Free so always a bonus. They give you a wrist band so you do a personality test that can be emailed to your phone. A lot of fun and they show you concept future tech which is cool. Theres also a couple of vr rides which are fun to and of course the shop. Good free fun for a couple of hours.

This is an amazing high-tech facility that really looks forwards to the future. I came with a team from Taiwan and was treated extremely well. From the beginning to the end, they showed us all of the facilities and we had opportunities to use state-of-the-art technology. Samsung is definitely forward-looking and has developed some extremely innovative Hi-Tech and usable software and hardware which are useful for daily life or, in the case of our trip, for use in the classroom. The staff are extremely well-versed in the development process and the facilities, including the hardware. There are staff members available who speak fluent English and Mandarin Chinese. The only downside is that the bathroom is on the B1 floor which is quite out of the way. Overall, I was extremely impressed. If youre in the area it is definitely worth a tour.

Nice place to visit if you love Samsung products. Not things special and lot of demonstration under maintenance.

Nice place. Get to play with some of the high tech gadgets. So sad that they dont have the Galaxy fold on display yet.

Free classes on educating the elderly 👴 👵 on how to use their Samsung phones.Free VR experience was good to see as well. Except, one male staff really looked tired of working there. Wasnt the best experience for service, yet the chair with the chest to hip seat belt was totally necessary for the Six Flags roller coaster VR experience.I didnt order any electronics here but you can open and test out the latest laptops, washing machine, refrigerator, and TV.I did like the layout of the Basement 1 Dlight.Atmosphere was fine and very well lit.Would go again.

There are 3 floor for this places, the first floor is the samsung dlight shop, the second one is mylife and the third one is future life. In the 2nd floor, you can check yout emotion by choosing several selection and you can also play vr games (on my visit, it run every 30 minutes and another 30 min breakfor free. In the 3rd floor, you can see how samsung imagine our future life with the technology that they are developing! Hope it can get realized soon...

A number of Samsung Innovations to explore. There is a Samsung shop in the basement where you can buy stuff and meet the technician. Highly recommend to try the activity inside as well.

The store is unbelievably huge and packed with everything you ever needed for your house or phone.All the recent technology is there, not so cheap as you expect in the manufacturing country but it isnt more expensive.Great place, you can stay for a hour just looking.The staff are very nice and help you with everything you need.

A couple of cool features that would be good for older kids, but its mostly a showcase of their new products. Does not take a whole lot of time to get through the exhibits. Store in the basement has some Samsung branded gifts.

Theres a lot Samsung Stuff, duh. Nothing special though, It is cool but I was expecting more a d some experimental concepts, but its mainly standard Samsung devices to play with and some gimmicks.

One of the amazing experience to visit a Samsung digital market. Happen to see latest stuff that Samsung is launching in market and they are really worth watching here. A band was put by staff and with that you can start multiple experience of Samsung technology..

Nice gallery of Samsung products and future products. Just spend a some time here and enjoy their products and gather YOUR data (haha).Try the roller coater VR, Home VR and more, they are quite cool.It is always crowded though especially the shop downstairs.

For a rainy day in Seoul, this was a perfect way to spend a few hours. Its free, although Im sure they collect data on you if you use all of the interactive options. Lots of cool technology to check out, and its great for all ages. There are lots of virtual reality gadgets and a cool "house of tomorrow" theme on the second floor.

If you like gadgets, or you just want to shop somewhere carrying all the latest Samsung gear this is the spot. The top two levels are demoing cutting edge tech in an interactive manner. I had a blast going through the whimsical personalized tour. The bottom level is a large store with all the devices youd expect, plus things like stationary and pens!

A great place for tech fans loving Samsung electronic products - 3 levels of gadgets including interactive programs. It was unexpected but at the end of the day, my family had fun.

Nice, short, experience to have on an off day. Has all the current samsung tech for you to peruse and a vr demonstration with articulating chair to simulate movement. Upstairs has home and classroom mockups of how Samsung sees the future of tech integration.

If you want a genuine SAMSUNG Store to see the latest products from the Korean company starting from phones until home equipments then this is the right place..Prices are MSRP which is great..It is also located in a great location for tourists near Gangam district..If you happen to visit Seoul then take half an hour to look at this store.

This place was great. Its definitely ideal for exploring young learners to technology and the future of technological advancement.

Samsungs Dlight showcase/store is a great place to not only purchase some of the latest gadgets, but also look at what the future might hold in terms of technology.Everything about the showroom screams high-tech, from the (what I assume to beNFC wristbands you wear to interact with the exhibits, to the futuristic glimpses at what our tomorrow might look like.Whether youre a fan of Samsung or not, its a unique window into technology thats definitely worth a visit.

Its a really cool experience for being free. You get to see all the latest and greatest that Samsung has to offer. Its very interactive. Theres also a store in the lower level you could buy just about anything Samsung but be prepared to pay a pretty penny. If you are in the area I would say you should totally check it out. Shouldnt take more than an hour to get through the place.

Beautiful Samsung shop and in the 2nd and 3rd floor its possible to try the Samsung Experience dedicated to the Olimpics or its possible to see the "house of the future"
