Naturally happy friendly staff always helpful. Rooms are spacious clean and have all you need. Pool is fantastic to cool off in. Centrally located and you can hire a car and get a tourist license at reasonable prices right there with them, very handy - one stop shop. Have stayed in other places but they are not as good in many ways. Would not bother looking elsewhere. ten stars out of five.

My names Nitin Sharma stayed 2 nights and my mother in law and sister in law and niece stayed 3 nights, wasnt the best place but am giving it a 5/5 just because the front desk lady was absolutely helpful am so sorry forgot her name and the service was amazing, when the water went out earlier this week they updated us frequently, would definitely stay here again

Had a fabulous time staying at Samoana Boutique! I would definitely recommend this place. The Manager Ruby my family speaks so highly of you! You always told us that if there were anything that we were having issues with to inform you... But how could we when there were no issues. The cleaners and room service here are also so on to it! Cafe food there is delicious and im fussy with my coffee but they always were on point with it! Love this place and will always be booking with you if there are vacancies!Thank you!

I stayed here for the first time June/July 2019 & because the service was outstanding Samoana Boutique Hotel is now my best preferred hotel for my holidays.Although I never met Maddy in person while I was there, her prompt responses to my queries were very reassuring & satisfying.Also a big thank you to Ruby who was very pleasant, cheerful & helpful at reception.All staff were also very helpful & always willing to assist if necessary.Your hospitality was on point from the get go.Thank you Samoana Boutique

Services was awesome. Clean towels and bed sheets everyday. Front desk very helpful and nice cafe inside the office with great coffee and great customer service. Pool was closed. But looking forward to our next visit in Aug unless its fully booked.

Ive used this business 5 times now and they just get better everytime! Madeline, you never cease to amaze me with your great service and making sure that my car rental arrangements are met as planned and with satisfaction. Madeline also went out of her way to assist me with accommodation as my travel plans to Savaii were cancelled twice due to extreme weather conditions. I thank you for demonstrating a genuine interest in your customers care. It was great to finally meet you in person too! Thank you to you and your great staff for your end-to-end service! My family and I stayed here in Oct 2018, Our stay here didnt start off great, first one of our family rooms I had booked was occupied by another family and wasnt told till we checked in, even tho I had spoken to the manager before we flew in. I booked X2 of the family Rooms but on arrival was told only 1 family room was available!! With the other family room occupied, we were then given X2 of the double rooms up stairs (with aircon working in 1 roomso we(X5ended up bunking together in the room that has working aircon. We shifted down to the family room when the other family had left a few days later, which was a relief.Our car rental came hours later, and the driver that came with the van didnt come with change so he asked if he can have the 25tala as a tip. I must say that the family rooms are huge and lovely, the beds are so comfy and the family room kitchens have everything you need. The cleaners are very friendly and so helpful when we needed bedding/towels etc. The pool is small and cute, the kids loved it. Also we got Airport transfers but no came to drive us so Madeline asked if my family member could drive the rental van to the airport like whats the point having transfers if we gona drive ourselves. Regardless of the muck up in our rooms we still paid full price. Dont think we will be staying here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. There is a cafe at the property which serves amazing coffee. Must try!

Hi Everyone,My family and I recently stayed at the Samoana Boutique Hotel and will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, family friendly accommodation while in Samoa. The rooms were presented beautifully, just as the pictures show in its advertising, which was very pleasing. We were in room 3 and had two seperate rooms with two queen size beds in each, which was plenty of room for our three girls to spread out in one room, and my husband and I in the other. Each room, including kitchen/dining/lounge/bathroom and back private patio were very clean and tidy, and we were given complimentary swimming towels as well separate showering towels daily which was a bonus. The girls could swim until 7pm each evening (which they lovedand we could relax and watch movies on a USB stick given to us for a small fee, which you would receive back, once the USB stick is returned to the Office. The staff were always smiling and friendly, and very helpful when we needed something. Congratulations and thank you for contributing to our amazing and very memorable holiday. Staff are friendly . Cleaners are the best they supply toilet paper,new towels and sheets when you need it . Any they got a pool. Check out cafe in the hotel the food is good and Phil who runs it is a very nice man who makes you feel welcome open 7am to 1pm M-S . Very family friendly once you get to know the staff.
