My favorite Club in Vilnius - all this amazing Erasmus memories!

I spend a lot of time as a student in Erasmus there, but the staff is very unfriendly (except some dj’sand the music sometimes is not the best.

Great staff, great moments. Probably the best place if you wanna enjoy your Erasmus time the best way possible

The security guard asked me and my friends for ID. We provided it. He explained that we looked too young and didnt let us in. Also he told us to go to this club on the work days as there are less people??? To explain - we were going there because we had friends in that club and why would we want to go to the club at the time when theres less people?All of us were 20 or more y.o.. I also offered him my drivers ID. But he just stated that we looked too young. My guess the experience was terrible because we were Lithuanians.

We wanted to try and visit Salento with my friends that were from Lithuania,Spain and other countries since we knew that Salento has re-opened after some time.Previously we had no problem with coming to this club, but today was one of the worst experiences in there. Security guards that are working there are rude and unprofessional, we provided our IDs showing that all of us are legal age to drink and be in there. Our friends from Erasmus were able to enter without no problem, but when me and couple of my friends provided Lithuanian IDs we were asked to leave and they said that tonight is not our night and try next time on working days. All of us decided to leave this club since we felt that only people from other countries are welcomed there to spend their money even if you suggested them to visit Salento. Would not recommend this night club.

We went there from Kaunas because there was a Turkish night.We entered the place at 11 oclock.Turkish night started at 3 am and lasted only half an hour.From what Ive heard, the nights of other countries start off quite normally.And it ends at 3. But our night Started at 3oclock and ended at 03:30. Ok, the music etc. was good, but it wasnt worth the wait.Thanks for giving us this opportunity in a foreign country, but it was not what we expected.

UPDATE: owner contacted me and solved the problem with noise. Very friendly owner, no more issues.Old review:This night club is causing serious disturbances for the people living nearby due to extremely loud "clients" making noise OUTSIDE of the club all night. Will be reported to local authorities if situation does not improve.

Latino/pop-music only, the same playlist, transitions are absolutely trash. Drinks are costly, but entry is free. 85% of people are foreigners, mostly Erasmus students. Overall, this is not the club to go to if you’re seeking for good DJ’s or decent music overall.

Music is really bad, same playlist. Of course they only care about money, drinks are overpriced (except beerand people kissing everywhere. 1 star for the very friendly staff. Unfortunately is the only way for Erasmus people, that’s why it’s full with them.

I was a student in Vilnius in 2015 and our go-to to end every amazing night out was either Cocainn or Salento. This club was the first place I went when I visited Vilnius again in 2017--literally ubered from the airport to the city center at 1 am, dropped my luggage off at an acquaintances flat nearby, downed a bunch of shots, and danced until sunrise. I love Salento, and even though Im much older now and probably couldnt hang with the 7 am crowd anymore, Im daydreaming of my next trip here. Vilnius and Salento go hand in hand for me. SALENTOOOO YOU HAVE MY HEARTTTTT!!! 💗

Erasmus students will not find anything better, there is only one club to party hard and it is Salento! The best parties are held here!Totally recommend it! 🎉

Very nice club!! We spent New year here. Everything was amazing(music, drinks, stuffprices even cheaper then in many places in Vilnius!

Mostly a student place, so don’t expect much. But it’s worth mention that the prices are a tad bit too high for this kind of club when you can find much cheaper drinks in much more civil and nice places.The songs played are mostly Spanish, the DJ’a don’t really care if you ask them to play some other songs, and the overall atmosphere may come off as trashy if you’re not there on a student event with a bunch of other students and enter on a regular weekend.You will also notice that there aren’t almost any locals in this place, which speaks for itself; locals choose places that they know are nice :D

Went last night with a group of friends as the last place of the evening after reading some reviews. Was not disappointed. Place was full of beautiful girls, drinks were cheap and the DJ was one of the best I have heard. Best club in the city? Maybe. Anyway, recommended.

We had great time in this place with my husband and friends.Everybody was very kind,lovely music, warm atmosphere,very nice lights effects.We had a private table for 12 people,the service was quick and very helpful.I truly recommend Salento for an awesome night out.

If u want culture, cathedrals and haute cuisine then no.. But if you want to meet cute guys n gals, dance all night and get completely wasted on the cheap, Salento is the only place to go in Vilnius.. Best.. Club.. Ever...😘😍

Great place to go for a night out. Well-established venue, one of the oldest night clubs in the city. New management have started to make changes, now on a par with other European clubs. There are bars in Vilnius and bars with dance floors but this is the only true night club in the city. Arrive around 1am and dance the night away until the early hours. A real Vilnius legend!

Great for having a nice night out with a couple of friends. Free for students. Music played isn’t always nice, but it’s better than repetitive music in other places.

You have to pay for the jacket 1e but free entrance ps if you go there you have to like Spanish music

Club full of erasmus students and people under 25. Drinks were basically water with ice overpriced. We didn’t have a good experience.

Usual night club, with its pluses and minuses. Music is good for dancing and up-to-date, cocktails are not expensive. Security is quite not polite. To leave ur coat in wardrobe u must pay 1 euro. Publick is different. Quite many foreigners from eastern and southern countries.

The fat security guy doesnt let my friends go in just because they are holding each others arms (maybe they think they act like guy), and they dont explain, they pretend they dont speak English when we asked. The club is very empty, so I honestly dont understand why they do this. Terrible club, dont go.

Place where erasmus students try to pick up local girls. Music is very random, dj isnt skillful, place runs out of air quickly.

Its a place tailored for Erasmus students in Vilnius who honestly have very little to choose from, when it comes to night life. But its not very good. The music is always the same, the place is dirty and the air runs out really quickly.

I was in this place on saturday 18th of march. I paid for two round of drinks by my touch debit card.now my bank called me that there over dozen fraud activities charged to my card. i spent three days in vilnius and salento was the only place there i used my card. if you go please use only cash.

Disco pub (clubfor erasmus students. Lot of people are from other countries. Small dancing stage.

This is a nightclub, plays english music American style, the only place I found in vilnius that plays this kind of music all night. A semi-vip area and decent price for vip and to enter the club. Not upscale, but you can dress club style if u want to.

Vilnius nights never starts at salento club but always ends in salento. Generally foreigners come to this place, if you want to meet with locals you have to go other clubs

Loud music, lot of people. Bad music. The kind of place that gets better if you drink more

We came with a friend we wasnt drunk, it was wednesday evening and a security guy told us to go away, we asked why, he just told to us, i want to stay in silence.. we was waiting around 5mins, came two drunk guys and he let them in. Were totally disappointed on this club!

Good place to go because everybody from ERASMUS goes there. Staff and ambience could be improved. Be friendly guys!

Great place to get scammed. Like the best I know of around here outside Riga. And when you sit on a random abandoned couch far away from the action to evaluate the scam and steam off, be told that it costs €50 to sit in said faraway abandoned place.

Not a place worth recommending. There are plenty of really good clubs in the city with great service. This is not one of them. In the early 90s it would have been acceptable, but for todays normal standards it is definitely out.
