14 July 2021 I was staying in this hotel , I booked and pay online , when I check inn reception show me other room when I ask where is ur duty manger than start talking their Asian language and give the room I pay for, anyways cleaning zero, just imagine when I ask for kitchen cleaning he start cleaning by hand without Cloth , tissue or anything, rooms full of bugs , WiFi no network in room , WiFi only good in reception area, tv only few Channels , this hotel only good in pictures, only good thing is location, this hotel don’t deserve 1 star ⭐️, don’t waste ur money for.

The location of this hotel is superb but hotel facilities were ok also price is reasonable if being to salalah take this hotel its good for coming and sleeping for night as day would be spend in roaming around places

I am staying in room ok 515 since last 6 months my company book this hotel .. very bad cleaning services I am cleaning my room myself bad wify all peoples are not giving any service as I am staying on monthly my company hr manager personally told this guy to clean room 3 times I week but no one answer it seems staff is only interested I tips very bad stay

Horrible horrible horrible. Even their clean sheets arent clean. Everything is disgusting. Sheets had hair on them and weird gross stuff.Customer service sucks. Oh and I got a juice stain on my pants from sitting on the chair at the breakfast buffet.

Nice place for tourists

We stayed here in August 2018 during Khareef season. When we arrived after driving for 14 hours from Dubai, we were told that they dont have our reservation and it was cancelled. I booked the room through booking.com and had a confirmation email. After speaking to the manager, they finally gave us a room.The room was extremely dirty, hair everywhere on the floor, on the bed, the pillowcases. After complaining, they sent someone to clean it who took 2 minutes to only mop a small area on the floor and gave us new pillow cases which we had to put on ourselves.The AC broke down at night and we were told that the technician is not available until tomorrow morning and that they dont have any other rooms and please bear with us for tonight.The price we paid was extremely high for the service we received.

The hall was hot as the air conditioning wasnt set properly. At dinner time, there werent enough plates for the guests. I ended up eating on a quarter plate (appetizer plate). Also, since the hall is in the basement, there is no cell reception in the area.

Very near Salalah International Airport.Cost of rooms are moderate and affordable. Breakfast served, healthy food. Really a good place to stay for a short or long visit. Rooms are good.

Rooms were good and service was fine. Spent very less time there, but everything seems fine

The apartment was smelly, the kitchen was too small with no cabinet or utinsels and the breakfast was mostly Indian and doesnt taste good. They need to consider visitors from other nationalities

If you are not expecting good service then you can opt for this Hotel. For housekeeping you need to request in prior. For additional towels or any other requirements they have not responded. This hotel would be right choice for only sleeping.
