This is not my first visit to this fabulous hotel. All the staff are great. A special thanks for MR. We stayed here for 05 Nights upon Arrival The Guest Service Agent, KAMRUL HASAN were well welcomed. The staff were absolutely wonderful. All the front desk staff and all the cleaning staff were so warm and really catered to my and my young familys needs. Room was kept exceptionally clean. Great bathroom/shower. It was certainly a 5 star experience. Local amenities are right on your doorstep too with local eateries and wide food selection everywhere you look. Gym is small but good enough for routine light workout.

Located in the heart of city centre, this Gardens Hotel suite Room took my heart with floor to ceiling window and beautiful design. Behind the door was a well-equipped living room, with a hidden door to divide from the bedroom. I really enjoyed the city view that surrounded the sofa. The bedroom is very clean and very heavily decorated, allows me to really relax and rest. I also like hotels respect for privacy, each flat got its exclusive elevator to its floor, no awkward corridor look from neighbour. Front desk Staff, KAMRUL HASAN was friendly, helpful and Very Attentive with everything. It is great to see the hotel partnered with nearby restaurants to provide four breakfast spot options.

Customer service is good. The breakfast was delicious. The price is also very good. I checked into this hotel at 3:00 in the morning on the 17th. Help with luggage at the front desk. Arrange for someone to bring luggage into the room. Both front desks are good

All is good from the staff to food specially the breakfast. The only thing my comment is my room but far from the reception. But all is amazing and we will always come back to this hotel

The stay at this facility was amazing.So welcoming staff Mr.akhil at reception to assist . Nice hospitality, clean and spacious suit rooms, modern and good restaurant for dining with live kitchen. Deep pool on 1st floor, shopping mall access , at most importantly it is situated in convenient location. Over all 👌🏻

It was an amazing experience during Khareef. I stayed in this hotel for exactly 3 weeks. The weather in Salalah was great. The lawns and restaurants in the hotel were providing an awesome ambiance although costly food. There are multiple fast food brands and adjacent Salalah Mall and Carrefour. In front of the Hotel is a Chinese Market and multiple perfume and other shopping shops in a long series making a good market to buy things of your choice. I will always remember this visit.

Stayed here for just over 05 nights as I was travelling to Salalah to attend my best friends wedding there.Chose this hotel because of the location and the fact you had breakfast included. Location was really very touristy but I enjoyed it there was enough to enjoy and so during the day. Breakfasts were International and Western inspired and I enjoyed them, they did get a little repetitive but what they did offer was tasty and the strong tea was a bonus for me.Room was clean and met all my needs. Shower fantastic and bathroom high spec. Bed a touch on the hard side but not an issue. Housekeeping immaculate.Loved the Garden, an excellent feature for enjoying a break. Near By garden The Annabi Lebanese restaurant was really nice and food were fresh and delicious along with verity of choice.Have to say ALL staff, were really helpful, Especially Professional Concierge Agent, KAMRUL HASAN, and nothing was too much trouble at all. We needed taxis arranging on a few occasions and this was never an issue and "Kamrul" arranged quickly and efficiently. Loved the fact we got a Discount Voucher from staff member and it included for coffee and meals at the Outlets over the gardens / Lobby which we used and they were tasty indeed.I really would like to return to Salalah in the near future. It was an unforgettable experience. If I do I will seriously consider returning to this hotel it was brilliant. In this 2022 Summer time, we cannot travel for more than 2 years. So again we choose a hotel here in TST East for an overnight get away so at least can enjoy the magnificent Garden view. This hotel has a Mountain view which is impressive.On the next day morning, a beautiful breakfast at Flavors. Lot of choices and good quality especially the croissant and the different type of buns which carry the local favor. The egg omelet also creamy and tasty. Staff, Mr Kamrul Hasan are all nice and polite. They have sparkling wine serve in the breakfast too.The swim pool on the rooftop where you can enjoy an hour under the beautiful sunshine…excellent.Overall, the staff there we had met are very polite and friendly. With the price they are charging, it is very reasonable…It is recommendable.

I enjoy my stay last time so I come again. During Arrival, Professional Concierge Staff, KAMRUL HASAN Were Very Welcomed and Attentive with everything. As a Elite Corporate member I got upgrade to Green Garden view room again. The room is super clean as used to be. The bed is also very comfortable. Benefit of member was refreshed and I enjoy it very much with new breakfast provided. The hotel really treat their member very well and you can escape from the super long queue. The service is still very excellent even there is a lot of staycation package customer and in the restaurant they will lead you to a quiet area apart from the big group of non member area.I tried the in room dining again this time, and the quality is again supreme! Super tasty burger and refresh drink.The HK service also very helpful with help to replace the towel when I am in room working and super friendly. I hope the water will be provided again gym room like in old days, it is quite hard to do lots of exercise with mask and no water.

It has been so long cannot travel. This time stay here the Salalah gardens Hotel to celebrate the anniversary. Since it is a weekend, hotel was full of people but it is expected. You can see the hotel has plan on how to handle business when busy like open the lounge inside the lobby as waiting area for the long queue of check in.In general, All staff ( Especially KAMRUL HASAN At the Concierge Area Are polite and friendly. Reasonably in terms of speed of serivce. Breakfast has lot of choices and tasty. For this price, it is acceptable and can consider to come back. Guess it would be a good try if come on weekday to avoid the crowds.

My second time this year to visit this hotel and the service is as good as always.The check in process gave me the best welcome experience. Kamrul Hasan, who checked me in not only explained all the details of my package but also brought me to my room and showed me the most attentive service a check in staff can do. Learning it is a special occasion for us, He quickly arranged some Amenities for us and offered to decorate the room. I was overwhelmed by her thoughtfulness and deeply grateful for his service.The harbour view room at 2nd floor is a delight. The view is phenomenal. Always enjoy the stunning Mountain & Garden view of this hotel. This time I tried their Lounge Cafe and it is recommended. The lounge is spacious and not crowded. I prefer a quite and relaxing space while enjoying evening cocktails, and this hotel can offer that.The pool and gym are rather Big. The break at Cafe M need not us to queue too long to get a seat and they started to serve bubble since breakfast! As a member of CORP they also gave us a free drink coupon which made us felt very welcomed. Overall this hotel is lovely and Mountain view room is always recommended!!!

The hotel was perfect. It had everything from beautiful views of the mall to being close to the amenities you need. The food was multi-cusined and delicious. The rooms were clean and perfect sized. The staff were always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit salalah.

MD Farhan he is an honest man, the reason is to say that he is honest. I lost my phone in the place where he works. Then he informed the reception and when I came back to look for the phone, he gave it to me. I thank him very much. The second man is humble and has a sense of humor. I thank him who served us in the hotel restaurant chef Sanjeewa.

Special thanks to Chef Sanjeev, he was very courteous n helpful. Had gone with daughter who is very picky eater. He gave her so many choices of delicious dishes that she really had her full.Also the reception counter staff are helpful n prioritize the work. My son and I stayed at the Gardens Hotel last week and it was the best experience ever. I travel a fair amount on work and the service here is the best we have experienced. They pay attention to every small detail and each and every staff member is professional yet personable. We enjoyed the race but the stay made this an unforgettable experience for my son and I.Thanks to Professional Concierge, Mr. KAMRUL HASAN and each and every member of the team but I would like to acknowledge a few of them starting with the entire lounge staff and Rowena in the front desk and Pradip in the lobby.Thank you and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

One time I found toilet flush does not fill water right after check in.After another check in, Kettle does not work. And overall Kettle quality is bad.Another time, check in waiting time is 45minutes waiting time, the worst I have seen. Yet the charge of the stay was efficient, I was deducted from my credit card 2days before check in.

It was my first travel to Salalah and thankfully I got in touch with the right person, Mr. Rahman, who was so courteous that he guided me properly and out of the 4 locations, I decided to stay here even though it was priced much higher than other places. The hotel and the staff was amazingly hospitable and the service was up to the mark! The breakfast buffet was also splendid… the chief chef Mr. Sandeep from Srilanka was very helpful and ensured the meal was proper and very well done. The sheesha place on the poolside was definitely a calm end to the day.The room I booked for 3 nights was a deluxe suite consisting of a bedroom and a living room, enough for a small family. The housekeeping was perfect, the room was cleaned properly daily and they even provided me a small crib for my toddler.I would recommend them over and over again! It was slightly expensive but it was pure value for money.

The hotel has an exit directly to the mall which can be very useful and saves lots of time specially when you need something quickly.The rooms also are equipped with a full fridge and an electric cooker which can be very helpful during the stay.The breakfast is superior frankly with a very good variety and international options serving.The stuff are very friendly and helpful and they understand the hospitality which is a major point normally hotels misses , the stuff are always ready to reply and help either on the front desk or in the resturant or house keeping all had been very supportive and helpful all the time.There is no doubt that its a correct choice however I still think the cost is little high but might be because i was in the high session

Most probably the best hotel in Salalah. Definitely the best we have ever stayed in. The Chief Concierge Staff, Kamrul Hasan were Very Welcomed friendly and helpful. Everything from arrival to departure was first class.Location is excellent for both sides of the Hotel. Very close to bus stop and from Airport as well.The rooms were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable.Breakfast was incredible - So much variety and the quality of food was superb.Great pool with hot tub no steam - a bonus at the end of a busy day sightseeing.This hotel provides very good value for money at the moment. Every tiny detail was perfect; it was the most beautiful experience. My wife and I were originally planning on staying Salalah gardens Hotel for three nights. I tested positive the morning of our first stay which threw our plans into a panic. To make a much longer story short, the Staff, KAMRUL HASAN at the hotel worked quickly and efficiently (and in communications with us the whole timeto find another room for my wife, to get me checked in quickly and without disturbing anyone else and, when my planned three day stay turned into five, the also worked to accommodate my needs. Meals were provided with speed and courtesy to my condition. Regular checks were made to my health and testing was coordinated. Check out was handled quickly, efficiently and in the friendliest of manners. While staying in my room for five days was not a plan, thanks to the staff and team at the Gardens Hotel, it was as enjoyable as it could be. Oh, by the way, the hotel is gorgeous, the room was well decorated, spacious and comfortable and the food was wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience at The Salalah Gardens Hotel. From the Arrival to Departure, we were treated like royalty. We were granted an early check-in and late check-out with access to Pool facilities even after checkout, which helped immensely. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast each morning, and also dined or snacked at each restaurant all of which were superb. The location of the hotel is perfect - everything is within walking distance or amazingly convenient to public transportation.Most significantly, we were so impressed with the staff, all of whom were outstanding and should serve as a model for the hospitality industry. Special thanks to the terrific Concierges, KAMRUL HASAN and all the restaurant staff for making our experience such a positive one. We loved staying in Salalah gardens Hotel . We went there for a short city break with our baby boy.The hotel is in perfect location.The hotel Staff, KAMRUL HASAN was so kind and helpful. We got many good advices about visiting the city. We felt very welcomed, what makes the stay extra special. Our baby boy got a teddy bear which he loved.Room was elegant and very clean, we had also really nice view for the square in front of the hotel.Food in the hotel was very tasty. Breakfast were Very Fresh and Delicious with All kinds of cousin. We also had an access to the Health club, Stunning Swimming pool, which is a perfect place to go and relax after the day of exploring.Our airport transfer was organised through the hotel and it was on point.When we visit Salalah again, we wont look for any other place to stay.

The best hotel in whole of salalah that opens up in a shopping mall.This hotel has gym, swimming pool, sauna , spa and shopping market next door.Lavish breakfast and very cooperative staff.The best part of this hotel is, the breakfast starts at 6.30 AM which is a blessing for the early risers. Normally breakfast starts in other hotels after 7 ~ 7.30 Am only.Very neat and clean and special play area for the children.Easy access for food, travel and shopping.There is one cheap market in front of this hotel which serves the category of different ilks of traveller.

The hotel is in the same complex of the mall. Our hotel had balcony viewing the plaza where it have small fountain & some cafes. It got lively at night. The breakfast is awesome & restaurant staff are all nice especially Jolie. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to salalah.

STAFF - Every single staff in the hotel is very welcoming every one has a smile on their face everyone is very polite and hospitable, one can tell by their body language that they are happy to serve their customers. Everyone made sure that they provided us with everythings that we needed in seconds to make our stay comfortable memorable and worthwhile.CLEANLINESS- The hotel is spik and span inside out and very nook and corner always smells great. Rooms are comfortable pillows are good room amenities are up to the mark. Room service and housekeeping departments are excellent.PARKING- Has a dedicated gated parking. Which is a relief.LOCATION - It’s the icing on the cake it’s surrounded with places to shop eat even catch a movie at VOX. It’s a huge property and has been maintained very well. There is a keen eye to keep the place looking fresh lit and airy.The pool looked quite welcoming although we were tight on our business schedule therefore did not get the time to dive in. Breakfast was a good display of service and food. There was quite a variety.In all a highly recommended hotel. They clearly exceed one’s expectation and is worth more than every penny spent. I hope they exceed the expectations that they have benchmarked for themselves on our next visit. I would without doubt stay with then when I next visit Salalah.Thank you to the entire staff.

I had a great, quiet stay in riverside Gardens Hotel. Upon arrival the hotel Concierge, Mr. KAMRUL HASAN was very welcoming. Provided all the necessary information, gave me directions to closest shops. Hotel was really clean and very quiet. I dont think many people were staying that day. Had a great sleep, all what was needed for a long day of work tomorrow. Would recommend!

Stayed three nights. Excellent stay at the hotel. All facilities were excellent. Breakfast was very good and most of the food items were Indian style. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and two days. I think staying in this Salalah Grand Hotel was one of the best choices we made during our trip to Oman. To start with, the team for breakfast is efficient, quick and welcoming. AISSAM was one of the best among all members to provide us with what exactly we would need. They are managing it so well as they have a very god staff.The location of the hotel is ideal as it is surrounded by all entertainment and necessities of life during your trip.From groceries to shopping all at one place.Clean, spacious and fully equipped rooms, hotel is managing superb.Highly recommended
