Busy location with not so bad food. Service is friendly, but they tend to behave like there is no real management. They run around like beheaded chickens. Anyway, it is the busiest sea view restaurant in the area.

The waiter was so impolite that i left whithout even ordering anything. Dude learn how to speak to your customer.

If I could give 0 star i would have done it. Pretty rude employees. They threw the menu on our table like we were street dogs. The manners were so terrible we decided to left before ordering. I do not recommand.

Very quick and impressive service considering how busy this place usually is. Not the best scallops, too much parsley and garlic sauce for my taste. Nice quality fish in general. My personal favourite was the black rice, simply delicious. The seafood paella was too salty but really tasty too.

As always an amazing experience. Prawns Sea Bream squid rings and dessert well cooked and presented.

Recommended for anyone wanting to taste good quality seafood.Quick service despite being fully booked (+/- 20 min wait for paellaAlmost always crowded and ppl waiting in line (evenings). A bit pricey but it is a restaurant by the sea so no surprise.

Zero customer service!!Very poor service. After waiting for loooong time our food came at different times. I hardly order my 2nd drink and they did forgot to bring it! The food waiter didn’t try and help non Spanish speakers with the menu. Waiter very rude. My son ordered hamburger and it came out half cooked! When I returned it back their answer is ridiculous with sorry! There is fish place— so what??? Kids can not choose what they eat!They charged the 2nd burger which was burned. I complained again and asked them to take out the 1st one!Don’t go there if you don’t have a rock patience!

Lovely paella, and sardines! So fresh!Service is a little chaotic but thats part of the charm. Love when the staff shout over the orders to the BBQ pit man. I could watch those fish cook for hours.Dont forget if you order the prawns to start, hold onto some bread, dip it in the red oil, its to die for!

Used to love this restaurant (there is always a queue to have a table which tells about its reputationuntil I got food poisoning the last time eating espetos de Sardinas (grilled sardines)… could be a one time mistake but unfortunately I lost trust.

Ok! Take no notice of the negative comments about this restaurant if you want English food with English speaking staff go down the road to McDonalds, the food here and the staff are amazing the fact that you can pass here every night and theres hardly ever an empty seat says everything about it so dont hesitate to get in her for a meal 😁😁😁

Very poor service. All the food came at different times. Forgot my drink order. Did not try and help non Spanish speakers with the menu. Waiter very rude. Children ordered burger and one came out half cooked. They told us the other one fell on floor when coming from kitchen. We were patient to wait for the replacement and I emphasised to make sure it was well cooked. It came out well under done. My boy ended up just having a few chips for dinner. Crazy busy but service very bad. I had the Rosada fish which was nice but lot of salt on it. My husband had calamari which was just OK. Unfortunately I would not recommend this restaurant.

45 minutes to take order, came back 30 minutes after submitting my order to say they didnt have what we wanted. Carihuela location excellent - this one is a mess

Everything went wrong during our visit. Food - no good, camarero forgot our order, suggested wine costed almost 30 euros. Do not go here. Strongly not recommended

Well what a disappointment. Food was mediocre. My meal took ages....I think they forgot to cook it or the incompetent waiter didnt press the right button on his ordering gizmo. It was only when i asked where our food was that something seemed to happen. Chips arrived 20 minutes before the other meals. They should have been delivered together. Several attempts to get butter for the stale bread fell on deaf ears and never arrived. Overall very poor.

Very noisy, nobody spoke english at all.We ordered/asked about Florestel wine, they said they have it but got us coca cola with wine instead. A lot of flies and nit very clean. We paid and got out of there as quick as we could

I only drink drink here, but the sangria was the worst I have ever drink!!!!! The waiter also!!!

One of the best lunches weve had. Didnt make a reservation, but the head staffer put us on the wait-list. Waited maybe 10-15 minutes then were able to get a seat. Great staff, very friendly, professional, and probably the most efficient Ive ever seen. Order the fresh grilled sardines, amazing. The paella de la casa was also very good. We will return.

We were two nights ago. I wanted seafood soup, I ate what was found… gaspacho. I wanted grilled squid. First they didnt recommend the grill, then it was too big for me (as if I had asked for a small one or I had paid for the size and not the portion), then they announced that it was over (although they were still serving and still preparing . I ate again what they had… something local fish seasoned with plenty of vegetable).…and I didnt even understand why they didnt want to give me the ordered product .My girlfriend wanted the octopus grill. They convinced her to take some pickled octopus. Serve: English…less/ poco a nada; you can still work on kindness.The wine was good. :)

Nice setting and really fantastic seafood platter - at 78€ with a bottle of house wine it was well worth it! Got really busy but the waiters whizzed around well enough to keep things moving and the waits not too long. Were out of a few things sadly, but gives us another reason to return I suppose!

Food was okay, but staff are very sneaky. While at your table, they approach you in friendly manner with food in hand such boquerones fritos and offer you to try them, they then set it on your table and at the end add it to your bill, they also put bread on our table without us ordering and added it to our bill. At the end I also noticed we were charged for an extra glass of wine. As with most restaurants on this strip, they are very touristic. They dont pressure you for a table when walking past like other restaurants which is why we chose to eat here as opposed to others on the strip

Delicious food. Friendly service, but some language problems. Spanish seems to be the only acceptable language. Makes ordering difficult.

Extremely good service, would recommend booking to avoid waiting as they are always packed in the day and at night, waiters are fantastic and very quick, the food is amazing and reasonably priced, HIGHLY recommended!

Bad service, food was ok what i got was awful, i ordered fried fish w fried vegetables, what i got after 1 hours of waiting was fried prawns and im ALLERGIC to prawns and in the menu it says fried fish w fried vegetables, i explained to the waiter that i was allergic to prawns and i got the answer: meat is meat. Hmm much respect there

Nice place to get something quick or light for dinner, but nothing special. The seafood platter too expensive for such a bad quality, it looks amazing but the taste is not good. Clams with sands and shellfish razors dry.

Delicious food, the paella was really really good. Not to mention the great dessert. This place is full all the time, be prepared to wait or try to book in advance

Delicious seafood! The best I have eaten in entire Analucia and I traveled the region for two weeks. I especially recommend fried squids, grilled octopus and mix plate of fish. Lobster is also good, however it wasnt very big, which resulted in little meat inside.Only one minus - beware of the check. The food might be a little expensive there, but its worth its price. However 2 times Ive been there, the restaurant overcharged me by placing items I havent ordered on the bill. First time it was silly 4 euros for the bread I didnt order, however the second time they overcharged me for over 100 euros for 4 dishes I never ordered norv received. Both times they fixed the bill after my complaint, however I still recommend to be cautious. I would like to believe these were only restaurant mistakes rather than hidden policy, however it is suspicious when it happens 2 times out of 2.

After you suffer thru restaurant santa Ana down the same strip, you come to the value of this place. Completely divine. Of course you will need a reservation. But the prices are actually cheaper, the fish fresher, the taste beyond compare.

Nice, decently-priced food, clean, right by the sea front. BUT be warned, the bread that they bring to your table at the beginning of the meal is NOT free. We were charged 6 euros for bread and butter. Not very honest and done to catch out tourists. Shame because it was an otherwise pleasant experience.

Do delicious and tasty and waiters are so friendly and patient... Love this place and recommend you to have a nice lunch just in front the Beach of Benalmadena....

OMG! The food was delicious 👌🏽atmosphere fantastic 👍🏼Table service excellent💃cost 👍🏼 it was such a family and friendly place. The scenery was beautiful right along the seafront. Even though it was very busy we did not have to wait long for service. If we ever go back to that area in Spain we will definitely pay another visit. Well worth it.

If you are searching to have a dinner with no fancy expectations this is the place to eat in Benalmadena. It is close to the beach, the octupus with garlic pesto was fresh and tasty. The menu is a little on the fast food side, lots of things are deep fried. If you prefer some grilled fish or seafood you should search for another place. The prices are a little high for what they offer.

Beautiful food and really reasonable

Dropped in with the family on a busy July evening and was it dissapointing , well yes !! They simply could not cope with the customer volumes and the staff were not able to manage, taking too many orders and arguing with each other when tables complained. The food arrived at the tables with 30mins intervals and that was the mains , get the money in approach without any customer service or simple manners. I find it difficult to write such reviews but this restaurant needs new management , dont blame the staff although they did help with their I dont care attitude . Give this place a miss, they take advantage of the fact they are in a great location and that many customers are on holiday and might never return ...terrible ....

This was recommended to us by regular visitors we met earlier. Excellent special deal on wine and racion menu. Atmosphere in daytime and are choices were perfect. Staff not pushy and fish selection superb. So good we are returning for dinner. Dont know why would anybody choose a burger with the seafood on offer.

Tasty food. Very very busy most nights which means staff are rushed off their feet and service can be a little slow but they did thier best. Still one of the best along the stretch of restaurants on the walkway. Would definitely visit again.
