Bad hotel in Coxs Bazar. Their service is worst. I would suggest please avoid this hotel.

Behaviour of the receptionists are very unprofessional.

The behavior of the staff, reception and manager is very bad. Treating customers is very bad. Customers pay for staying, not for free and dont deserve to have a misbehave from the staff. Not recommended.

If you are looking for a budget hotel in Cox’s Bazar then the Saint Martin Resort could be a good choice for you. The hotel is neat and clean and service is also good.

An average, balanced services for a reasonable price. We stayed for night with 6 friends at a price of around Tk 1300.In terms of price the place did offer AC, heated washrooms and a well maintained room. Its ideally suited for tour groups or friends who may need a decent place to stay. The best part is that its quite close to the beach and all the food shops, bus counters are adjacent to the place.

This hotel is well decorated and cheaper than most other hotels in Coxbazar.

The traveling to St. Martin is very pleasant. You can also enjoy whatever you want. Friends than alone, are joyful with the family.

The furniture is very old and the washroom door was broken. The price is a little higher otherwise everything is ok.

In 2016 i stayed this hotel and in 2018 also. Somehow they are good but not too much good.

St. Martin is one of the most beautiful visiting places of Bangladesh. It has fresh blue water with corals, beautiful sandy beaches, a lot of coconut trees, and huge natural beauties. Sunrise and sunset are two most striking things you can enjoy.

I wish I could find any option of giving zero (0star! Because I have found this resort to be the worst of all. The night receptionist was horrible. He was acting like my husband and I have done a heinous crime by becoming a couple. He was asking for our legal documents in a disgusting way and behaved like an illiterate while discussing about room rent. We booked for couple room from booking.com and paid 1000tk advance one day before through Bkash including cash out charge but the manager or the receptionist was talking like there was no prebooked room for us. He was a rogue. He charged 1575tk for couple ac room. The room was dirty, washroom wasnt clean, commode was moving and water leaking from there wherever we used that. There was ac but they didnt provide us remote to operate the Ac!! Moreover, there was old furnitures, uncomfortable bed and pillows so that we couldnt stay there more than one night, though we had paid for two nights! Corridor was dirty and piled with clothes. Clothes were kept on the corridor railings in such a way that we felt that we had visited a bachelors house rather than a hotel!!!!! In booking.com, they mentioned about providing breakfast but we didnt get that instead of paying for breakfast with the rent. They didnt provide any complementary water bottle. Only 3 revive shampoo sachets (costs 1tk each), small toilet tissue that costs 9tk and 1 small meril milk soap bar. Thats all they provided as their service!

Worst hotel to stay in Coxs bazar. Has almost no amenities, doesnt even have a decent light in the room, beds have broken springs, and most of all, the hotel doesnt care about the guests.

Nice place but traveling is difficult such in one day to go and come

Our room was small for 6 people and the bathroom there was stinky from the beginning like before even using it and the telephone and TV didnt even work there, I can tell the room no. but its a private information but if the hotel itself messages me I can tell them

The type that can be seen from the outside but completely different from the inside. The condition of the room is very bad. And the biggest thing is that the use of those who have the reception of this hotel is very bad. I think it is better not to reduce your price with money. It would be better to give a no star rate in this hotel.

Saint Martin Resort is near the beach. The areas natural beauty can be seen at Sugandha Beach and Kolatoli Beach.

Yeah it was good! Highly recommended! Their service was good, stuffs were responsive, and most importantly, room was clean.

Cost saving hotel.beach is a little bit distance from the hotel.room condition,ac,sofa,food warming service -we enjoy it.

Not a bad place to stay for a day or two. Near to Laboni beach point, thats the only plus point of the resort, or a hotel.

The environment was good enough. And the staff behavior was quite good. But the hotel’s restaurant food quality is little bit bad.

I truly believe they are too much overrated. They pizza is not testy enough, its just their branding. Very very tiny amount of cheese 🧀 And meats are too low quantity its just the pizza doe (breadwith bunch of flour. And the soucage felt over smoky. However, they are running on their brand. Thats all you get there.

Very disappointing.The behaviour of management and staffs were very poor as well as their service. I had to asked several times to clean my rooms every morning, the staffs were very unhelpful and uncordial in words.Even I hardly got room services. They didnt provide toiletries and water, unless I asked two/three times every day. The television was not working, I noticed it and acknowledged the room service staff, but they didnt fix it. one night I had to wait till 1:00am for aerosol after noticing mosquito problem, but didnt get the service.Previously my experience with this hotel was nice. Thats why i choose to stay here once again. But unfortunately they disappointed in many ways. As there are many options for tourists to stay in coxs bazar, this hotel need to improve their services.

Great place to spend some times with nature.You can get privacy and entertainment here.Great place to come with family.But one thing I Didnt like everything is so costly here.Overall Its a great place to get some fresh air,spending times with nature.Local peoples are great also.I recommend everyone to visit at least one time.It will worth than your precious time.

it is quite good.You can getvl seat here for a cheap prize. Let me share u a tricks. First of all you have to bargade with them or you have to pay a lot. If you bargain than the cost will reduce. Nxt comes the best part... and its a secret for myself😋

This ac room for four persons took 1300 per day. I think in reasonable price its good choice And good everything is ok in here.

The rooms were really cozy, room service was fast enough. The hotel itself was close from the beach although no beach-view from the hotel. There were plenty of wardrobe space and the AC was working fine. The only complain I might have is the low wifi connection speed. But apart from that everything was nearly perfect in my opinion. Definitely recommended.

The hotel dosent have any room available or acomodation for womens... So girls/womens be careful before you book your rooms in this hotel. Because when they come to know that you are a female they wont allow you to check-ins their rooms. Also they will make you go away without any proper explanations.(actually with some lame causes)

It has has very low price in every room and each are really big ...... The beds there are awesome and the sevices are great ... they give us free soap , shampoo,toothpaste and everything branded and daily... Free wifi and super secured...😎😎And the main fact is that it is very near to the beach ....

Compare to price rooms are ok. But they have to improve a lot, need to work for maintenance and service. Need to train the staff. All the staff are friendly but still they dont know proper hospitality. But still i appreciate location on the building close to beach and view are super. And reasonable price of room. It was nice stay.

We had a great experience here, The rooms are comfortable, The location is walking distance to sea beach, the staff is courteous, and the price value is on point. Two of the most important aspect of the room are the mattress and the wide balconies. Exceeded my expectations. This hotel is also well kept.

I have visited cox bazaar many times and I started in many hotel among them saint martin resort is really nice hotel. Its totally clean and well decorated. All types of services are available here so I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a good hotel

The staffs of the hotel were very ill-mannered. Their service was way worse than ever expected (i.e. knocked the door loudly to check balcony from our room out of nowhere). The receptionists highly lacked in professionalism. They do not know how to behave with a customer properly, and end up misbehaving with us over payment issues. The rooms were moderate. However, the entire management needs substantial improvement.
