To Hilary and her wonderful staff Thank you all for the wonderful time at the Saint John Marina . Our son wedding was here and was the most beautiful place to have a wedding . Hilary and her staff were definitely 5/5. Great food . Jeremy and his bride Madison (now wife just love the place and surrounding great pictures were taken memories to last forever . Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for making this a special day .

Wife and I truly enjoyed the food and the outside patio. If your looking for a relax and comfortable experience...you must try the marina...rhe food is incredible

Wednesday lunch at marina..my friend had whole clams which were fresh, light, and delicious. I went with the daily special, beef tacos (soft shellwhich were fantastic. Waitress was 10/10, great experience!

The food was very tasty and our waitress was great.

Bad food overall. Pre-made soggie Ceasar salad, bitter crusted calamari, overpriced mac and cheese (box quality with gnocchi), extra 4 CAD for a tiny bit of crumbed bacon and a sprinkle of onion, store bought hot dog roll used for lobster roll. Received potato fries instead of sweet potato fries. Was told that I would wait 15/20 for correction. Restaurant was not at all busy. This should be a bar minus food. Food is of very poor quality and over priced. Nice outside chill area. Drinks only spot.

Unfortunately a very loud class reunion and behind us a table of several drunk ladies. Not a great start. 5 scallops on a bed of many fries for $20.00. Thanks but no.

Great meal, great beer. My first time there just this week. I like to judge a new place based on their Rueben and their Club so I got a rueben and soup. Waitress brought me a Club. Was just tucking into it when I realized that wasnt what I ordered. Before I had a chance to flag anyone down Mel was practically running to me with the rueben. Things happen, things were made right with no trouble. And in my particular case it couldnt have been a better mistake. Both sandwiches were great and Ill definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu.

Enjoyed awesome July evening at Saint John Marina with the sweet sounds of Matt Currie playing guitar while enjoying expert service. Good crowd a bit cloudy outside so eat inside rather than spacious patio. All seating has great views of majestic Saint John River. Truffle fries were fancy and lip smacking good, wings hot and savory, cest bon! 😋

Absolutely fantastic service, scrumptious food and the portions are pretty large! Bonus for Pokemon go players the marina is a poke stop and the sign out front is a gym 😉

The Marina and Hilarys team put on a private reception for approximately 100 people July 20/20 we cannot say enough about the service food and Hospitality provided , we would Highly recommend the Marina.

Mac and cheese was delicious. Appetizers were delicious, bacon wrapped scallops with balsamic reduction, fried Pickle spears, donair bites.

Upon reopening for the 2020 season on June 2nd, we reserved for dinner and were greeted by an ambitious group of staff who had reorganized the entire dining room to meet with current government guidelines. Though we were only the 2nd table being served for the evening, before we had finished our meal, there were several other groups there as well.The facility was spotlessly clean and the grounds were recently groomed. Beyond the huge dining room windows are wide panoramic views of the river and landscape.Then there was the meal itself and oh my, I, a long time connoisseur of Seafood delicacies ordered the combination platter of haddock, shrimp, clams, scallops and fries with cole slaw and was pleased and impressed in every way. Taste, texture, quantity and presentation were all first class. I actually cannot remember the last time my meal choice had been so perfectly correct. I would recommend the Saint John Marina Restaurant to anyone and with the size of this facility, Im sure there would be no problem with larger groups. To theStaff we expressed our complete satisfaction and compliments to the chef. And we will return soon.

Nice place, service was good. Large group was quickly served. Burger was good, not great. Other dishes looked tasty as well.

A popular spot. Good beer selection and a good pub-style menu. Wing night is worth the visit on Thursday. Nice outside patio for the warm weather. Service was very good, even with a crowd there.

Celebrating a friend’s Birthday Luncheon . Our servicer was over the top , food was delicious and hot.The Beyond Burger and Club sandwich excelled choices however the sweet potato fries are to die for.

Just visited last weekend,seems to be the same at first sight but lots of changes since last year,service was..what do you want!!!food lacked too...have to take away at least one star to 3 will revisit after the real season starts and keep you posted.

Great little gem!!! The food is fantastic and the price was definitely right! The service was slow (I think they were short staffedbut, the servers were super friendly and knowledgeable so we didnt mind!

So good! Looking at this picture I want to start drooling all over again, haha! The food was awesome! That was our first time trying Chicken and Waffles and it did not disappoint. The waitress working on the patio was hilarious, she definitely knew what she was doing and knew how to enjoy herself at work - thats the best type of server to have! Next time Im on the East Coast I know Ill be going back!

My review is regarding a wedding, not the actual restaurant downstairs. Food was amazing, and the views are great. Recently renovated from a flood and its done up well with tons more parking than you see on maps view. My issues stem with the organization. They wanted to remove all the tables for the dance floor despite that not being what the family/organizers requested. There was also issues with the bar (people not from here may be used to an open bar). All of that was worked out, however they were very picky with bringing beverages outside. It could only be on the back deck but you cant smoke. We were told we could in the front deck. A group were smoking and drinking in the back deck and the downstairs grass yet we kept getting targeted when the others just kept doing it. So we didnt, then another family member was Vaping outside in the smoking area (which isnt smoking). Ive noticed some places more strict on vaping than cigarettes (this place is one of them), I really dont understand why this region is more restrict on it than cigarettes. We ended up leaving as a result. Being told 3 times that whatever we did was wrong or whatnot just soured the mood.

The marina is beautiful and the restaurant was amazing. The food, service, decour and ambiance were excellent. It also has great outdoor seating with great views.

Really enjoyed New years day brunch. Buffet had a fair selection and great quality. Food could have been warmer but it was well replenished and service was excellent!!

Went for lunch. Special Fried Clams dinner.About the best fried clams yet. Our server was very knowledgible on the food and cooking methods, a pleasant conversation indeed.This was a first visit with the new ownership in place. Renovations throughout from the boat facilities to storage to the dining area and special events room upstairs.

This place has been redone and is amazing!! Their food is delicious, dinning room immaculate and great service. Prices are close to what you would pay uptown for a dinner and drinks but well worth it. *********Ok... You see my initial review from a long time ago... Now sadly I have to update due to my last two visits...I was at the marina last month for a meal with my dad, two youngest children and my wife. Everything seemed fine, the dining room was quiet and was nice. My dad ordered a steak well done and after about 15-20 min the waitress came over to inform him that if he wanted it well done it would take some time. No problem we said. My dad is in his 70s so the meal was more about him than us. The people behind us( who showed up way after we did were given the same speach about the steak and wow... They were eating at least 15 min before our food came.. dont get me wrong. This is not usually an issue but by now we were over an hour in the restaurant and my two 4 year old kids were done! The food is dam delicious at this restaurant but they have to get it together in the kitchen. We spent around.d $160 And for that price should be getting better service.Now fast forward to 1 hour ago... Same situation. 4 of us went there for supper at approx 4:45. Ordered and waited....and waited... After approx 40 min food arrived with a huge apologies about how busy they were the night before so everything was messed up tonight... (Not sure how last nights business affects today).. we even asked for root beer for the kids and after 15 min the waitress came back to inform us that they didnt have any root beer.... The bar is literally 15 feet from where we were sitting and .. shouldnt she know if they had any in the first place?Food did come and once again it was really good but my kids were done sitting around so we gobbled up our dinner and I left a half a beer on the table (not like me at allso we could get out before they melted down.I think the marina could really be an amazing spot. They seem to have good people there trying but there seems to be a disconnect between people ordering and how fast it actually turns out.I would like to say I will be giving them another shot but its very unlikely this will happen.All in all I would take your money to uptown Saint John. It will cost just as much for a delicious meal but you will have it much faster.

I enjoyed the salt and pepper wings. Their menu online says that they have a garlic and parmesan wing flavour, but when I tried to order it, they said they dont have it on the menu anymore. hmmm. The waitress I had today was irritated that I pointed that out.

Came for lunch and hope to be back soon! We had 3 preschoolers with us and the outdoor area was perfect for then to run around as we waited for our food

Mac and cheese is amazing!!!! But needs more meat free options, the Mac and cheese was the only one, and it came with a ceased salad with Bacon bits... So there really isnt any meals that are meat free!

Stayed here a few nights waiting for favorable weather to cross the Fundy. Great service, Sarah was awesome and helpful. Restaurant was fantastic.Only issue is their pump out service wasnt working. Only temporary, as they install a new system.

Terrible service. My husband and I were there today. Three other tables of people. We waited 20 min and had to get our own menu. The server never came over. Poor poor service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Delicious food, beautiful views, and great service. Its a perfect spot for a few drinks with friends, especially on Thursdays when they have live music. Definitely worth checking out.
