Seafood is amazing

Only popped in for a coffee and sat outside but seemed pleasent enough.Had good reports from others in our hotel.

While somewhat underwhelming in appearance, dont be put off. This is a gem. The fish and prawns are absolutely fabulous. Tenderly cooked with wonderful juices. The platter comes with two intense sauces. The portions are very generous so be sure to go with an empty stomach. Delicious rice. The place was almost empty when we went, which seems unfair, given the freshness of their produce and the competence of the cooks. Ill be visiting again.

Uitzicht zou mooi kunnen zijn als er geen autos voor de deur geplaatst worden .

Each time I visit the restrooms are very clean. The staff are all prepared to serve and greet with a warm smile. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food is always prepared well. Its one of my favorite places to just have a nice vibe on a day out.

Beautiful beach. Decent food although there were a few things not available - to be expected at this time. Very quiet.

Schöne Strandbar, ich war zufrieden.

Dagelijks vers Sea Food. Gastvrije gastheer en eigenaresse. Vriendelijk personeel en goede bewaking tegen overlast van opdringerige verkopers. De honden houden ons gezelschap, maar als je daar niet van gediend bent, gaan ze ook keurig terug naar de baasjes.Christa en Henny, we wensen jullie beterschap en hopen jullie nog eens te ontmoeten, hier in Nederland of bij jullie in Kotu, Gambia :-)

Leuk restaurant. Je kunt hier boven zitten en dan kijk je uit over het strand. Eten is prima.Het ligt wat verder van het pleintje, daardoor is het vaak niet zo druk hier. Maar er is altijd wel een mannetje die je de weg wil wijzen...….

Apesar da excelente localização frente ao mar e do óptimo aspecto da grelhada de peixe, lula e camarão, bem como da "paella", a verdade é que das 3 vezes que aí estive, em anos diferentes, 2 delas redundaram em gastroenterite! Mais não digo!About the owners answer:What a stupidity! Cant you distinguish between gastritis and gastroenteritis?

Bom local mas em "época baixa" fica algo a faltar.

Desde 2007 llevo visitando este restaurante, casi siempre con compañeros de viaje diferentes,Y jamás he visto una queja de nadie, siempre acabamos contentos con el servicio y la calidad de la comida..está muy ricas la pizzas y el pollo, pero yo apostaría por las gambas peladas (scampisy cualquiera de los platos de pescado que haya ese día. Hay quien los prefiere al horno, a mi me gustan a la plancha.

The worst restaurant in Gambia! The food is horrible so salty and lots of bones in a chicken. They overcharged me. Please avoid this place!

Relaxing, lovely food.

Owner of this property, on two nights tryed over charging us not once but twice, shame on you, Id advise not to eat here, if they want to deliberately rip customers off, not on, and yes owners are European her Dutch him Spanish, staff were great but felt sorry for them. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

It has an upstairs seating area which has amazing views of the beach.And while your upstairs the bumsters cant hassle you.

Nice and friendly staff. Good food for a good price. Cozy wood terrace above the Beach. Strongly recommend!

Superb upstairs (treetop style constructiondining area overlooking the sea. They make an excellent reliable yassa. Serve cold beers. And unlike at some of the other joints on this strip, as a single man I was not bothered by the bar girls here.

Phenomenal fish. Go for the big platter without lobster which feeds 2 for 1000 dalasi. Includes 4 types of freshly caught fish. Little bit difficult to find, about 200m from kombo beach hotel
