BR icecream lovers will love the place.

It is a nice place to have refreshments. The toilets needs to be cleaned though. The garden view is beutiful. Ordered Manchurian with fried rice and Masala Dosa. Food is average.

This place is totally functional and stands in the middle way to Dehradun from Delhi. Just saw that the status is reflecting as permanently closed so I corrected it so as right information is there for the folks.

Whenever Im travelling from Delhi to Dehradun or vice-versa my bus stops at this point, decent place for eateries you get a lot of options also and the tea outside is a must have...

Its highly overrated.They charge a lot and provide very dull taste and quality of food. One can have a decent quantity of far more delicious meal at any restaurant at a far lesser cost than theirs. I wouldnt even give Sagar Ratna even one star if I could.Ordered a South Indian meal (for which they are apparently popularbut none of the dishes were upto the mark.Very disappointing.

Firstly it is not Sagar Ratna , this is a restaurant of some local ownerFood quality is goodPrice is a problem..Too costly for a non-branded place..Other facilities are 7 on scale of 10 .. toilets not that clean as compared to Haldiram McD complex and Bikano complex on the same route and within.But timings are good , open till early morning 3oclock and reopens at 6am .CHAI is of ultimate taste with ultimate rates of Rs.30/- yes this place is in India where good Chai comes for paanch rupaiya also..but taste cleanliness and Kulhad will make u not regret paying 30 bucks

Outlets are not offering the same quality, very unhappy about the burger quality

Stores charges more than MRP. MRP is 30 rs but charged 35 rs.

Its the only place where the people travelling in transport buses can have hygenic experience. Air con is good but food is ok . Reasonable to the price.

Very neat and clean place and offer hygienic food both outdoor rte food and indoor also and most importantly washrooms are clean n free to use. Usually hard to find such places by bus journey. There is also a park bt in backside very refreshing air. I took photos there

On a break in journey to delhi u can fresh up here. In front of this u can find Gupta chat center u can eat Aaloo parathe there.It was really tasty. U can eat ice cream, cold drink and much more.

Very decent place to dine while traveling from Delhi Muzaffarnagar or beyond. Quick service and reasonable prices for hygenc food. Close to Sagar Ratna is another eatery, Grand ... You can get everything from Chaat to Chinese food.

There are many food joints here including Sagar Ratna, Baskin robbins, bens burger etc. State govt buses stop here. I ordered aloo paratha at sagar ratna. The taste was good. Just any other aloo paratha. It costed me Rs. 100. Price tends to be on higher side. They served within 10 minutes. Their menu card is exclusive of taxes. Washroom is clean.

Most friendly, helpful people behind counters, especially when ordering. Just go ahead and ask your questions, to clarify.Pretty good selection of snacks and thaalis, burgers and sandwiches.Try their cold coffee and ice cream combo to keep you cool on a hot day!!!

No where near what they claim to Sagar Ratna food chain of Delhi or Chennai. In half an hour of waiting time for the Buses, passengers are compelled to leave their half consumed food. South Indian side closed. It is Misfortune to be at this place. Another joint at Nawala is far better and quick in service....ns

I have liked prety much everything there . They have a big and neat parking space . Nice and spacious rest rooms . Lot of trees are planted outside . And the same story continues inside the restro . The only thing i didnt liked about them is they have very short staff of waiters. Thats it . Everything else is as good as one can expect from a good franchise restro

Buses on Delhi - Dehradun road stop here for food breaks. Food is alright, nothing too great. A co-traveller ordered pav bhaaji and got paneer in his bhaaji! I suppose that day he learnt a lesson about ordering pav-bhaaji outside Maharashtra. Grilled cheese sandwiches are good though here.

Very nice ..I went here to buy only vegetable ...and when I said to reception so he said sorry mam we are not sale only vegetable but he game me some veg with nice pack and even didnt took money also ...very nice

Good place to hang around since it is a halt for all the UTC and UPSRTC Volvos but a bit expensive on pocket.

It is one of the best mid-destination when you travel from Delhi to Uttarakhand or vice versa. Restaurant and some good food options are available here. There is also a tea shop, momo stall, sweet corn stall, paan shop, etc. Only the Volvo buses stops here.

Order only regular food. Do not experiment. We have ordered Chinese and found cockroach on it. Although they changed it and apologized too. Still I would not suggest to expect too much. Otherwise it was clean and one good halt.

It severs South Indian and North Indian food but I prefer South India food. Different types of dosas are available. Also some dishes are mixed to match North and South India taste.

Great place to visit if you are going from delhi to dehradun.here you get almost all varieties of food at reasonable price.unlike of midway this place is less crowdy and u will get a cozy space and also good ambiance.cons: U will feel prices of food and beverages is a bit costly but taste good. otherwise its a good place to have some rest in mid of your journey.

Non-vegetarians avoid this place. There is a much better place hardly a kilometre ahead. Not a bad place for vegetarians. No non-vegetarian food at all. The saving grace for a non-vegetarian like me was the sweet corn stall and the ice cream parlour.

Good place for stopping by for tourists/passengers. Both eatables and beverages are available here. Fast food lovers are also in for some fun (Momos).I tried Aloo Tikki Burger and Pao Bhaji, both were decent.Coffee was also good on the outer shop, although a bit costly.

Great restaurant. Affordable food is available. Good for group parties. Popular among college and university students. The veg cuisine is complete. It covers most of the Indian food. The waiters and severs are polite. Hygiene rating wouldnt be that high but its hygienic enough to be consumed. The place offers discount to IIT students.

Way too hard on the pocket. Everything is beyond expensive including hot beverages like tea. Since no other option is available while travelling in Volvo between Dehradun and Delhi, people do use it. It would be better to get your refreshments packed from the place of origin of the journey.The washrooms are fairly maintained.And if anyone else in these times is like me who still believes in good old filtered water, there is a water cooler outside the restaurant building, where you can stock up for the rest of the journey.Dec17

Worst quality. I have heard very good brand but I didnt find quality of service and food. I never recommend anybody to go there.

Bad timings, unfriendly staff, you can afford to be careful to look for insects in dish before starting meal. South indian section used to be good, now a disaster.

food 4/5amb 2/5staff 3/5no alco bevfood is tasty and their delux thali is really good , it is a value for money... where as there continental food is not that upto the mark .issues they have is their irritating staff , they wont leave untill u order something and now a days they have stopped taking cards as a payment mode.pure vegetarian food. little over priced but still better option than having food at local dhabas in this highway stretch.

this place is too expensive !! quality of food is good but there are many more better restaurant in the route. Do eat there if you are too hungry or have plenty of money in your pocket 😂😂

Horrible Place.Ask for just tea and youll come to know.A highway stop that gives warm water for tea doesnt deserve to be one.Found the food bland and manager unresponsive & cocky.Buses stop here by default due to incentive to staff.Highly avoidable.However a cheetal or some other stopover could make the classic Delhi-Dehradun road stop memorable.

Very expensive hotel. I bought a single paneer paratha it cost 120+22(GST)=142 for one paratha.Bus drivers are getting commission so they stop on such expansive hotels.

Food is good.. But highly overpriced....... Dont go there.... There are several options there.... One new which is awesome... One new is named MAA KI RASOI..... Awesome food.. Very reasonable rates

Very expensive for the quality of food they serve... Everything they serve is highly over priced. They are selling packed items well above the MRP and they refused to give the bill when asked for bill...A big NO for this place...

Horrible service with highly overpriced food. Dont go there because youll be extremely disappointed. Always carry a backup plan for food when going through the highway.

Only state roadways buses stops here. All private vehicles take break at Namaste Midway (Haldiram & Mc Donaldswhich is the best place on this Highway & just few minutes away from here. Food is also not tasty.

Sagar Ratna has closed down here and in its place Flavours has opened up, so its just using its name. Some items in the menu are overpriced, but some dishes are fairly priced for its an airconditioned restaurant at the highway. Most of the UP and UK tourist buses have a tieup. But just across the road is another non-Ac dhaba which served 2 tandoori paneer paranthas(instead of one at the same priceand tea at half the price and tasted just great.

Extremely overpriced.. And quality is definitely not worth it. Tiny portions of pretentious food.Location and infra are good, but thats not what we visit this place for, do we..??Will prefer Bikanos over this one any day.

This place is halting stop for all the UP governments ac Buses going or coming from Haridwar.This restaurant is situated exactly in middle of Haridwar and Delhi distancing 100 km from both of them.Food was overpriced and Ok Ok in taste. Cleanliness is something I really appreciated about this place. There are also few hotels in opposite side of road which are way cheaper.

Worse,soo much costy everything and cheap food quality,rate of material are above than MRP. Please go to the dhaba in front of this ,and take good food in reasonable price,you can enjoy paneer paratha.
