not recommended, i asked for the butter chicken not to be spicy but it was tasteless & very spice. the dynamite shrimp was freezed & not fresh.

Good Indian cuisine. The ambiance was nice and the staff was quick on their feet and very helpful. Overall, a good experience.

I went there a long time ago but i remember that the food was cold when it got to us and it took so long for our order to arrive i dont think Ill be coming back

For an Indian restaurant the place looks nice but the taste is not as the best Indian restaurants, though the price is not cheap.

Had their Ramadan Iftaar which is quite good for the price that they charge. The staff is extra friendly and attentive towards all the customers. Highly recommended for casual dining for families.

Expected authentic Indian food. It wasn’t. Buffet was a mixture of some kind of mild flavoured dished. Missing spices and boost. Only one curry in the buffet. But, it wasn’t expensive either. Won’t go back. Typically a restaurant that downgraded it’s origins to cater local Arab taste.

Fancy restaurant but the food quality is really bad. This is fake indian food for arabs and people outside India who doesn’t know the real taste of Indian Food. Food comes with all the bloody spices they have in the Kitchen. Grilled items were not cooked properly. Biriyani was just some rice mixed with some random spices.Don’t expect authentic indian food taste in this restaurant.Friendly staff and good customer service

Indian food for Saudi folks. Real Indian taste is missing. Especially biryani is very bland (lack of spices and chilli). Dessert isnt sweet enough either. Service and ambiance is good.

Nice food, neat and clean a little pricey

Awesome place - Best place to dine on a weekend with family. Lip smacking food and efficient service. The ambience with the water fountain is stunning. So much variety on the menu. Will visit more often with my friends soon .

The food and service were excellent.

The worst restaurant ever. I been in many Indian restaurants in many countries but have never taste bad food like Saffron. Litterly, they dont serve Indian cuisine, no taste at all plus its too heavy a lot of oil. I dont recommend anyone to go to this garbage restaurant.

Very nice restaurant. Saffron Indian Restaurant is located at the main road near Sheraton hotel. Parking space is available in front of the hotel also you can park you can on nearby street backside of the hotel.Restaurant provides Indian, Chinese, Asian and Arabic meals and snacks. However, it is famous for typical Indian menu as they have proudly mentioned in the name itself being an Indian restaurant.Ambience inside the restaurant is very nice. Lighting is appropriate. Centrally located glass bubbles hanging with fishing-threads decorative piece is very attractive.Toilets though was very clean to use, cleaning schedule with signature of person “checklist” was however missing inside the toilet. Checklist at the door gives confidence to customer that it will remain clean all the time as attendant schedule is displayed.We went there on party organized as a send-off-party given to me by my close friends. We occupied one hall while children used another smaller hall with central big round table. Outside view from the windows overlooking the main road and shops banner boards looked very nice from inside the hall. However, we closed the beautiful violet colored curtains on the windows to sit privately with families.Food served was very nice and the person who served us, was speaking both English and Hindi, he was knowledgeable and served with smile on face. Food cost was okay and overall experience was nice. I will give between 3-4 star for this restaurant. One star reduced for menu card and half star for missing checklist inside toilet. One must check with waiter if a particular food is in your mind and not available in the menu.

Nice warm place.Warm lighting.Good reception staff.Wide variety of Indian recipes.The taste is so rich but also hot so take care!!The price is little bit high but not so expensive. (Average price 40 SAR)

Decent ambience, though family section seems cramped relative to singles. Overpriced with low serving which would be worth it if not utterly TASTELESS. Undercooked boti tikka, spiceless masala chicken and burnt bread basket (rotis).
