Safari Zoo in Manacor

The animals are well treated. They were fed on time with plenty of food. The park is so quiet. Nobody was there expert us.

The animals seemed really well feed. Its is a brilliant place for both adults and kids. You can stroke goats and the cafe and staff were really Friendly and for a Sunday on October it was not that busy

Good day out, bus picked us up in sa coma, could have done with an advert on the bus stop saying to pay by cash on board, could pay card at the zoo.Zoo itself was ok, uk standards are far higher so be prepared to be a little shocked at conditions.

No to far from the beatch.You can get the bus from outside burgerking€5 per person nice place to go you can get the bus at the park around the about 3h for the dayIf its hothot dont go as you wont enjoy it keep it for a cool day

Not the largest park I gave visited but you certainly can get up and close with the animals without any bars. There is also a large section which you walk around. Some very noisy birds but the primates give you a great laugh with their antics. There was a small cafe selling a limited range of snacks. Well worth a trip but dont hang around in the monkey section.

Yes it’s a bit run down but we had a lovely time. Arrived at 2pm on a Friday all the safari trains had gone but they lent us a safari car to drive around (check train times before you go if you don’t have a car). My 2 year old had a lovely time seeing zebras rhinos giraffe elephant lions & monkeys. The place is a bit run down the playground is dated and a bit broken but everyone was really friendly and you get a really good view of the animals.

many animals to see! There is also free transportation if you are coming from cala millor/sa coma! Not a lot of money to pay for the many animals you can see!

Visited whilst staying in Sa Coma.Very run down and the animals look sad.Needs money spending on it.Staff were friendly and helpful.I wouldnt visit again.

Extraordinary experience doing a safari. You can pass through by car, slowly on a given path and you can admire animals along the way. Some of them are so relaxed and some of them crazy - a bunch of babuins, very very curious about every car that passes through their territory and they make a point about entering their home. They climb your car and jump and make funny runs over and past your car. Some are so curious about the mirrors and window wipers. There is all a game for them and something new to try 🤣. I have never had such a lovely time on a safari. The zoo after the safari area has not so many animals, but definitely worth seeing them. I recommend this to all visitors of Mallorca.

Nice idea of driving through the Savanna with your own car. Apes were actually on our roof. The complete park is really old and doesnt look enjoyable for the animals which have to live there. Some animals didnt look healthy and the cages were far too small.

We had a great time driving through the safari part of the zoo. Be warned though, the baboons do climb up on cars, so keep the windows closed. The rest of the zoo needs perhaps a little t.l.c and upgrades but we had fun walking around.

The safari is very fun for all ages and for the price you pay its very worth it! You go through the safari with car or bus and then you can walk around an area where its more like a zoo. Highly recommend for everyone coming to Mallorca especially with children!

The train ride is ok. At the end there is a small zoo. A lot of animals are alone, which isnt good for there wellbeing. There is a young giraf by himself, an Elefant and a crocodile to name a few. I dont recommend a visit.If you do its best to buy the tickets online.I thought safari zoo meant multiples of each animal and more place to roam around. The lions are in small cages. Now we are waiting for the 30 minutes train ride back.So the train goes to the car park but the bustransfer is an hour from now from the end point, not the car park. So it goes every two hours back. More people were confused. Swimming pool or beach is a better alternative.

Nice experience.The monkeys were funny, take some food to give them.Also take drinks and food with you, there are limited options at a high price there.

Nice trip. We stayed at hipotels and went to the zoo by bike. Its very close. Our two kids (3 and 4had a great time. The parc looks a bit old but we enjoyed it.

Was a fun experiene . Animals are well kept . A monkey climbed on car in front of us and kept sitting . Got a good fun show that way .I havent seen their own vehicle tours when i was in there , so better to go in with own car . Also saw a couple struggling to get a cab to return .No lions . So reducing couple of stars !

Do not go if you value your health and well-being. I cannot give this place zero stars if I could I would. Too often you are left to hang around in the open in very hot temperatures. There is little information given about transportation. And this is the worst aspect. The transfer busses have no air conditioning, not suitable for young children, dangerously hot. And my wife was badly injured when the driver closed the luggage compartment door on her as she was loading a pram in. It literally crushed her. We will be taking it further.

Really cool place for kids but as adults we also had a lot of fun. In middle of May it was not too crowded. In the end there is also a big playground for kids. There are some opinions about bad conditions for animals but I think theyre OK (maybe lions have not too much space but its an exception). Keep in mind these are animals which are used to high temperatures :)For downsides: the place is hard to get, there is some zoo bus but it runs only on some specific days and hours (not too often). Also the entrance is next to the big street with a lot of traffic so getting there by bike for example might be an issue. Another issue is that in the middle of May there were only three trains a day so its good to call before and ask what hours its available.Anyway in general I would recommend

Ok so we got there by taxi as train was full that goes from town. It was nice but felt bit abandoned as nobody was around. They dropped us to a mini farm in between without saying what is it, how long we have to wait for someone to collect us. Missing the atmosphere and some guide to talk to people. It was good place to go with kids but need more staff to talk about animals and place.

19 euros per adult to go on the train and I will say it is an experience like no other, the monkeys climbing on the train, seeing all the animals so close was breath taking. Although I would like to see another pond or two throughout as it was 30 degrees and they were roasted. After the train you get off and see other animals which was incredible theres a petting zoo and a cafe which is quite expensive but all round incredible experience and highly recommended

The safari is very fun, but the zoo is run down and the animals in very small cages in some cases.

Very good safari zoo, we liked it a lot! Very interesting interacting with the monkeys as they come on top of your car. We had a lot of fun seeing all the animals free walking around.We were sceptical about visiting this zoo safari, as a lot of the comments said that the animals live in poor condition, but is not true, they have food and water and the cages are really ok.I recommend you to visit it, you will not regret it!

Very nice idea with the safari and the zoo. Unfortunately, the area and the buildings are very dreary and shabby. The animals also seem very bored and lonely. Shows and generally a renovation is necessary need.

one of favourite in Majorca. nice kids love this .can ride donkey also. food and toilet facilities available.

Drive through it was everything good ,but when you walk to see the rest of the animals , water was very dirty ,looks like they havent changed the water for 1 month . The price is to high and they dont even care to clean animals rooms , water in that money . The price would be ok if they would take care of cleaning and changing water

For the price I would expect a bit more. The train ride is quick, there are not many stops, there is a playground, but everything is hot from the sun, so kids cant really play. The transfer to the Safari Zoo is for free tho.

The zoo is not visually from the best ones but it offers an experience which is very unique. You can ride by your car there, so monkeys will most likely jump on it.The walking part is also interesting because you can actually touch some animals if you get lucky.

Great place and lots to do. The Safari train was alright However the driver didnt give you chance to look at the animals and was forcing people off the road so they could get past.

This safari zoo is amazing!!!We visited one week before Christmas and had the whole zoo for ourselves.The animals were curious to see us visit them. ;)We liked the elephant and donkey being together. This is very nice.Also, being able to drive our won speed and see all the zebras and other animals up close was really really nice.Maybe you also go and see the parrots and say "Hallo", they will answer if you are patient enough. :D

Great place to visit while in Majorca. Lovely friendly but Bonkers of a driver on bus taking you the zoo.kids will love him.

Great little safari park which was worth the visit. We stayed in Sa Coma and the park offered free transport to and from the park which was great although on the day we went the coach didn’t arrive on time and we waited 25 minutes. Other than that it was great little trip and you can get close to all the animals which is great.

Really good for families, extremely clean despite the review post by Briton and German who just throwing plastic and cans around like winkings, the management does do an extremely good job probably with very low budget, most of the animals have babies so they are very happy..my daughter very happy unbelievable photos.

Super nice place, different then classic zoo, the safari ride is about 30min, tneh you can walk around second part of the zoo, and see elephant, tiger, Lions etc. Very nice experience.

The tour starts with a safari on a tractor train through the park seeing various different animals. You arrive at an area with play parks, other animal enclosures and a cafe/small shop. There was lots there to see and the free transfer bus made it very easy! We had a fantastic morning with our 19 month old and could even take the buggy. The only reason. I give 4 stars is because I felt the animals could have had more space and greener enclosures.

What can I say ... this place is fantastic. Free transport from Sa Coma to the entrance where you then board a train (or you can take your caron the train cost us €19 each which takes you through the safari where the monkeys climb up on top for a free lift... once through you arrive at the zoo which is included

The drive through the safari area was good. It was good to see the tigers and lion, although couldnt help thinking they needed a bigger space to move around. The different monkeys were a hit with the kids.

For me, it looks like oppression.. Every single animal was hungry.. They came to visitor for get some.. Goats are almost crying for food... I have never seen such hungry animals in any Zoo...

Great experience.We visited in February and not much visitors.Safari was really interesting. Take care while driving through and close all windows of your car as monkeys can jump on to you and attack you. At the end of safari you have to park your car and then walk through zoo. Most of the animals were sleeping after lunch :In summer there is possibility for using the train service for safari. Zoo also gives a small cafeteria and play zone for kids. Zoo could be improved with better organization and proper route guides. For the prize it is not so worth.19 euro/adult

Good place for an afternoon visit with your kids, we enjoyed the time spent there.Be careful with the monkeys though, not advised to open your car windows near them.

Outstanding (monkeys jumping at your car, big animals running at road, calmly observing zebras etc.safari experience, nice but small zoo (funny monkeys, lemurs, elephants, parrots, lions, snakes, pony ride, playground (but needs maintenance). Stuff almost dont know English except for a lady at entrance.

Where to begin? We missed the free bus so got a taxi when we arrived we had to wait for the bus which comes with no windows just a roof with a huge gap in between,The driver seemed friendly enough and got out and interacted with the animals to start give great photo opportunities. As we went round he spoke in Russian to the other 4 people on the bus and they seemed to grab there bags so I wondered what was happening, then it was like rise of the planet of apes, over 60monkeys including baboons running at the bus which scared the life out of Me as I no how dangerous they are, luckily they jumped on the back of the carriage but it was still scary enough especially with no warning!Once of the safari bus you get dropped at a small cafe/restaurant it seemed of nothing faboulas then you go and look at the other animals the tigers and lions didnt move and it seemed they had no water the cages where in poor condition and you feel saddened as you go round,To be honest the only animals to have water where the elephants, even the crocodile only had a small amount of say you can walk around the whole exhibit in 20mins.There is a fab playarea for the children and that would be the only bonus and the man interacting with animals apart from that it is very run down and them baboons have given me nightmares!

Just Tips, no tricks:1. You can choose to go inside the park with your own car (pay a feeor with their own "train"(free)2. If you choose to go with your own car monkeys will climb on it and stroll along3. If you choose to ride thw parks "train", the monkeys are scared of it and will avoid it. The train stops along several times and as a last stop, just before the end it will drop you off and pick you later as this will give you time to visit the zoo which is a must.All in all it is worth the price; make sure to have biscuits or "treats" as you can feed the monkeys at the zoo.

We were picked up from our hotel and had to purchase tickets in the bus. It head multiple pickups before we got there. The bus vibrated really badly. The staff were really friendly. It starts off with a ride around looking at some sad looking animals. The monkeys brought a bit of danger and excitement to the tour as they climbed aboard our caravan. After about 30 mins of riding, we came to a walking area with more animals. They have a kids slide that come out of an elephant butt. After about 45mins of free time the bus came and dropped us off back at our hotel. It was €19 for adults and €12 for kids.

You can drive your car through the safari. Lot if different animals. Monkey are jumping on the car. Pretty good fun

If you get tired of the beach this is a nice excursion, even if you drive here i would recommend taking the bus/train inside the park for a more closeup experience of the animals. Bring something to drink though. Conditions for the animals could be better!

Great place to go and enjoy the animals . The animals looked as though they were well kept very well and they have loads of space.

Safari park us very positively surprised!Animal diversity - even giraffes, elephants, hippopotamus and monkey shamelessly that jumping on our car. The park is well-groomed. You can ride a pony. A large childrens playground. Wonderful spent time with the kids!

Expensive for what you get for your money. Ok for kids but I will not recommend it without kids.The safari tour (take the train!was poor. Feels abandoned/old. Not a lot of animals. Then the train stops and you can rent ponys 5€ to walk around in the zoo.
