Worst customer service . They dont know how to treat a customer and staff was really rude. When I asked a waiter " Andar Jaga ha " his response was khud dekh lain . And when I was ordering I asked what is your specialiy or what drink people like the most. He responded in a rude manner sab hi achay hain. Still I ignore that . After that I asked about royal juices whats the difference between these four juices . He replied ka sab same hain , which is not the case .I ordered Pina colada and it was tasteless as well

I think the Cantt branch has better quality juices than the Gulgasht one...their Strawberry Banana juice was tasteless and we can do better than them at our homes...

Food quality was poor. Food was edible but overall quality of food was pretty disappointing. Took around 1.5 hours for a simple takeout order. Mint margarita was actually not fit for human consumption and smelled extremely bad. Staff wasnt wearing face masks or gloves, there seemed to be a general disregard for covid sops

Liked their sitting arrangement .Nice place for birthday parties.Wanted to try their deals but those are for only lunch time.Liked their juices range.Tried pink lady and Jaman.Tried burgers which were good.Coffee was also up to the mark.So overall its a nice place.

Good place and economical lunch deals. Cutting 1 star because while sitting at 1st floor, our seats were next to kitchen so it was a little distracting. Otherwise, it has a good ambiance

Environment is good. I tried Mexican pasta and it found that it doesnt match with my taste. Quantity was good enough more than the normal but taste was just ok. Good if you go with your family

Nice presentation and very comfortable environment, pleasing to eyes but i didnt like the local specialities here they taste like boiled food. I will only recommend this place for western food, bbq, steaks and soups. Really expensive and small servings.

A good place to have quality time and Food. Signature Cuisine was replaced by Sabir cuisine. Management and food menu also revised. They serve best steaks in town. Their cheese and Morrocon steaks are highly recommended if you are steaks lovers. The place is wheelchair accessible. Advance reservation is also recommended.

In this cafe i visit almost 2 times in a month but they have changed the menu and rates so i prefer to Ramada

Couzi environment with blend of reasonable food makes it a good choice in multan restaurants. If you are food conscious you must select some other place bu if you want dining experience you must visit here. Staff is friendly and courteous

I am going to write pretty good and pretty bad things about this place, but they are purely based on my single experience.Goods, will be based on taste/quality/authenticity of the food.Bads, for service and accuracy of the ordersSo, to kick off with Goods,I absolutely loved the food ordered here. Infact, for the first time I asked the manager to get me a demo if possible because I wanted to review the food and to my surprise he agreed (pictures coming soon).I tried almost bits of everything from sandwiches to curry and steaks, absolutely loved the authenticity, color, flavor and presentation of the food.For the down side, the service was super slow and I mean really really slow. For some very odd reason 3 table service runners took my order and finally when my order started coming it after 44 minutes, it was pretty much different than what i ordered.Service was slow, glitchy and did not have that wow factor (so that made me wonder whether they are going to live up to their name Signature Cuisine or not

Signature Cuisne - Riding on the same band wagon that is a fad these days in Multan that is a cafe or bistro style restaurant.But unlike the bona fide cafes in Karachi like Ciao or Copper Kettle all these cafe has failed to create the ambiance necessary for such settings. Furniture and wallpapers are all there but the aura is too loud with too much lightning.Food is also ok, nothing to write home about. But presentation was surprisingly good.An OK eatery just dont get your hope too high.
