Velká spokojenost 👍 Porce tak akorát, lepší lívance jsem snad v restauraci nikdy neměla, kor s takovým dobrým složením. Určitě doporučuji, těším se, až ochutnám i něco z nabídky slaných jídel.

Vhodná reštaurácia pre ľudí s obmedzenou stravou (vegetariánstvo, vegánstvo, bezlepková, bezlaktózová).Ponúkajú stále aj denné menu s rôznou ponukou jedál. Je to skvelé miesto na sýty obed alebo večeru, chutný dezert alebo osviežujúcu limonádu.Cheeseburger, ktorý mi doniesli, bol skvelý a delikátny. Náhrada mäsa bola citeľná, no jedlu to neubralo na chuti. Prekvapila ma horčica, ktorá však bola napísaná v jedálničku.Nápoj ma však sklamal, rooibos limonáda v sekcii Studené nápoje, pretože bol bez ľadu a sľúbeného agávového sirupu.Obsluha bola príjemná a na jedlo nebolo treba dlho čakať (neobjednávajte si hladní, vtedy vám aj 5 minút príde veľa xD). Treba si však pozrieť dopredu, či majú otvorené, pretože otváracia doba tohto podniku nie je stála.

Bly jsem zde na doporučení, ale moje zkušenost je taková. Nehodnotím kvalitu jídla, protože nejsem vyloženě vegan ale tento druh jídla si dávám v rámci "doplnění" jídelníčku zdravé stravy. Byl jsem zde ve čtvrtek běžný pracovní den, bylo asi 10 hostů, a cca 3 obsluhující. Polévka byla servírována vcelku promptně, bohužel na druhé jídlo jsem čekal přibližně skoro 15 minut. Donesli mi nakonec jiné jídlo než jsem asi objednal ale tuto situaci jsem již nechtěl řešit s dalším čekáním. Právě to doporučení na tuším mrkvové karbanátky mne zde zavedlo (měl jsem nakonec hotovku z pekáče a to těstoviny zaplacené se špenátem). Více bodů nemohu proto dát . Ať sed daří a brzy odstraníte mouchy ve své službě. Hezký den

Už docela dlouho otevřená vegansko/vegetariánská restaurace v Ostravě. Milá obsluha, velmi příjemná. Nicméně před nedávnem zúžili nabídku jídel, což mě trochu mrzí. Na druhou stranu to většinou vynahradí denní menu. Délka přípravy jídla závisí na počtu zákazníků, takže se většinou liší. Je zde možnost sedět i venku a koupit si veganské nebo jiné produkty.

Pretty little restaurant with vegetarian and vegan foods. Their food is very tasty. Their staff is very pleasant and nice (especially the chef). I highly recommend visiting.

Ačkoliv jím maso, a měla jsem veganské “výpečky se zelím a bramborovým knedlíkem” bylo to vynikající. Moje první návštěva a určitě ne poslední. Velmi oceňuji výběr vín - vše bio, tzn. pokud je někdo citilvý na siřičitany ve víně, tady si můžete v klidu dát. Obsluha v pohodě, ceny asi jako v normálních podnicích podobného typu :Super, doporučuji.

Opět super návštěva :). Měla jsem kurkumový šok, docela nevýrazná, ale zajímavá chuť. Kimchi rice bowl byla fantastická, velká porce, dobře dochucené, jen ta malá miska uprostřed docela zavázela (viz fotkaa i velkou mísu bych zvolila spíše širší jen pro pohodlnost, ale to je detail :D. Jídlo jsem měla na stole skoro hned, jasně, je to rychlé na přípravu, ale v některých restauracích by to nebyla samozřejmost. Jinak strašně příjemná obsluha, všichni byli výborně naladění, což je vždycky super vidět. Celkově jsem byla moc spokojená, určitě doporučuju :).

I hope vegan and vegetarian diet is future. I trust in nature symbiosis :)

Very nice place for a vegan meal in Ostrava. They have very tasty lunch menu with plenty of Czech looking dishes made in a vegan way. Everything is vegan and there are options for lactose free fans. They have inner garden with couple of tables and quite spacious area inside. Must visit spot for vegan travelers.

Nice atmosphere, great choice of vegan options, but most of them were unavailable on Saturday around lunchtime :( That was a disappointment. We tried tortilla, it was ok, as we were super hungry, but not great.They have delicious vegan cakes though, and a colorful courtyard.

They dont give a discount for ISIC card because of Coronavirus. The card is virtual, can be shown on the phone. Also I waited way longer than it takes to cook and something was wrong with the cucumbers (maybe they were frozen previously)

Really surprised how good a cafe/bar can be in Ostrava. The breakfast and coffee we had was delicious and high quality. I recommend it to everyone who likes healthy lifestyle :)

Food was great but staff there od horrible, weve been waiting for our food so long. The waiter couldnt get simplest english words and brought us two (!wrong meals. Dont reccomend, though the food was lit 🔥🔥

Amazing place with delicious healthy vegan food. Burgers are so tasty. I also recommend the wine with the shot of ginger. Itll definitely wake you up. Many options are available to eat and drink (also raw options). The outdoor seating is really great. Its well located within the center.

Went here because the only other veg restaurant in town was closed, but certainly didnt regret it. Very nice place with a terrace out the back. They have English menus and the staff is friendly and speaks English well. Nicely varied vegan menu, everyone is guaranteed to find something they like.

Vegan restaurant in front of the Theatre Antonín Dvorak. The staff is very kind and they speak English perfectly. The menu is around 160 kc well served, fresh and good quantity, it is actually a healthy option and the BEST for me are the super vegan smothies. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ( price, around 80 crowns & you can have it also to take away)

Their ginger "latte" is great, and they serve thy best smoothies in ostrava.

It is Good place but to are for me:If you reed are Vega food without compromise it might be a Good place.

We do enjoy visiting there a lot. Their desserts are must, we always end up by having few sweets after the meal.The spicy chilli pizza is perfect. We really love the taste and hotness. although they were warning us it is very hot it was just right for us.

Very nice staff, remarkable pizza and frittata, tasty and creative drinks and menu in general. I have nothing to complain about regarding my visit, apart from it being kinda overpriced. But yeah, its probably comparable with nonvegan places of the same calibre of poshness :)

The best quality food in Ostrava city. Especially if you look for a vegan/raw cuisine. Home made, with love. Dont forget to try the famous Ginger Blast when you leave... Damn, that was good! :-)
