Excellent service and delicious pizza must try!!

Unfortunately we had a very bad service. Everything came out quite late and, worst of all, they overcharged us twice. Instead of giving us the money back, since they don’t have cash, we got some beers instead but that was for less than the amount owed.Only one person in the staff had a good customer service, the rest were quite hopeless. Please check your bill when you receive it so there are no misunderstandings.

Nice place with a nice pizza and good service. They have a great variety of flavours and the pizza is really nice.

Not worth the hype. Decent pizze al taglio with a lot of choice and decent flavors, but really overpriced and if you’re looking for authentic street food Italian pizza, that’s definitely not the place.

no, no and noooo!!this is not even close to italian pizza al taglio!!When the first italian chef was working there, the italian guy from rome when they opened first time, at that time used to be good but now there is no words to say how bad is this pizza now!!!since ludo left no more the same!!heavy, bad taste, over cooked or no cooked at all, is a disaster!!and is not even cheap!!bye bye sugoim wondering if the know the meaning of sugo

Website advertises closure at 21h, we show up at 20h to be sure and are met with large gestures from someone inside that they are closed.

Really nice vegan options. I would only order two bites of pizza since it makes a good portion. I was full by the end!

Pizza was great, but service was very slow, we almost walked out. If its not busy I would recommend but otherwise Id grab a takeaway which was great too.

One of my fave “quick-bite” stops in R’dam city centre.Lots of options (recently also vegan!for pizza. Very crunchy and flavourful pizza slices that you can easily share with multiple people. Desserts are also quite nice.The ambience of the space is very cosy, both inside and out.

We order quite a lot the pizza in our office from them. Good quality. Not 5 stars cause I cannot see in the menu pizza with ananas 🤢

After maybe 40 minutes wait they brought us a wrong order, then said they offer the dessert to fix the desagreement and at the moment to pay we realized they did not. But to be honest the food taste really good and that save them from the 1 star.

The atmosphere is very cozy and you get to try a few unusual types of pizza, we tried one with potatoes and mushrooms and it was very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Walked in at 20:20 when their closing time is at 21:00 to buy take away. I was not greeted nor asked if I wanted to sit in and instead I was immediately addressed with “sorry we are closed”.I wonder if the manager of the shop knows about it. I also found the staff very impolite and it didn’t offer any explanation. I hope the owner/manager reads this.

In the center of Rotterdam, Sugo offers a comfortable ambiance to enjoy good pizza and for a good price … but you will not believe until you order Zeezout pizza … it is not a simple pizza, it is made by Michelin-starred chef Patrickt Hart; he owns Zeezout in a restaurant with which he received a Michelin star in 2020. He created a pizza especially for Sugo. the sugo sea salt pizza with gamba & bloody mary is an explosive of balanced flavors. Starworthy!

Best in person. Had both in person and delivery. Far superior in person.Not “traditional” but more of a focaccia base. Still great, still would recommend.

Amazingly good pizza here, also for the vegans there are 2 vegan options here to try.I tried the mushroom one which was really good. Also plant based milk available for the cappuccino!

The pizza didnt look like pizza at all. It looked like it was composed of multiple parts of dough that were premade. The sides were burned and all this cost us 15 euro. Youre better of looking for a more traditional place where they make the pizza in an actual stone oven. I wouldnt recommend it.

The pizza was good, very tasty! The service well, it can’t all be great. A bit too expensive. There are other things to do with 30 per head.

Delicious pizza, its freshly made. The mix of ingredients make it good its not just about the cheese like most pizzerias.

Last time we ordered (at the other location at blaak a while agoit was very disappointing so I’ve been hesitant to try again.Tonight our order came perfectly on time, was warm and most importantly very very delicious. I can recommend the surprise borrel box 👌🏼Definitely ordering again soon!

Honestly the most tasteless pizza I have ever had . Crust is good but absolutely no flavor. A frozen pizza from the freezer is a better option. Do not get conned into the 2019 prize winning story. Hope this helps! You delivered to my house!!

At Sugo you can choose slices with different toppings. 2 or 3 are enough for a meal. The pizza dough is very airy and easier to digest, they have their own special recipe. The toppings vary, are creative without being too out there and are always fresh. Plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Situated very centrally, easy to grab something to go or sit down to enjoy.

Disappointing experience. Dry salad, pizza was more focaccia with toppings than actual pizza. Tuna pizza contained only canned tuna and 2 cherry tomatoes. It was not possible to adjust pizzas because they were already pre-made... The staff was friendly but service slow. €20 per person quite expensive for the amount and quality. Maybe if you have the appropriate expectations it is different.

I like that finally they imported the concept that you can take different small squared pieces of pizza instead of a full one, so you can try more combination and topping! And absolutely it is not the tourist slices of pizza!Ingredients are really good and there is some creativity in mixing them! My favorite one is with pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella, but also the ones with dried tomatoes or aubergine are great.

This pizza place is perfect for a morning or mid-day bite. All pizza is fresh and there are quite a bit of possibilities. Including vegan etc. Definitely recommend grabbing a bite here during your stay.

I love the pizzas! The spicy salami and nduja sausage is my absolute favourite. The personnel is super friendly, even when it gets super busy in the restaurant. Keep it up!

Very interesting flavours to suit all preferences and taste buds. My fav was the hummus olive vegan pizza - this sounds unusual but was surprisingly delicious. The only improvement would be having some chilli flakes in the restaurant, and some thin-crust options.

Non-traditional pizza crust, lighter and crisper, less bready and less chewy. The pizzas are loaded with delicious toppings (many vegetarian options!and service was nice and friendly.

Very delicious pizza. I love stopping there for a quick lunch. They use mostly Italian ingredients. Good selection of pizzas suitable for meat loversand vegetarians as well.

Never like pizza in my life. But Ive tried different variety of thier piźza, in small serving of each kind,It was ver Delicious,Superb!!! light Bread,crunchy ,airy. .cant get enough! Not Heavy feeling after eating 4 kinds of different topping. So so yummylecious! I will recommend this restaurant. Unforgettable taste, I dont know how to explain but I love it so much, I will for sure come there often from now on.

Our favourite pizza in Rotterdam. Rome style, lots of variety. Not a fancy place, more a pizza bar. Great taste, and even vegan pizza.

We went to Sugo the past April during our trip to Holland.We ate for different types of pizza (5 including nutella pizza).All are very good but I highly recommend the truffle one.We talked with the waiter and they are going to open a Sugo in Barcelona.Well wait for it!

Place is cute, and they have vegan options!! Which is aweesome. Especially loved the hummus pizza. Couldnt get enough! Fungi was also nice :I wish they had more options, but Im glad to have found yet another place where I can happily and easily go out to dinner as a vegan

The best vegan pizza I have yet tasted. The crust is delicious, as are the olives and tomato sauce they use. Thinking back of this place just makes me drool. Haha.

Tuna pizza was nice but a bit lack of cheese.

It was a really good lunch. The pizza crust makes it almost perfect. The variety is nice. I didnt gave it a five because I found some pieces of a nut shell and my teeth were not happy about them :)

Delicious and various pizza slices !!There is lots of choice, pizza are really good, and the price us correct (for 7 - 8 € I took 2 slices of pizza and slice of pizza nutella). The view outside isnt nice (its a grey / concrete street with cars...), service was correct. I put 4 stars because the pizza was great and this is the most important ! ;)

It is not so easy to find a pizza al taglio abroad, especially a good one. But Sugo delivers and goes beyond expectations.Good variety of choices, good ingredients and good quality of "pasta".Service is nice although the interior is not great.Good for home delivery, take away or fast eat.Recommended![Same review on TripAdvisor]

By far the best al taglio pizza place Ive ever been to. The slices here are thick as foccacias, I needed only three before I was full. Fantastic slices, unconventional combos, amazing flavour, served warm. The mozzarella, caramelized balsamic onions combo was exceptional. Gets very crowded and you might have to wait for a table. Go here!

Delicious pizza. Friendly staff and a good vibe. Just a shame there isnt more space because it can be quiet busy on certain days. Although I didnt had to wait for no more then 5 minutes.

Lekkerste (the best!Italian pizza al taglio that I ever had abroad! The bread of the pizza is great, and the ingredients used for the toppings are fresh. The service is really good and personnel nice. Definitely worth a visit if you do not want the usual, round pizza. Not many tables inside - the restaurant is not very big. Take away available.
