SUBWAY Glenfield Mall in Auckland

Kinda feel like the generosity from Subway doesnt exist anymore. The staff were literally counting everything they put in the sub. 4 tomatoes, 4 cucumber, 4 jalapeno, about 8 olives. This was disappointing in many way.

The sandwiches never disappoints! Everyone is always nice and friendly, I always come here for lunch or dinner. :)

The sub was made perfect as I ordered and the staff served me with smile

Thanks Raman for the worst possible experience Ive ever had at any Subway! The art of sandwich making" is what they market themselves as, well Raman sorry but you got an F! Totally unable to remember what the customer wants so having to ask again on 3 seperate occasions? When this is your job please listen to what the customer wants! Also please ensure the mask covers your nose 🤷‍♂️

Food was good service was efficient but I did go in a quiet time so cant say what it would be like when busy

Everytime I come here late they never microwave their chicken strips or 3 pepper chicken instead putting it on the bread without microwaving it cmon now I dont want to get food poison this its very lazy every other subway they know to microwave their chicken first.

Very polite, helpful, and patient staff - no issues at all when I had to add to my order after paying. Alway delicious too! One of my favourite places to eat :)

I had been shopping in the Mall and was on my way to the car when i could smell the aroma of Id say the bread coming from Subway. So as you do i went in and bought my son snd i a roast beef sub with heaps of salad. The staff were friendly, helpfu and efficient. The store was clean and airy. I couldnt wait to get home and taste my roll. As I imagined it was delicious. Dont hold back, go try for yourself.

A while ago I bought a foot long chicken sub from Glenfield store, I got home and found the chicken was missing 🙄😂 presume they forgot to take it out of the microwave and add it. Inside my bun was just lettuce, tomato and cucumber 😂 I didnt have time to return to store. Not very careful staff.

Excellent subway!! Sandwich was great! Love the clean design this subway has similar to the one in Albany. There are price differences here compared to other subways, but as long as the sub is made with love and patience I am ok with it. Highly recommend!!

they keep messing up my uber eats order and taking my money :(((

Staff is too rude. The guy name Dhaval he act like someone is pressing him to serve the food. He just pushed the food towards me and shows rudeness. Also have no manners how to treat the customer.

If you want perfect subway with love then this is the right place

Friendly service and fresh food. They were out of a couple of things that I wanted.

Got used to 4 slices of cheese in sub-of-day but was told by the lady with pink hair to pay extra. Before i could question she asked the other man please explain to this lady about extra charge. Wondered why she couldnt talk much? 2 stars for ruining my day

Food was fresh and service was excellent. I ordered the 3 pepper chicken on wheat bread. It was very tasty but must admit the chicken was extremely small as there was so much space on the bread when I took my first few bites it was like eating a salad roll without any chicken lol other than that it was great.

I like the new store it looks good but youre not fooling anyone!! The cookies are smaller 🤬🤬😤

Terrible service from a particular couple members of the staff that they should definitely remove

2 times I have been here and both times I have been let down. First time cheese was forgotten on my order, 2nd time meatballs were served to me freezing cold. 2 chances are enough, wont be back.

Because of sun reflecting off the glass, the Covid QR code cannot be read by the phone app. Suggest you re-locate the in-door QR code to the side of the doorway, to avoid sun-strike

Occasionally difficult to communicate with staff that have little English but always good food.

Inconsiderate employees.I went to Subway, Glenfield Mall by feet and I wanted to place an order. I couldnt take an online order, so I asked if I could place an order by telling them exactly what I wanted. I was wearing a face mask (Alert Level 2and I was standing at the entrance door to keep distance, but they still refused to.Frustrating.

Not a fan of Subway, only went there for my niece, the service is awesome!

I often preorder online, and my sub is made freshly and on time, every time.I scoop up my personalised bag and Im on my way again, its that easy.Friendly staff, fresh produce, a great local shop.

Staff are useless at getting orders correct, used uber eats service and they forgot half my order then asked me to collect it after taking 5 minutes to decide on the correct wording to use, defeating the purpose of the uber order. Poor management.

I go to Subway often and didnt remember going to this particular store.. would have given 4 stars if I had actually remembered being there but I didnt... So clearly not memorable.. so three stars

Usually have no problems at this Subway but today I was served by an Indian named Kane. He was rude, rushed me through my order and intentionally missed out a couple of items that I had asked for. Kane needs to be taught a lesson in basic customer service. Ruined my whole experience. Fire him if you can. Cheers

I have visited with my grand kids. And to surprise even kid noticed and ask me to told serving staff to change gloves.Even its rule for Subway to change gloves after completing each sub you packed. But too my surprise she even all are not changing their gloves.Serving vegetarian customers with the same gloves she served pork or meat.SHE CHANGED GLOVES ON MY DEMAND AS ITS NOTICED BY YOUNG 9 YEARS OLD GIRL.

Usually go out of my way to visit this Subway however my six inch sub was smaller than usual having been cut a bit smaller did mention it as there was a six inch beside my one the right size the girls were not interested said something about bread and carried on I ate in and thanked them when I left. If it was me I would have given a free cookie for good will as it was so obvious

Good customer service .i went there today at 1pm .A girl wearing bandana serve me .its too buzy at that time but still a excellent customer service with a great smile.love to come here again.

I ordered a three pepper chicken,they serve well everything was fine what when I reached home and opened packing to eat it there was no chicken ,what’s next ? They might forget 🙁

The sub was a bit light on ingredients and some ingredients were missing. Most tables had bits of food left on them. Staff however were friendly.

Stally on the salads. Im a person,not a rabbit.On a 6inch you get 3 tomatoes but on footlong you get 5🤔.Ask the girl for more and she said she told to give a tiny amount.Might stick with pita pit

We often go to Subway when we are out on a weekend as its cheap, quick and somewhat healthy. Today when we went in we noticed a change in the menu, some of it really positive (love the baby spinach, spices and the new Malted Rye bread!). The prices have gone up slightly, but I guess thats just a reflection of a higher cost of doing business.

It was a very good food experience. They charged me a coffee. Instead I had a hot chocolate. Was not happy with that

Dear All,I have enjoyed subway for many years and often go there a number of times during the week. Here as well as when I was overseas on my OE. Through this time I have come to know subway as misers and stingy when making there subs. I feel the amount of ingredients put onto a sub is calculating, and that staff are under increased presser to put on the least amount of ingredients as possible. For instance on a few occasions, when I have ask to have double tomato on my foot long, staff have hesitantly put on only another two slice of that ‘expense’ tomato. My conclusion drawn form this is that there is a high emphasis on reducing costs in your restaurants, and this reduction of cost is more important than the customer! Seeing signs on the drink machines throughout stores, “Pay another dollar for a refill.” Also make me feel that reducing costs is placed before customers’ satisfaction. Since, I know the cups themselves cost more than the liquid that goes into them. Subway feels that the small additional expense of a second cup opps, liquid (The cup, is the expensive partoutweigh the pleasure a customer may feel from having second drink.All the above I can live with, and have. My expectation when ordering is that subway will be stingy and miserly.However, on visiting Subway Glenfield, above the mall, today and a week ago, I have left angry. On two occasions I have come across staff now putting reduced meat onto my sub. On the first occurrence, I asked the sub-maker,“How many pieces of meat go onto a foot-long sub?” and he replied, “6” He willingly put on the 6th. He talked about the size of the meat. For as long as I have been going to Subway, here and overseas, Subway has placed SIX pieces of meat onto my foot long. Not a piece more, not a piece less. Meat size was not a factor. Today I visited and also bought a beef foot long, and likewise, as last time, the sub-maker also put 5 pieces of meat on. I questioned the sub-maker about the quantity of meat that goes onto a sub and he responded, “5 or 6” the discussion was then directed to adding more meat, for extra money. I will not visit Subway Glenfield again. As I have stated, I have come to know Subway as calculating and very focused on reducing cost at the expense of the customer experience or what the customer gets. I take this experience as a calculated rip-off of the customer in order for the restaurant to reduce cost.If reducing costs even at the expense of making the customer feel cheated is the culture established by Subway, I will take a leaf out of Subways book and reduce my own costs. By a reduction of going to Subway I can save on expenses. I will no longer go to Subway Glenfield. I am watching to see if customers are thought more as an expense at the other stores I visit. Disgusting service.... never go back again in glenfield subway. Me and my wife went today in afternoon to having subway in their and guess what we found live bug inside the subway and we asked the boy (Asian boy and he replied that this is not our fault this is live bug that should be come from outside. But that’s not the service I said might be come inside the salad and they said never happened in our store and also we always see it can’t be happen... helloo guys we paid for the foods and we were eaten their they even didn’t say sorry to us... very poor service guys. They need wake up call.
