SUBWAY @ BBT One in Klang

Slow working attitude, even there is short queue around 3ppls, fine for waiting for 15 minute of queue and done my sandwiches, final part when making payment, was ask for how much, and replied with rude and impolite attitude, as a brand global company but with that kampung way to serve customer.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I have been going to this subway outlet very frequently. As far I see all the staffs are very extremely rude towards customer. Most of the time when you queueing up and it’s your turn to make order, non of the staff bother to asked you about your order or excuse their self to make other order.

The staffs are not friendly to the customers. They dont fulfill the customers requirements. Instead they complain and give reasons.

order a set with drink and cookie meal from grab but i just received a dish not have another things that i have ordered. and also cant contact their branch.

I always get my daily carb-protein fix here for my bodybuilding needs. Sometimes Ill order from FoodPanda and i am able to easily customize my vegetable and sauce options. Service is extremely fast (reaches my place in less than 15 mins), so i really commend their staff for that! Portion is generous, especially for the salad.Highly recommend honey mustard and cheese sauce (these 2 are great together). Roasted chicken, Bulgogi chicken, seafood sensation and subway melt tops as my favourite from Subway. If you dont already know, you can actually request for extra cheese slices (costs around 1-2 ringgit). I always request for extra lettuce for salads, and the staff always complies (plus points for that!Add-on avocados for an amazing sub experience, youll love it! I guarantee. Cookies are enjoyable as well, especially double chocolate and oatmeal. They can be a little too sweet sometimes, but it doesnt happen too often so its negligible.Place is ambient, clean but situated in a difficult-to-find place. Aircond is working fine and cold. Parking spots can be tricky for first-timers, but the security guards around the area are extremely helpful with that. Overall this place is my weekly go-to and i highly recommend it if youre looking for a sub fix.

Subway is the healthiest grab n go you can ever get, visit Subway One Boulevard BBT as the management and the shop being supervised real clean and fresh where youll never lose your appetite with varieties displayed there, especially when the chubby girl serves you.

As a vegan, finding a Subway in Klang was a good thing. Only two options, the salad bowl or Veggie Delite sub. I went for the sub, it was nice. If you are vegan, it is a good idea to watch the preparation of the sandwich to prevent things like cheese and mayo being added by habit. Also, there is indoor seating with air conditioning, and outside seating in a shady foyer with fresh air.

Worn cushions, toilet closed (no water). Wonder how the staff do the washing.

Cashier doesnt seem to understand English when asked a question, she just ignored you, which is rather frustrating. Burgers tastes okay.
