Good food, good service, tiny place.

The service was wonderful but the food was hit or miss. Most of it was overly salty and lacked the quintessential balance of sour, sweet, salt, and heat that Thailand is known for. The best dish we tried was the papaya salad, worst dish was the pad Thai.

Very fresh and tasty food with great service

The panang curry we got was good, however the pad thai was completely bland and did not taste anything like thai food.

We come from Malaysia to Switzerland for vacation and stop by Song Pi Nong for lunch. Our family of 6 order Tom Yam, Pad Thai, Fried Rice and Red Curries and turned out all the dishes taste amazing ♥️♥️♥️ The Tom Yam is probably the best I have ever had 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Would recommend this restaurant to everyone who are looking for authentic and delicious Thai cusine!

Delicious, authentic food! Even the spicy dishes were just the right amount of spicy for me (mind you Im Mexican)Very convenient, it was one of the few open restaurants at around 17:30 while everything else was closed. Close to the city centre

Delicious food, albeit a bit expensive. No dogs allowed inside, but the staff was very nice and set us up with a table outside.

Super delicious Thai food. We have been to Thailand (Phuketand have great options in the Bay Area. I was very pleasantly surprised at how delicious this place was. Got the Pad Se Ju $ yellow curry. Looks expensive at first as with all things Switzerland, but very generous portions for two.

Average Thai food (compared to the US), good portion, and very good service. They do take credit cards.The restaurant is a bit small, so the seats are a bit cramped. Also the heater is a bit too high, there are three of us and all of us felt it was too hot (we were only wearing a single layer of thermal and one layer of pants).

Delicious food with good servings. We are able to share the meals as they were good for 2 people. The staff is also very polite. The place is quite small but cozy and clean. They do not have service water for customers. Highly recommended for those craving Asian cuisine.

We decided to give Song Pi Nong a try after reading the good reviews on our first night here at Luzern and Switzerland. The restaurant itself is quite small and at dinner time only one single staff at the front. We had a wait a bit before she was able to clear the table. It also took her a bit of time before they were able to take our orders as there were couple other tables in front of us that just sat down. Despite the initial slow service once our food got here everything was good. The portion size was quite nice the white rice was definitely bigger bowl than I expected. The quality of the food was quite nice about what I had expected very comparable to good Thai restaurants here in NYC.

While visiting I tried the Tom Ka and it was very good. It comes with a side of rice, but I enjoy having lots of rice in my soup, so I got an extra side. Everything was really fresh and the chicken was very high quality. I thought the restaurant was interesting because they use tablets for the menus. This place is worth the visit.

My favorite Thai restaurant so far, it’s not a big place but nice and cozy. Sometimes can be busy at peak time. The long missed beef noodle soup was super nice. It’s not only operated by Thai family but also not changing the taste for European Thai food. We also order the Tom Yum noodle soup. It is also very nice too. This is the restaurant every time i must visit in Luzern.

Price is average (for Switzerland standard), but the food is authentic Thai and delicious. We ordered the seafood Tom Yum Kung, in which the fish, squid, shrimp and clamps were all fresh. Chicken wings were tasty, but not special.The staff was also super friendly and quick. Definitely enjoyed our visit.

Great service from the waitress. Authentic thai taste especially the papaya salad with pickled crab. For the papaya you have an option of 1 to 10 level of spicyness. We chose 4 and even that was way too hot (I grew up eating spicy food), I suggest most people should chose 1.

The yellow curry is to die for! But everything Ive tried so far are delicious. The service is polite and uncomplicated. They offer beer, too. Interesting dish is pasta with curry. Yes, its yummy!

Supervised Tai food here! Green curry beef better than a lot of other Tai restaurant. The Plnn beef hard to find in other which is good to try, Tom Yum soup is little over spicy, while this is Tai food right so who care :)
