Even though the price a little bit high but that is depends on what items we want to buy.Overall the place is good for shopping on selected items and customer service is very supportive.

This is good for shopping and bargains. Unfortunately I did not have more time to shop. It is a good shopping centre for all kind of personal items and clothes.

High class shopping mall...no comment just save your 🤑 because there have many investment activities..

Food and shopping options are brilliant here! Not a 5 star experience but still pretty close! If you need to buy shoes, this is the place to shop!

Travelers, a place must go if u live nearby.They have almost everything - Shopping Mall (Ground Floor till 4th Floor), Food Court (iirc 5th Floor or top floor when u use escalator), Grocery store and Pharmacy (Basement).

Limited parking. Satisfied shopping place with attractive price cuts. Outside along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman there are also many interesting shops.

Staff very2 rude..i will not recommend this place to people from around the world to come here for shopping if u wanna experience a nice shopping environment. So today i took 2 pcs of tissues from the table "Bobby Brown brand" cause it was an emergency since we dont want to touch a stuff from there with dirty hands and leave stains to any of the staff. but then the "Ladyboy" promoter with nearly shouted voice (slightly high provoking tonewarn us not to take the tissue without permission cause he said they dont have share in providing tissue for customers. i was so shock with the behaviour cause i think it is not acceptable.we may not buying from u but we still bought stuff from Sogo. Plus if u want us to pay for those cheap tissue (which we did gave him rm1 🤣)just tell us no need to shout! I swear to God i will not come to this place ever again..it will be the last day and i will not recommend this place for shopping! theres a lot of better place to shop which is cheaper and better than this Old Building with very expensive parking rate!!! so FU SOGO!!!

Parking staff very rude not respect and empathy to the customer who have problem when asking their assistance via the button at exit. The female staff was shouting rudely via the intercom impatiently and did not listen to the customer. Taking too long to take action to send staff, keep repeating customer doing wrong. Very bad service and experience. Shame on you

Thank you SOGO for the festive promotions. 🪔💫Kindly also look into your POS system esp. at SOGO Shah Alam. People had to wait > 15 mins due to various reasons including the system not being able to print receipts.

The bakery Four Clover is my must-vist every time I visit Sogo. The staffs are friendly, efficient and very committed with their job, even recommending good shops based on your needs. Would recommend for buying gifts, sales and quality products choices.

When u shopping in KL, dont forget to go here. So far, the best price offer here at sogo. For me, i give 4 star.

Linked to LRT Bandaraya. Got sales frequently for vast products, its foodcourt also offered different kinds of meal. A bit crowded but still comfortable to wander around the mall.

One of the cashiers at the clothing counter was very rude to a customer paying with a debit card. The barcode scanner slammed, the credit card machine button was also pressed roughly and also made a noise that was unpleasant for me as a customer.

I love to shopping at Sogo during sale because the design matched with my desire design of clothes.Besides, all my children clothes bought here.Here a lot of choice for kids, and adult even for senior also a lot of choices.Sogo always full of customers especially during wekend and public holiday, so for those interesred to come, you need to plan properly to avoid congestion while searching of car park.The best of sogo, it surrounded with a lot of public transportation such as LRT AMPANG ROUTE (LRT STAR), RAPID BUS, ehailing acces. and etc so if you worry about less car park spacing for private car, you are recommended to take a public transportation.At sogo, food court is avaiable for those who wants to rake take a lunch, or dinner since it close at 10pm. At food court a lot of menu are ready to be served such as Fast food like MCD, TEXAS. Very bad customer service at children’s shoes area. We went there but no one came to assist. They were just chitchatting to each other at one corner. We were like invisible man. Just left the place empty handed

SOGO is the best place to shop when they have sales.. I love going to their foodcourt especially the claypot chicken rice.... Will only come here when they have SALES....the discounted price are insane. But rather than that it is a nice place to shop

A big shopping mall with a variety of reasonably priced goods. The food court is good place to take a break from shopping while enjoying a good meals. The price is moderate.

If you are new in town and need to shop for clothing and personal care stuff this is the place for you. Everything you can put on your body is there. 11/10 recommended

Good place to shop all of your needs. You can find all your necessities here. It is one stop centre. Nice place to bring your family for an outing as well. Well maintained food court and the food variation is excellent too.

Great promotion and sale thus the star.But the staffs are very rude it’s as if thats what being taught by the management that is how they should treat customers. It’s not new, for the past 10 years the same attitude. Cashier and sales person will be replying rude to customers inquiry.

Have been here since the 1990s. It has been a wonderful place to visit season after season. Sogo has been one of those places that I must visit every year, it caters the need from every walk of life. Keep it up!( Feb 2020)June 2022, post Covid. Went back to sogo after few years..verdict still a good place to shop!!

Always crowded whenever I go here. Also very hard to find parking eventhough they have few levels of basement parking. Cleanliness is so-so only. The only thing good is when there is sales you can really get things for a good price.

Great place to shop do attire from casual to office to claasy wear. Great selection of food at level 6 too. As it is almost always packed with customer, choose your timing wisely.

This used to be THE shopping complex in the early 90s, but had been rendered outdated by the newer ones. Regardless, for certain segments of the population, this shopping complex is still very relevant, or carry some nostalgic memories..For me, I havent been here for more than 20 years!! Eventhough these so called Japanese themed complexes are no more hip or happening, SOGO had managed to survive to this day, and from what I could see today, they are still doing very well!!

Malaysians favourite shopping mall. 🤣 Selling good quality of goods. Prices are very reasonable. Located in the centre of Kuala Lumpurs shopping area. Multi levels of basement carparks. Nearest LRT stop is the Bandaraya Station.

Underground parking very dark. May not be safe for single ladies. Parking RM4 per hour is very expensive and not much space provided. Very strict checking of MySejahtera status at every floor. Not many customers during weekdays.

On the surface its rather surprising how this mall managed to survive all these years - its located in the city and competes with many new malls. But this mall offers value proposition to mainly Malay market. Over the years, some well known brands have also set up shop in the mall as the surrounding area becomes more vibrant. Good variety for food, theres a food court on 7th floor, also japanese and even mcdonalds at LG. Plenty of choices for all clothing needs, with good choices for kids especially. Weekends are packed so parking is quite challenging.

One of my favorite spots in KL. Groceries, clothing, beauty, home goods, and restaurants all under one roof. The mall also has a gym on the upper floor and a parking garage below. The service is so friendly and lots of employees around to help you. Great products in every department and many sales and promotional memberships.

I loved this shopping mall. It looks luxurious while at the same time being traditional as it is located in somewhat local area in Malaysia. Most of the international chains are present regarding beauty products or restaurants. There was some kind if a bazzare when I went and the prices were okay. Quite crowded. There is a nice mini market which is helpful. Some restaurants have high prices. Easy to get a taxi or grab. Very beautiful on the inside. Needs more benches for visitors to sit.

Great... value for money..all international brands at low and competitive prices...wide range of selection.... accessories and perfume and all other at a single mall... mall itself is very beautiful and clean... staff friendly.. really a great experience... one of the best shopping mall in Malaysia

Sogo is very good for year long bargains but especially good for festive promotions. Household fashion sports and so on. Especially popular among the local Malays it suits all budgets.2nd Sept was especially quiet because of the long weekend although normal weekends can experience massive crowds and traffic. Among one of the better places to shop. The trick is to arrive early and get a parking lot, get your shopping done and leave by 1pm as thats when it get hectic.
