SOAR Adventure Tower in Nashville
Description
Privilege
This place is an Awesome place to take the kids out to get their energy out! And for those who are a kid at heart too! 😉🙂But, great way to take the kids out for a day!
MoreGreat place to place to play putt-putt golf.
Super tall...stay away from the anchor monkey bars
Mini golf course was lots of fun, although it needed the leafs removed on several holes.
MoreI cant say enough about this Adventure Park!!! Id give it 7 Stars! The miniature golf course was a blast! The High Adventure Cable Obstacle Course was insane and offered multiple levels for every level of confidence!
MoreI go here to play miniature golf. Several holes are challenging. The rest of the course is good. A great way to get outside and have fun. There is also a above ground obstacle course. I have not tried it myself. It is for the younger crowd. This is a good place to take the family.
MoreThis review is just for mini golf. The course needs a few repairs and is pretty basic for the price.
MoreHad a great time at the mini golf. We will ne back to do the ropes course!
Completely worth the price! So much fun! Its not far outside of Nashville and you can take a scenic drive to get there if you want to take some extra time. I would suggest bringing someone with you that isnt doing it to take pictures because unfortunately theres no way to do that on the course. We were the only ones there for a while because it was a Wednesday during the day and that was nice. The guy helped us and told us how to do some of the ones that we were sure about. The top level is definitely harder and if you dont do that first youre already tired but its worth going up there to check it out and test your limits. You could spend a few hours on it honestly. They also have putt putt which is always fun! Highly recommend if you like adventure and heights!
MoreNice mini golf course but not a lot of shade. Very well maintained.
What a fun, physical adventure! Just want to give a shout out to Makenzie for going above and beyond for a family. What a kind heart and a sweet personality! We will be back for more fun!! Thanks so much! Be blessed!!
MoreAmazing. My kiddos would have spent all day here. Safe, fun and great exercise. Thank you!!
MoreEven on a super hot day, the kids had a blast! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved watching the kids being brave, figuring it out, and conquering their fears!
MoreHigh quality ropes course with some very unique obstacles like a floating picnic table and floating canoe. Courteous and patient staff who took their showing us what to do. Clips are challenging to use and a little tedious which takes some fun out of the experience but overall my son and I had a blast. Would have given 5 stars if the place had a better zip line and more interesting mini golf course.
MoreThis Is a good place for the whole family its just make sure you are not scared of Heights
MoreGreat day for my 10 year old son and I at Soar Adventure Tower. Staff was phenomenal with us and were very patient. We spent nearly 3 hours having fun and being challenged. Such a great way to build confidence with kids and adults.
MoreOne of the best high-thrill experiences out there. Plenty of ropes course routes for all age groups and levels of experience. Will definitely return to try mini golf. Amazing views from the tower and a well-maintained facility all around.Shout-out to the evening crew on 6/4 from about 6-8 PM, they were absolutely amazing.
MoreSuch a fun place to take the kids! Homeschool day saves our budget at just $20 each
MoreThis a fun parkour location, unless your scared of heights(They do have something else for you if you are scared of heights)Safety is a too priority and the workers are really kind and will help you out anytime if you get stuck. There are good safety clips, but they are a bit annoying to use to move around at the beginning, but it will get easier later on as you use them. There are some courses that are closed on it, but there are still many to choose from. The magnet clips for the safety clips are colored showing what difficulty is the course, to which you can challenge yourself. If you dont want to climb and parkour, there is mini golf. It is simple, and great for kids to have fun on, or for adults to kill time while the kids are climbing.Overall, this is a great place to go to to have some parkour high in the sky, or play mini golf.
MoreThe mini golf is very well maintained but incredibly boring. Simple holes with very few obstacles.
MoreMy children and I loved this place, but we took a break during the covid. Now that we finally returned we were very disappointed. We found the safety clips very hard to use. It was such a big struggle to get them on properly during the course, that many kids did not do it right, and thus causing major blockage. I also felt a bit more unsafe. Either way, because we struggled so much we got off after 10 mins.By the way, my family loves rope courses, during covid we attended the tree courses that would have a smaller audience. So we know how to use the clips quite well.I also noticed that some of the magnetic releasers seemed a bit worked, maybe that also added to the problem. Either way, as much as we love Soar, I like to feel safe and at ease for myself and family. Having something that struggles to lock properly is just not what I am looking for. However, if this changes in the future, I would definitely return.
MoreA tall tower comprised of fun obstacles. We had a lot of fun traversing the ropes, bridges, and random objects. If youre 5ft tall or less, some of the things (like connecting the safety harness to the linesbecome harder to do, but we all still had fun.
MoreReally fun time climbing all the obstacles. They have easy, moderate, hard, and expert obstacles. Perfectly safe tied off with a harness. Self guided with no restrictions. Pace and challenge yourself! Gets hot on a sunny day, wear sneakers, and comfortable clothing easy to move in. They have drinks on site, as well as a beer license. Miniature golf too!!
MoreThe staff was all extremely helpful and kind. The lower level for smaller kids was awesome for my 6 & 7 year old. They had a blast and were worn out! Win Win! Well definitely be back!
MoreObstacles were fun and the staff was amazing! My daughters ice cream fell on the ground and she didnt get to eat it and the staff let her pick whatever ice cream she wanted for free to replace it. Awesome place! :0)
MoreReally great staff and great location. All the equipment is new and the staff gives a quick training on safety and use of the course. Plenty of parking. There’s great covered viewing area, cold drinks, snacks and tables. And a putt putt course. We went last night at Twilight Hours (7-9pm for $10offand the staff saw the radar had lightning coming in, so they took everyone down and offered weather passes. Went back today in beautiful weather. Safety is definitely their first priority!!
MoreOur staff came here for a team building activity. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It ended up raining in the middle of our session so they let us all golf for free. Great place! Fun and challenging.
MorePlayed mini golf on a Saturday evening so I expected it to be slow and was prepared to wait. The course states max group size is five, however, they allowed a group of 15 to play together. The group hit golf balls all over the place, into groups ahead and behind them and even across the adjacent three lane roadway. Did management intervene? Did they even notice? Nope. We skipped several holes and then gave up and called it a night after playing just 14 holes in an hour and forty. Miserable experience and on my way out I expressed my frustration politely and got a simple “sorry.” I know it’s hard to hire and keep a staff right now and I’m very sympathetic as a fellow small business owner but you’ve got to do better. I’m sure Saturday nights are your cash cow, so the owners might want to help mind the store. Keep my cash, it’s the last you get from me.
MoreWe four adults played mini golf, and had a great time. We went on a Tuesday afternoon at about four, and it was not crowded. Staff was very friendly. Prices are reasonable at $10 per person, and five dollars for the second round of 18. In the 18 holes has a shape that is music related. The picture shows the shape of a grand piano.
MoreGood spot. Friendly folks. Putt putt course isn’t nearly as nice as tourist places in vacation spots like Florida (heck even in Albuquerque where I grew upbut apparently it’s the nicest in Nashville (seriously Nashville where are the awesome miniature golf places with water features etc??). The tower looks fun and I’ll take my kids on it next time.
MoreWe had such a good time on the Adventure Tower (2 physically fit millennials). We visited during their twilight hours on a weekday our first time. Level 3 had some really difficult obstacles. Hearing traffic on the interstate nearby adds some intense bg ambience. All obstacles are color coded. Black being the hardest. We were easily able to do the red and blue obstacles, but I only completed 4 black obstacles the first visit. You will likely be sore (SORE Adventure Tower lolthe next day, but it is worth it. Total body workout. Soar Adventure Tower also challenges you mentally—not just physically. You may start out on a course and think you cant make it, but you problem solve. Make rational decisions. Or not. Still proceeding along. Feeling out your stamina limitations and strength and deciding what the next handhold or foothold will be or what angle you need to approach the next test.I look forward to coming again and again to see what I can accomplish. I learned a lot about myself in just throwing my being at the next obstacle. I was surprised many times, too. How did I manage that?!? It was an absolutely enriching experience. Staff were so helpful and friendly. I felt safe despite being so high up because of the precautions they have in place. Highly reccomend you give it a try.
MoreKids LOVED it and so did I... Beyond impressed with SOAR Adventure Tower. Kevin, Ben, and crew will ensure you have a most memorable and safe experience climbing and challenging yourself. I was skeptical as to how my 4 and 6 year old would do and was shocked that they not only were able to climb, but actually advanced to the next level where it tested their bravery and pushed them out of their comfort zone. They have been talking about it for the past week... The kids loved the addition of mini golf too. Definitely recommend checking out SOAR!!
MoreThe kids had a great time. Definitely pricey, but there is not a time limit.
If you are feeling adventurous or want to practise ,this is it ! A good place to get kids / yourself to get jumping & pumping ! You can also have birthday parties here or small group togethers ! They do have small holes areas for kids golf know practise. This place is right next to dmv license office and does have free parking . Enjoy your trip!
MoreGreat experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the time we checked in until we left. Our climb was called for lightning, but the staff was thoughtful in telling us and the young man who disconnected my youngest child carried her to safety. Excellent and would recommend.
MoreWe did the mini golf. It was fun. The putting greens were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. If play is slow, its always entertaining watching the folks up in the tower cross the different obstacles. :-)This place is enjoyable family fun.
MoreI took the family here and they had a BLAST! Safety is of utmost importance to the staff so dont hesitate to book if you are worried about that. There are guides everywhere and you have to complete a safety check and demo before the kids are even allowed up the stairs. Once on the stairs you must constantly clip and re-clip in to the main line. You also have a backup line and the lines work together so you can never be unclipped from more than one line at a time until you are back on the ground. We tend to hover over the kids but we had no worries letting the 11yos do their own clips. We made an evening reservation because some of our party has heat/sun issues and it worked out so well for us! There is a nice patio to sit on with a view of the kids on the course. Some of the clips are difficult for the shorter folks to do alone. Our 52" person occasionally asked for help reaching the lines but it totally depends on which areas you choose to climb. Have fun and I hope this helps!
MoreWent for grandsons 7th birthday party. He & other kids really loved it but be aware you need several adults to help a young group. They dont assign an employee to your party & theyre often hard to find or busy. Staff did give kids attention when harnesses were put on and checked but no help or instruction after that. Parents had to be there to help kids who got twisted up or lost grip. Since the lower section is very close to the ground this is possible. That said, they had a blast on the course that was the perfect amount of challenge for them. Also had no help at eating time & no separated area. We had strange adults wander up asking for "free pizza". We watched a teen on the highest course dangle by her harness for 15 minutes while she, us, & others pointed out she needed staff help. Two adults in our party tried the higher/harder course and had a similar experience - help with harness but then left alone without help or anyone explaining the course had color coded levels to follow. Overall I give four stars for the fun but they REALLY need more staff on weekends & every party should have a dedicated staff member. Thank goodness all parents stayed for our party & made it a success!
MoreA fun and challenging way to spend a couple hours. We came in the morning and the temps werent too bad yet, and neither were the crowds. We adults had such a good time, we brought the kids back a week later to do the kids course. They loved it! My youngest went around it 3x and still wanted more!
MoreWent here during a road trip to Nashville, and let me tell you, this will make you sweat. But you hardly notice, because its so fun! They have so many different rope obstacles that I havent seen before. They had a suspended rock climbing wall, large keyboard, seesaw, skateboard, suspended tunnel, and plenty more traditional ones made in different, more challenging ways. So fun and well worth the side trip.
MoreThe kids had a blast! Staff is very helpful.and friendly.
Amazing family friendly attraction in Franklin! This kept us busy for about 1.5 hours and we enjoyed it along the way. The pricing, however, is a bit high. Thankfully, we were able to get a discount. The mini golf course looked very fun and entertaining for all ages. I would definitely recommend!
MoreLooking for a fun family outing? This is the place! We just went for the miniature golf course on our first visit and think it might be the best course weve ever played. Super clean, fun holes, and friendly staff. Even though we didnt try to climbing tour this time, it sure was fun to watch while we golfed.
MoreGreat experience, just wish there was one in Dallas. The staff seemed very helpful to those that were up there climbing. My daughter wasn’t ready to get herself up there so we played miniature golf. Very clean, well maintained facility.
MoreThe obstacle course was very enjoyable with several difficulty levels. I enjoyed the challenge and the work out. Would love a small bag of chalk for the nuetral hanging grips. I will come back to conquer the last obstacle!
MoreWe were coming in from out of town and saw a Groupon for this & decided to take a chance. We really enjoyed it. The constant harnessing hooking system keeps you safe (although annoying at times). Lots of different levels of challenges, but I struggled on a few of the obstacles because my legs are so short!
MoreSuper high price, and participants are tied into ropes constantly, so theres not much adventure in it - sort of a false sense of risk. That doesnt give value to kids, but they will be safe, no need to fear! Id rather my family have adventure a little ACTUAL risk taking is much healthier for growing up. Still, some obstacles are very hard, so younger people are challenged and learn some bravery in face of heights and challenges. Great place for rich kid parties - thats not much of a compliment. People need to get out of the city and actually experience something. Even the vending machines were expensive. Still, the workers were super friendly and helpful. Restrooms and environment very clean and orderly, outdoor party area very convenient. (Didnt try the mini golf course yet)
MoreSo much fun! You can spend as long as you like once you pay. Varying levels of difficulty make it great for families with children of different ages. They have a toddler course on the ground level, my little sister (5loved it. If I lived close by I would totally get a membership and spend a few days a week here. Great way to build strength on higher level courses. Definitely recommend! Staff is super friendly and helpful.
MoreGreat option for a full body workout for beginners or even if your more advanced! It is a little pricey to bring a family, but they do have deals ever so often. It is outdoors, and is about 3 stories I believe. Plan to go again!
MoreMy whole family loves Soar! From 6 years old to 60. Its a great place and the workers are awesome!!
