SMJ GROUPS in Boende

From reading other reviews I wasnt excited to stay but in the end not to bad to stay for 1night. Stairs are very tight, the stairwell has the smokey smell, the room is decent just a few things need fixing. The sofa-bed very uncomfortable but the bed is comfortable. Has the amenities that are essentials. And walking distance to where I needed to go. Cant ask for much more.

I offered a trip to UK and selected that accommodation. Due to covid we changed the date from april to october, in october traveling to UK was still not possible, they never replied to any mail. So neither refund nor gived the possibility to change the dates again. The actual situation is problematic for evreybody, ignore client is not correct.

Strange smell in room, rusty kettle and no hot water. Pictures are very misleading. Wouldn’t recommend.

The flats are very pretty and comfortable at a decent price. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful! The location is wonderful as you have the tube station around the corner, and Camden Market is just a few minutes walk. I’ve loved my stay here !

Sehr gute Lage.Leider sind die Appartements sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig. Schimmel im Bad, Schmutz in den Ecken, welcher auch bei Reklamation nicht beseitigt wurde.

Notre chambre était à moitié faite, les serviettes de bain sales, les toilettes cassées et sales. Misérable pour le prix que nous avons payés

I ve booked a room on this hotel for 1 night and the booking price was 55£.After booking I received an e-mail asking me 25£ of cleaning fee + 10£ clean towel fee (I dont know how cleaning fees doesnt cover clean towels..)So basicly they are asking me +50% of the booking price as cleaning fee before even I stay in the room.

Alojamiento a la vuelta de la estación mornington crescent. Cerca de king cross y de euston. Un Sansbury enfrente. Cafetería costa en la esquina. Muy buena ubicación

整體來說CP值很高，離倫敦景點很近，附近有超市，房間浴室較小間，有簡單的廚房、洗衣機，但是沒有烘衣設備。

O custo benefício é muito bom. O imóvel não é muito limpo, mas é bem localizado, perto de metrô e de linha de ônibus.

I like the location of the apartment and the self check in is something I personally prefer. When coming in to the aprtment I seemed quite pleasant until looking around finding rips in the chair, bed sheets and towel (of which we only received one towel and was told we would be charged £10 for another). Some of the cupboards are broken and coming off the hinges slightly making it hard to open and close then only one window actually opened. The entire apartment didnt have hot water the whole stay we were there luckily there was an electric show that after an hour we managed to get to a reasonable heat with low pressure. Would recommend with a short stay but no longer then a night as nothing you would get at an a normal hotel is provided. Not even tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash not even hand wash. Not massively impressed with this one Im afraid. However decent WiFi.

No es de lo mejor, son ruidosas las habitaciones( pues estuvimos en dos ). Recomendamos tapones de oído para las noches.Camas cómodas, cocina equipada.Baños con necesidad de limpieza a fondo! Comprad papel de baño, sólo dan 1. Hay que pedir y si llegan un fin de semana.. olvídate!No hay ascensor, hay 5 pisos.Hubo un escape de agua y fue horrible hasta las dos de la mañana con ese problema.Natalia, una señorita muy agradable de la limpieza, nos ayudó mucho.. fue a quien único vimos, junto con a una compañera de ella, referentes al alojamiento.Hace bastante frío en las habitaciones por La noche, la calefacción no anda bien.Una zona bien comunicada, con buena comida cerca, y supermercados.No recomendamos para niños!!!

Location sur Mornington crescent à Londres, quartier de Camden. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Appartement avec une chambre. Calme malgré la résonance du métro et des voisins parlant forts. Mais bon les loueurs nen sont pas responsables. lits agréables , linge de lit et serviettes très bien entretenus et avec une bonne odeur de frais se répercutant dans tout lappartement. En revanche, quelques couacs.. pas deau chaude, heureusement dans la douche, il y avait 2 douchettes dont une avec petit chauffe-eau incorporé. Une entrée un peu scabreuse (plancher abîmé), une table bancale... Et un accès un peu compliqué avec des escaliers étroits et pentus... attention aux retours de Pub 😁

Je déconseille de prendre cette hôtel. Bien que le prix ne soit pas élevé, je vous laisse le plaisir de découvrir quelques problèmes rencontrés dans cette appartement en photo.

Esta bien situado, al lado del metro, es pequeño, no tiene ascensor y las escaleras son malas, incomodas de subír.... es justo para el precio que tiene.

난 좋았는뎅... 런던에서 이런크기에 이런화장실 시설 가성비로 최고.... 하지만 개별 방으로 가는 계단과 통로가 좁다ㅎㅎ.. 처음 체크인할때 조금 복잡하긴하지만 영어로 해석만 잘하면 누구나 셀프체크인 가능하다. 화장실도 엄청 깨끗하고 침구류도 깨끗하고 식기류도 깨끗했다. 다만 지하철소리가들리는데 예민한나도 그냥 가볍게 지나갈수잇는정도...? 주변에 바로 검정라인 모닝역이잇고 24번 12번 버스도 자주오는편이다 킹스크로스역도 걸어서15분정도? 숙소 바로옆에 24시간 편의점?같은 마트가 있어서 왕편리~ 건너편에 세인즈버리랑 부츠랑 다있음.....! 그리고 캠든마켓에서 걸어서20분 정도 되는거리다. 캠든갔다가 숙소로 걸어오는길에 음식점이랑 구경거리가 많으니 캠든을보고 숙소로돌아온다면 걸어서 와보길 추천한다. 1층이 사무실인데 사람이 길게 안있긴하지만 연락받으면 잘 답해줬다 체크아웃하는날엔 11시에하고 2시까지사무실에 짐도 맡길수있으니 참고 하길! 아그리고 수건 추가 요금 내야한다더니 갔더니 있었음... 그리고 퇴실할때 청소비 28파운드 내라고해서 준비했는데 안받음..... 아 방배정은 랜덤인 것같다 지하는 소리가 좀크게 들린다고 하고 5층은 다락이라좋은데 너무 올라가는길이험난... 난 2층이라 딱 좋았다! 가성비 정말 갑인 런던숙소.... 걱정했던 배드버그는 없었음

Terrible communication, only saw the owner because I had to find my key locked away in a safe near the basement! Dont let the pictures fool you, looked like I was in a second floor apartment, ended up being a basement flat with the windows covered, super noisy neighbours and no one to call when I wanted to complain. Number on the website goes nowhere.

Ive been staying regularly at SMJ for business for around a year now and am absolutely delighted. The apartments provide a real home from home, are excellent value for money and the proprietor is hugely helpful and friendly.I would recommend highly either for business, as in my case, as a holiday apartment for a leisure traveller visiting London, or as a stop off before/after flying from/to one of the London airports. All the amenities of busy and popular Camden Town are on the doorstep and Mornington Crescent tube station is just a few doors away. Euston station is just 10 minutes walk.

「ロンドンのStudio Flat（アパート）」としては良かったです。洗濯機、冷蔵・冷凍庫、レンジ、オーブン、調理道具…と一通り完備。シャワー、ドライヤー、wifiも問題なく使えました。駅まで歩いて30秒、治安も比較的良いです。唯一ダメな点は騒音。車の音、地下鉄の音、上の階の足音。また、エレベーターがありません。管理人も基本不在です。

Le foto della appartamento non corrispondono alla realtà, camere anguste e sporche i miei due figli hanno dormito su un divano con le doghe sotto la schiena, lenzuola inesistenti, nessuna tovaglietta sul tavolo su cui pogguarsi per pranzare, nessun pentolino per scaldare il latte per colazione a malapena due pentole enormi e 4 piatti. Il phon inesistente nonostante avessimo fatto richiesta. State alla larga e diffidate, siamo stati truffati

Hanno postato una foto che non corrisponde allappartamento trovato. Luogo piccolo .. nel bagno non ci si poteva muovere il lettino era rotto una persona ha dormito per terra. Pulizia appena sufficiente! Non abbiamo trovato nessuno per fare il ceck in ed il ceck out. Pessimo!

Camera sporca . Brandina del 5 letto aggiunto con molle rotte . Maniglia del bagno rotta. Bagno microspocico senza acqua calda . Si sente la metro dalla stanza , ma ottima la posizione a pochi passa dalka fernata mornington

Fue absolutamente una estafa. Estaba sucio, viejo. No había agua caliente. No vi en ningún momento a los anfitriones. Me dejaron las llaves en una caja de seguridad. Yo lo había pagado por booking. Decía que es un apartamento de 4 estrellas nada que ver. Fue lo peor de Londres . No lo recomiendo para nada.

Per quello che abbiamo pagato in 4 va più che bene. Le foto del sito magari sono un po diverse dalla realtà. Posto abbastanza vecchio e anche poco curato. La pulizia non è il loro forte. Nota molto positiva si trova proprio sopra ad un fermata della metro

Lamentable

We booked the room but they called us half an hour later and said they have a leak. When we asked for a refund they said it will take up to 7 days for our money back. Funny it didnt take 7 days for us to pay for the room.

Inadmissible ! Lit cassé, appartement non conforme (pas de baignoire, mais surtout pas de gel douche et pas de shampoing, cest pratique quand on a pas prévu...), sale. On entend les voisins et le métro. Seul point positif, mais vraiment le seul, cest très bien placé

Nous y avons passé 4 jours. Cest scandaleux car nous payons 25 livres pour le ménage et aucune propreté : draps jaunâtre avec poils, toilette salle de bain douche sale, tapis sale etc. Les fenêtres ne ferment pas complètement. Nuisance sonore très importante du à une très mauvaise isolation : on entend les voisins de tout limmeuble, les ramasseurs de poubelles et les vibrations des métros qui passent sous lappartement. Les chaises et la table sont banales et non stable. Lappartement désigné pour 4 est vraiment trop petit. Trop cher ! Le seul point positif : la localisation pour visiter Londres.

위치는 굉장히 좋습니다. 지하철이랑 1분거리.하지만 지하철 다니는 소리가 들려요.따뜻한 물 트는 방법을 터득하는데 좀 오래걸렸지만ㅎ나옵니다.여기서 밳듫벇귾 그런 것 같네요

Noisy

Nous avons réservé auprès de SMJ group un appartement pour 4 personnes. Je pense qu il est prévu seulement pour 2 personnes. Le lit dappoint est vraiment inconfortable. Au niveau de la vaisselle, seulement 2 assiettes et 3 bols. Il ny a même pas de table ni de chaises . Vraiment déçu

Good place for the money, super central and close to the tube station. The room in the basement is a bit noisy (I could hear the trainsbut clean and confy.

Really reasonable prices for Camden and convenient to 2 tube stations.Also I had forgotten my headphones which they posted to my home address free of charge!

So I stayed in the property from the 26th November untill the 28th in Camden room was green square top floor we paid a cleaning fee which was £25 for a tiny room there was no hot water no towels if we wanted towels it was £10 extra which was not told this untill arrival toilet roll there was non so had to go buy our own due to them wanting to charge £1 for a roll or toilet paper no washing up liquid walls had cracks and very dirty nothing to dry the washing up with room was in very very poor standards I recommended not staying here I’ve had no contact from the company we told them our issues and still was not resolved and not even an offer for any of the money back very bad place to stay please do not stay here the staff are polish and Romanian couldn’t understand what I was asking them so that made our stay even worse because we could not stress to them about our problems
