Big and so much stores open. Probably got most of the stuffs you need. Mall is often crowded even restaurants during peak hours. Parking is kinda difficult.

Want to feel uncomfortable, want to get stared at and pointed at and laughed at and stared at like you are an animal in a zoo? If yes then this is the place to be.

Generous parking spaces but always crowded since the place has a strong attraction. Be ready for a long and tiring walk about. It is good to note that prices of electronics at the Cyberzone can be negotiated.

The 22nd National Tuna Congress was held on this very mall. Its even great to spend your leisure time in here. And the comfort rooms are clean!

One can walk through the different stores and spend the day there. There are many things to see or buy. This place has more people in a day than in some farm villages in the Philippines. SM has relaxed its protocols as long as you have a mask and the CCTS card or the Covid 19 Contract Tracing System saved on your cell phone. You can also use your vaccine card

Quite the sight, I should say. You can clearly see this mall from a distance. Place is pretty busy during weekends and holidays. Stalls are jammed-pack with stores of varieties. Cheap to luxurious products, you name it. However, their cinema is still not yet open due to Covid19 restrictions. But if youre into shopping and other leisure activities, you might consider this mall as your go-to. 👌👌👌

The mall has a great vibe. There are a lot of stores to choose from. As of now, april 22, anyone can come inside and no need to show id or vax card.

A very nice and good place to shop, relax and unwind. There are plenty of wide parking spaces for those who have cars.

Kudos to the admin in implementing health protocols. Friendly staff and cashiers, they assist customers happily and dont intimidate those who are just window shopping, very courteous. Customer-friendly and spacious mall.

There is a need to provide sensory toys and learning materials for newborns. Else shopping online is the last solution for these kind of items if SM wont provide any.

Perfect for strolling, shopping, dining, buying groceries and business transactions. You can find almost everything there at SM. I rated it 5 star because its one of the best places here in General Santos City.

If you want a Peaceful shopping, this place was great.They have a wide place and have different shopping botiques which you can have more choices.And there food court was also great for dinning due to their a lot of food services.

Not as crowded as before but at least we still have SM in GensanPics taken (2 different dates)

It waa literally in front of the hotel that we stayed at mid-December. The place has such a nice parking area, the guards are very strict but still very polite, the choices are enormous for any items. Come and visit SM City GenSan!

I visited the shop and I was hypnotized. Kidding! They have extremely wide area. Mostly came from Japan, but theyre selling it in a low price. I bought a brow liner, for only Php 99.00 and I now regret for not buying bulk. A must visit store when you happen to go in SM Gensan. 👍

Miniso is a magnet to impulsive shoppers. Its nifty display of anything and everything from cosmetics, gadgets and accessories, grooming kits, home items, stationery, character items (avengers, etceven slippers and undies would definitely entice anybody to buy something. The prices of their items range from the affordable to the mid-ranged. No wonder this store is a favorite and popular among young shoppers.

If you have enough money to spend, and would like to buy classy, high quality and products for your satisfaction, you can have it here. You just need more money to spend because it has higher prices than other malls(department stores). What i like most is they have good designs or variety of every item they have in department store. Place is not that crowded so you will feel comfortable roaming around. And the place is clean, fabolous, and organized. On their cyberzone, you can buy different models of smartphones, but i hate seeing some promoters roaming around. They shall find way to keep then on prespective areas to maintain the classy environment. They also offer more places to dine, you can have good place to eat and to bond with your family. Overall, i rate it 4 out of 5 because of the price issue and their promoter managements. Thank you.

Since its the month of December, they have a big christmas tree and a Star to attract people located inside at the center of the SM GenSan. Many people come and take a picture.

Located just within the heart of the city! The traffic heading to SM GenSan is very light. If you love food houses and coffee shops + awesome cinema experience — I will strongly recommend SM 😊

To be frank enough, my rating should’ve been 3.5 out of 5 stars because, first of all, while it looks very good from the outside: [1] the blue-green color scheme, [2] the circles on the parking building, [3] the fountains, [4] two large “GenSan Fun” text, and [5] the well-designed bridge that connects the parking building to the main mall, I have a fair share of concerns as well: [1] no parkfinder lights (red when occupied, green when vacant), [2] some parts of the ceiling, especially in the atrium, are leaking, [3] the oddly- and poorly-designed ferris wheel inside the mall, [4] plenty of vacant spaces, particularly on the 3rd floor, and most of all, which bugs me a lot: [5] the interior design which does not match the exterior at all; the interior of the mall’s atrium uses warm colors and it just simply looks weird, especially since most SM Supermalls always stick to their blue-green pallette. I just do hope so that the management looks into this, and, mind you, if they changed the interior color into blue or green that is cool to the eyes, no more cringes from me, and SM would say to me, “you’re welcome.”

Wonderful place to relax, shop, dine or simply to stroll. Very cool, so many shops that caters everything you want. It has 4 movie theaters and the Aircon inside is so cold you woul chilli you are not used to. The mall is new and so big.

Best place to get free aircondition and wifi! SM CITY GENSAN has big space, better parking area, less traffic, variety of coffee shops, clean toilets, and plenty of kids play houses.You can walk to nearby shopping malls like Gaisano and KCC. St Elizabeth hospital is also few steps away. If you want to visit Lions beach and the farmers market you can take tricycle and pay only 10 peso. Take that tricycle outside at the front side of the mall where BDO bank is located.Pay your bills at the service area near Savemore Supermarket. Currency exchange is also available here.

One of my favorite go to malls, its not too busy and I have a lot of places here to chill. Also they have many food places to choose from that arent in other malls in Gensan.The mall has 6 Entrances, 2 at Santiago Blvd. Side, The first floor inside has BDO and the Super Market, 1 at San Miguel Street at the front of PacMan Gym and Greenleaf and one at the back from the Fountain Court as well as the 1st and 2nd floor of the Department Store by the Parking Space Building.The Supermarket also has food stalls like Dunkin Donut, Takuyaki, Master Siomai, Leylam, Buko Shake, Porky etc.There are Food Establishment like Mister Donut, Goldilocks, Red Ribbon, McDo, Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking Lechon Haus, Tanoks, Cafe France, Pancake House, Pizza Hut, Teriyaki Boy, Karate Kid, Mandarin etc.Many stores also belong here like Bench, Penshoppe, forme, Guess, Oxygen, UNIQLO, Payless, Cotton On, Dickies, Jag, EO etc.The Department Store entrance is located by the atrium of the mall, it also has a Prestige Lounge for those members and a money remittance center.It also has National Bookstore and Miniso where I like to roam around and look at things.At the 2nd floor theres also Quantum and FunTime Arcades that has many good games and karaoke rooms to sing in. They also have Toy Kingdom, Jewelry Stores, Photo Studios, SM Appliance, Henrichs Cafe, Watsons etc.Ace HardwareIt also has Global Pinoy that caters to people that are OFWs or has a relative that is one, it is a place to lounge, study and browse the internet as they have couches, study tables, computer and have many wall sockets as well as a charging station. You can get a membership for only 150 good for one year use. You can also use their phone for overseas call. It also has a Palawan Express branch inside.The Food Court also has many varieties to choose from like Turks, Casa Ilongga, A Taste of Singapore and Food Stalls like Potato Giant, Tara Balls, Hong Kong Noodles etc.It also has Massage places like Zen Zone, Sit and Rest as well as Blind Touch where you can get different types of massages.The 3rd Floor has the Cyberzone which caters to Electronic stores for Cellphones, Computers, Cameras like Globe, Smart, iCenter, Sun, Octagon etc. It also has LBC. Salons are also available in the middle like Macho Mucho, Vivi, bench and Lay Bare. It also has the Trade Hall for special events.Outside are the Parking Space Building, Fountain Court with a Live Band Stage and a place to eat Grilled Food and some food establishments like Starbucks, Bos Coffee, Tong Yang, Mesa, Tambilawan, Shakeys, Classic Savory, Anniepie, Razons, Cafe Amorre, Ranchero, Hapchan, Hao Chan, Nadies, Blugre etc.SM also has 4 cinemas with 1 Snacktime stall for movies, you can also buy tickets here for events regarding SM activities like for concerts at MOA Arena.And lastly SM also holds many events, competitions and activities that are fun at the Atrium which I like because it is big and spacious.Overall its my go to Mall for everything I need and to hang out.

Best place for family bonding.. the place is wide and its not crowded..

This is our favorite mall to go to because of its spaciousness and lots of options. A bit pricey but its convenient and stress free shopping. My daughter loves that she can choose among the play houses and se loves the water fountain at the al fresco side.

SM General Santos City is located at Santiago Blvd.Visitors from nearby provinces like Sarangani Provice, Marbel South Cotabato and other areas can enjoy a wide range of International and Local Brands that are strategically located within the Mall.A lot of areas fir selfie, specially during Chriatmas Seasons and other occations. There are Cinema, kids play areas. Activity Area for concerts and others.There are a lot of Parking slots...No problem for commute, available just in front of the Mall. Tricycle and taxis are available.There are a lot of restaurants/ food stalls for gastro satisfaction.

SM City Gensan just launched its Christmas Little Disney last November 11 this year.The themed park has little disney play houses that are selfieable.. The Christmas tree is tall enough to make you feel the magic of Christmas..#WeLoveDisneyAtSM #SMGenSan

Despite limited store choices, SM City General Santos is the best and child-friendly and PWD-friendly mall in Gensan with great architecture and ambiance truly fitti give you a convenient and wonderful shopping experience.
