SKINETICS WELLNESS CENTER in Iloilo

I just want to share my experience -I consulted Dr. Darroca for a wart removal on my face and neck and dark spot laser on my face. She quoted me P8500 for the whole procedure and I agreed to it. I paid the down payment and asked her to waive my consultation fee which she agreed as well. Upon paying my downpayment the front desk said the balance is P6500 payable when my procedure is done,ALL VERBAL.Come to the day of my procedure on Sept. 29th, shortly after the procedure I was shocked the price got doubled and charged me 17K for the whole process,this is after the procedure. This is not what we agreed because honestly if she was quoting me 17k from the very start I would not go into the procedure. I stay calmed and paid it and decided to email Dr. Darroca and unfortunately she said it really was 17K for the whole process. It is unfortunate that it was all verbal and I have no legal document to prove she only quoted me only P8500. A wart removal somewhere else in Iloilo max is P3K-my warning-stay away witht their modus operandi and have them quote you in writing during consultation. It was so unprofessional and I really felt robbed. How could I recommend this place to my friends from abroad? My experience is so disgusting. Just keep in mind my warning before coming here. I will never miss my chance to visit this center every time I am in Iloilo with my family. Always refresh and relaxing. All therapists are excellent and highly recommended

Location was convenient and service was excellent. The room was well furnished and beautiful. Great pricing for the rooms and therapies. Highly recommended!

My first choice for massage in Iloilo. Therapists are very professional. The facilities are clean and quiet. One thing though, you have to book for an appointment in advance.

Service was good and the aestheticians seem competent but I had to wait for two frigging hours for a 1030 am consultation and to get my medicines sorted!!! What a letdown to an otherwise great clinic!!! 🙁🙁🙁

One of our regular go to places for wellness treatments, great ambiance, great staff and very professionally run. Highly recommended.
