Close to everything that you need. Park, restaurant etc. Good value for money. Restaurant next to the hotel is good with lots of option. You get 50 percent discount on water park which is also on the left side and just next to hotel. Amusement water in front of the hotel too. Breakfast doesnt have many options.

No good service at all, all the time issue with the room keys, as it gets blocked and need to go to reception at first floor to solve this and it is everyday problem. The staff can forget to put even toilet paper.... I dont want to give any star...

Hotel is nice, Yes it was a great experience. Our accommodations and the gym were great. The best of this hotel is the staff: really dedicated and friendly people. rooms are comfortable, the facilities are excellent, great huge swimming pool.

The hotel is centrally located, there is free WiFi and a good breakfast buffet. Our room was big, the bed ok and the shower good.

Scam artists. Will try to charge you for dirty white towels, when they are barely dirty. All they had to do was bleach them, which is what you do with white towels. Stay away. Even if their rooms are cheaper, you will pay more in the long run. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

So far a neutrale score. The hotel can be 4 star in Kazakhstan, but in de rest of the world it will stop at 2 stars I think. Small room, unusable logia/balcony that leaks when it rains. No closed closet for clothes but open rack. Safe is non-functional. Bathroom very small and with damage. Breakfast nothing special but what they offer is not that bad.Power plugs hardly available in the room. Not modern nor up-to-date and much less then described.They forgot to inform that Cinzzano bar and restaurant is closed...

This hotel is awful. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. They charged us extra for dirty towels that could have easily been washed. They refused to listen to reason. There customer service was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Stay away!

Clean and well presented, rooms are to a good standard and comfortable with wifi also. Location is good with many shops and parks a short walk away. Similar many restaurants also local.

Super rude staff who upon leaving before cleaning our room demanded we pay for the "dirty towels." What hotel does that? Bad customer service.

Terrible customer service. Tried to scam us with extra fees for "dirty towels". Extremely rude when we confronted them about it. Said the towels were unclean-able, but wouldnt let us keep them. They said it would be $100 usd for the rooms on the phone, but when I got there charged me $120 and wouldnt honor previous agreement. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

We have visited Hotel Shymkent with my friend Anatoli.Frankly speaking this hotel is good, and not expencive.Visiting Shymkent and staying somewhere else than this hotel, is like visiting Paris and not visiting Eiffel tower ))

Clean, neat, cozy and affordable accommodation for your trip to Shymkent.Breakfasts are better than average, however for lunch and dinner I would recommend to visit some cafes nearby.
