Wouldnt order again, soggy, greasy and undercooked chips, square cod so greasy and the batter was sticking to the paper it was wrapped in, also had bacon and cheese chips which were very dry and just not tasty at all. Lovely customer service just awful food.

Food is fairly good. Customers service is fantastic. Cheap but cheerful if you are just looking for a quick and easy meal this is the place to go!

Chips too greasy, fish batter too thick and not cooked through, Curry sauce too much powder and not cooked out. At least the sausages were good so it does get a rating. As an ex fish and chip shop owner had I served stuff like that my customers would not come back and neither will I.

Great fast food, and probably the best chips in Limerick. Dare I say it, even better than Donkey Fords! The menu is as expected, well priced, and fresh. You definitely wont do better in Castletroy. Also the staff are always chatty while being efficient.

4 of us went to Rios Castletroy at the weekend and we each ordered a bag of chips. Having eaten at Rios many times before we thought we knew what to expect, however when we got our bags of chips we looked into them to find that our "portions" consisted of about 20 chips each (no exaggeration). The chips tasted lovely but we were left feeling very disappointed and hungry. We wont be returning to Rios in a hurry unless they revert back to their normal portion sizes.

Lovely chips with a crispy outer coating. Vinegar to die for! Nice worker even put them in my lunchbox for me... Calories dont count when you do your bit for the environment right? #reducewaste #6Rs

Absolutely not impressed with staff, rude and careless, quickly got rid of me. The chips was drowned in vinegar so bad even though I like vinegar on my chips, the hamburger was beyond bad too. This quality can not be justified in any ways.
