I would give 10 stars to this place if I could!!! It’s such a well organized aquarium! So so beautiful.Practicalities:- the visit took us around 2 hours stopping on each tank with no rush at all- the VR experience was about 5 mins- they sell ice cream inside- lots of toilets along the way- we went on a Monday morning (regular workdayand of course had plenty of room to enjoy the fishes! ♥️

To start with, what an amazing place to be with the family! I was there Monday morning arrived before my time slot and was able to get in earlier. It gets busy quite quickly even in the morning and lots of kids yes. I have seen people complaining about it but come on..I highly recommend Sea Life Centre cos enjoyed it thoroughly. Very interesting to see all these species and I easily spent almost 2 hours inside taking pictures. All the Fish tanks and enclosures looked well maintained and looked after as the animals inside.I was impressed by the Halloween themed decoration especially in the rainforest area which was one of my favourite part. Everything has description what we see and what we need to know about them. Toilet is easily accessible. If kids get bored half way there are some games through the exhibition and also family pictures can be taken and purchased. I really recommend it to visit. Very much so!

Had a great time here. Ive been to a few and this one was a lovely walk through. We spent 90 mins walking round but could spend longer. It cos £61 for 1A 1C on the day. Would be cheaper in advance. Theres VR seats at the end which were (approx£14 for 2 people for 1 show but special offer of £18 for 2 people for 2 rides. (2nd ride just made me feel sick). Theres an interactive screen game.

Enjoyed the visit. Very busy, but booked online so I got in fairly quickly. They have a beautiful shark tank and open ocean tank. Their VR section is quite cool, not extremely immursive but a good first experience if youve never tried VR before. Only wish animals had more space or more enrichment/stimulation. Most fish were swimming in circles or bumping into the glass, and the penguins seemed to have very little in their enclosure.

Lovely stop by the aquarium the kids seemed to have a lot of fun was pleasantly surprised by the breadth of animals presentWas super cool seeing the sharks and fish, as well as logs of bugs and snakes! It is very child friendly however at times small children might find some of the animals scary, the cockroaches whilst I loved seeing my nephew was very taken aback and there might be a call for some advance warningUnique little spot in the centre of London!

The aquarium has improved from the last time I went. Its a lot bigger than I remember. Has two large tanks and several smaller tanks as you go around.Contains good information for children of a school age and my toddler loved it. Singing baby shark all the way around. It is expensive to get in at £35 per person and youll probably be there around an hour.We went during the week and it was quiet but it will get busy on weekends

Great atmosphere; you really do feel you are within the ocean. Lots of variety of sea creatures and bright colours so very fascinating for our baby who is under 1 years old. Music and lighting were great too. Easy for babies to have a nap as it’s quite dark. Highlights - sea turtles, sharks, jellyfish and penguins (the latter were better than London zoo!)Negatives - VR experience was OK (not worth the money). No cafe were open indoors to stop for feeding. Just be mindful there aren’t any toilets or baby changing facilities near the exit or a ramp for pushchairs so be prepared to carry the pram down the steps.

Sea Life London offers an educational experience about the various animals to its visitors. It’s a home of hundreds of species, I particularly liked giant turtles, Sharks, colourful Nemo, Stingray, and shy penguins. Recommend to visit this attraction.

Very good experience. You can spend about 2 hours here with kids and family.I love the tank where they have kept sharks, there are at least 5 to 6 different spots for you to see the sharks. Then there are multiple fish tank with massive variety. The other sections are one for gelly fish, one for virtual reality experience, one for penguins and then you also get to touch Star fish. There are toilets inside and quite clean.Good few hours spent with family.

Lots of creatures, the bit that I didn’t like was the penguins, they looked really sad and bored. Tiny cage for them. The rest is good.I wished They had more interactive features and games for the price ( £60 for 1 adult and 1 child ). Because my son was happy so I ignored all the down side.Tips:Should book your tickets in advance as it is always busy.Ask to park your buggy because there will be stairs.Bring snacks and try to go toilet before you go as the toilets there are a bit smelly.

Sea life London aquarium is one of the must visit London attraction if you are visiting London with family or kids. Its located just beside the London Eye. For tickets always make sure you buy it in online in advance and if you combine tickets for multiple London attractions then you will get good discounts, just search London attraction tickets on Google and you will find all the required details. From the attraction perspective Sea Life is a great place to be with kids to see the water life. Shark tank, the Overhead tunnel, the Polar Adventure (Penguinsand illumination of Jellyfishes makes every penny of the tickets worth of it. There is a place where you will be able to touch the starfish, enjoyed that 😊. There is also a Virtual Reality section, but you will have to pay separately for that. You will also find the washrooms placed adequately inside. They have souvenirs store at the end of the tour, you can buy some memorable souvenirs there. You will need around 2 hours to complete the tour to sea life, so plan your visit in accordance. If you find my review helpful please hit the like button.

I have said it before regarding Sealife and I will say it again... SEALIFE NEED TO DO AN ADULTS ONLY NIGHT..once a month or even once a year!! They would get so much money and it would be a sell out.I love Sealife and it is amazing to see all the fish, creatures and animals but it is once against spoilt by kids and the parents who push their kids in the queue. (I have a little Niece - I dont hate kids I swear! Us adults also want to enjoy touching the starfish in the pools, we also want to put our heads in the bubble tanks so we can see our favourite animals, so many parents were pushing their kids to go to the front of the queue which meant even longer waiting lines.I know people reading this might think that Sealife is aimed at kids and therefore we should let them go first, but if we all did that then we would never get to experience places like this that we never got to go to when growing up. I know if I took my Niece I would be standing right next to her in the queue and making sure she doesnt push forward. There was also a lack of Sealife Staff around to either ask them questions or to make sure people queue properly.Overall Sealife is great and you can tell the animals are well looked after and all the facts and all the interactive stuff is grea especially the see through tunnel.

A brilliant attraction which entertained my 3 children (2, 9 & 13years). It was very busy which meant we either queued or rushed passed certain parts to avoid the crowds. Each section has been thought out to include fun activities, facts and a range of sea life. We used the buggy park but in hindsight wished we kept hold of it as it was all accessible and the little one did get tired legs! Worth a visit for sure though.

Absolutely fantastic! Could have spent far longer in here but had tickets for another attraction so could only spend an hour. Its changed massively since we last visited, about 5 or 6 years ago. The penguins were a real highlight, as were the turtles in the main attraction.

Booked in advance with a 15min time slot. You are not allowed in before this time. No queue outside went in 1min after time slot no issues. Very big inside very deceiving. Took us around 2 hours. Was a bit busy could have spent longer if not so busy. Tank in the middle of aquaiurm housed 2 huge sharks. They even have penguins in one section. As you walk in the attraction there is a glass bridge you walk across which goes over the top of the big tank with the sharks. Good for adults and children.

Staff allowed me to go in 2 hrs before my booking time which I thought was very kind on one of the hottest days of the year!Beautiful sea life centre, bigger than a few I’ve been to. Especially enjoyed the penguins as got to see feeding time.Did think the VR experiences were expensive but wasn’t there for that anyway. Was sad to see no Sting Ray toys in the shop.

Shockingly overpriced. But the key thing to know is that theres timed entry. So dont think you can go into town, get lunch rock up and go in... Youll likely have to wait an hour or two that way...OR pay inflated prices for the "anytime" ticket...Once in, theres lots of levels, but theres effectively one "hero" tank that you see from 4 or 5 different angles, rather than multiple big tanks like you might have seen elsewhere...

Honestly If it wasnt for the kids I would have been in there so much longer reading everything. The piranhas were awsome!!! The gift shop is not as expensive as you would think. It was a nice and first experience for both myself and my son. And each section you do go on there is someone there to talk you through and they do have guides too.

Whilst I’ve been to London many times before, this was my first visit to the Sea Life centre. What a great experience. So much to see here and the fish and marine life on show, as well as bugs and other creatures are fantastic. One thing, don’t try and find me off with a dogfish pretending it’s anything more than a salmon in a shark suit. Tonnes of them off the coast of Wales, mun! But no, in all honesty, great day out had by all. Would recommend.

This was a great aquarium experience. We didnt come with kids, but we still found ourselves excited and amazed. The design makes it easy to walk through and see all the exibhits. The decor, lighting, and sounds really give an immersive experience as you stroll through the different areas - from the North Atlantic to coral reefs to the Amazon. The tanks and glass was clean, great variety of animals, and easy to find information for each species. This is a great stop not only for families with young kids, but also for adults. Definitely recommend.

For the price you pay you would expect it to be a lot bigger than it actually is. The sharks enclosure was the biggest one. They have a range of fish, however when you get to the penguins you end up feeling so sorry for them as their enclosure is so small and fake. They are however quite entertaining. My child aged 5 did get a little bored but perked up when he reached the petting area where he got to touch a starfish. I found the jellyfish fascinating, Overall I wouldn’t come again but it was nice to have experienced it.

This is my 5th time visiting London Aquarium and still very much enjoyed it. Plenty to see and learn. Buy tickets in advance as it is much cheaper and no queues. My advice is to print or save copy of tickets as phone service is very poor in the area, that makes it challenging to access emails. Site has toilet and baby changing facilities. There is also a step free access, for buggies you have an option to leave it at reception or take a long, however expect some ‘traffic’ if you do decide to take it along.

We ordered tickets online before going and walked right in. The aquarium isnt the biggest, but they have a decent amount of different animals to see. What really annoyed me, was the constant "stops" where they wanted you to buy stuff along the way. Why put a green screen photo session in the hallway, so that people who doesnt want theire pictures taken, have to wait in line anyway??Definitely something kids will enjoy and we had a nice time.It wasnt too crowded when we visited.

Fab because we went off peak, but I imagine it gets really busy. If it was busy I imagine it being quite tight and claustrophobic because it is really hard to avoid other visitors.Great location on southbank so get to do a nice walk to and from the attraction and easy to move to other places in London afterward and make a day of it.1 way which is good, but means you can only walk around once. It probably takes 2 hours if youre taking it slow so okay for a morning or afternoon activity.Nowhere to stop for a snack or anything on the way round, so not as child friendly as some of the others. This may have been an alteration made post covid.Large selection of fish and the penguins were a cute touch too.

Great place to visit! Finally an aquarium that is worth the money!!! It is beautiful, can be quite busy, people and kids seem to have no sense of direction or manners here, however this is not the fault of the aquarium!! Staff are fantastic, they are well informed and they wont hesitate to answer any questions you might have. They have a great selection of different sealife, and the jelly fish are really sensory and would be great for children with autism. There are sharks and also a penguin! Personal favorite was the giant sea turtle. If you havent done this I would definitely recommend bolting it on to your day out!

Brilliant aquarium, lovely staff. We had our trains cancelled due to weather and the staff were very accommodating by letting us enter the day after. It’s a beautiful aquarium for all ages and a lot of interesting information about all of the their wildlife. It starts off a little busy depending on when you go but as you walk through the crowds disperse more and everyone gets a chance to see everything. Thank you!

A very enjoyable day for me, sister and son. We begun our journey on the train leading to Westminster. Total cost of journey was £5 for return as well. Along the way, you cross the bridge to amazing views of London. As you reach your destination to sea life, you can see many other attractions. You enter the attraction and your journey begins! You start off with walking over the sharks. A thrilling experience, especially if your scared. As you continue throughout, you will find many different species of sea life. They had a new area for virtual reality. However, walking through this area seemed dull as the members of staff just stood their chatting away. The only thing explaning what happens in virtual was on the notice board... therefore, we decided not to use this area. Staff need to be more approachable and more friendly.Reaching the end, the shop staff were amazing. They asked my son if he enjoyed his day and what was his favourite animal etc. This tops to an amazing finish!I would recommend you take a good camera for photos. Its very dark in there and I only managed to get a few good photos. For kids recommended 100%. To finish off  the trip theres a fish and chips shop around the corner. Along with a few other attractions to see.

Great attraction for children and adults. Lots of interesting sea creatures to see. Buggies can move around just fine and there is a lift to take you to each floor. Toilets and baby changing facilities on each floor. You can buy tickets in advance but you have to specify a time. It will save you time and a little bit of money if you are going on a weekend. If you are visiting on a weekday during the day you can easily buy tickets there. Try and visit before sunset so you can see the penguins as well. Biggest fish to find are the sharks and the turtles. Amazing jelly fish. If you are going with kids takes snacks and water as you can take 2 hours to go around if you are interested in everything. Overall, worth the visit and recommend it!

I visited Sea Life Aquarium over the weekend. I must say that it was a good experience visiting Aquarium. This would be really interesting for the kids to know about the sea world.Tip 1: If you are travelling through National rail to London, please use 2for1 offer on tickets.Tip 2: Have a good meals before visiting Aquarium as you have to walk for 2-3 hours.Tip 3: If you are penguin lover, you should visit them before sunset. Penguin section will be dark by sunset allowing penguins to sleep.
